They have great and latest design of watches! Their prices are competitive in the market and discounts are far higher than others! I bought my first automatic watch with them.
All the employee are courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable with the brands! Salute to you guys

Very bad service after purchase. I do not recommend this shop. I left my watch for maintenance, and every time I bring it to the shop, the employee is not there to receive it. I have lost so far more than the price of the watch itself.

Watch selection are nice, but the best experience came from the very accomodating and helpful staff. I was looking for a specific watch all over Abu Dhabi and cannot find it until Francis assisted me in looking for it in their stock and having it delivered to their shop for me. Really great shopping there and now I'm loving my new watch.

This the worst place i dealt with. The strap of my Westar watch cuts down. I think they will fix it fast and easy because they are the dealer of this watch in UAE. They took my watch for more than one month one technician told me the strap is not available i need to send the Watch to Dubai. I agreed him and said no problem, it takes two weeks in Dubai and then he called me again said it's not available in Dubai. I will give you best match. I told him ok go ahead. Then two weeks later he said i can't find best match also come and collect your watch. So, they are the dealer and they don't have spare parts of the watches. Avoid them please as much as you can.

For your watch battery replacement, I recommend this place. They have 1 awesome technician here. It's a bit costly for a small batteries. But comes with warranty.
