Worst service ever, they served me bad service in the reception, bad attitude from the owner, bad following up. It was not like this before but now its the worst ever

Amazing experience with the fabulous staff members.big thanks to the amazing receptionist she was really sweet and helpful also I would highly recommend sana for eyebrow threading her work is PERFECT, additionally jenifer for pedicures is really professional and her work is sooo clean and precise

Let me qualify my review by stating upfront that don't have the most feminine looking hands. Scars, cuts and burns pepper my hand as I work and cook a lot of the time. That being said, I am glad I went to Bellacure to give myself a much needed mani-padi.

Pros: available staff were attentive, apologetic for the wait and very professional and competent in the services they offered. One of my main issues when getting a padi is the over growth of nail on the side of my big toe, which many technicians fail to get all or they cut too much causing bleeding. Thankfully it wasn't the case here and I was as happy as a lamb when I left.

Cons: They were understaffed as it was Ramadan and hence the wait was longer than I assume it would be on average. The only downside to the place is the difficulty in finding parking. I also wanted to do my hair but since it was evening time, their stylist had finished their shift and went home. Came during the their working hours as a walk in but she had called in sick. I would recommend calling ahead of time to book an appointment. I only deducted one star because of the parking issue. Though I believe that those working in the buildings next door have a great advantage as they wouldn't have to worry about parking like an average customer who is not native to the area. Word of advice, come with a taxi or an uber to spare yourself the misery of finding a parking spot.

My first time in the salon, I was impressed, staff were very polite and warm, the salon is very clean and well maintained. I came in for waxing, Azra was very professional and warm and did a great job. Sure will come back

Yeah my experience at bella skin care was amazing about ur asnthatic that was good but about ur saloon Miss Maryum She is too much hardworking and loyal to their profession. Her dealing style and customer guiding style is awesome. I loved her cutting method.
But about your washrooms I feel you should be focused on their maintainance like no tissues handwash filler was not working.
But except this thing all is well.

The salon is great very clean and spectacular hygiene by following all covid standards and precautions.
Staff are amazing and very humble, nothing to comment about nails other than profesional. I had my hair damaged by another place horrible results and went to bellacure to fix it madam soha took very good care of me, as well as the professional hair stylist miss maha ladies just ask for her directely she is incredibly profesional knows what she is doing, she ubderstand what exactely you want and she make it. She also gave me options and advice she managed to fix my hair without any damage or hair fall or anything like that. Great job, after been in hundreds salon finally find my only destination that will stick with. Thanks again for the great job

The staff at the salon are very professional and friendly. My nails always look great after my visit. Also the hair salon is good as well as the massages. I highly recommend Bellacure!
