Nice suggestions on what to order for first timers. Fantastic fresh bread.

Delayed response for spoons, plates, tissues.had to walk to the counter each time needed something.
Washroom is super filthy and extremely unclean. So come in empty

Very good food. I come here occasionally with friends and family from abroad. My personal favorite dish to get here is the Mix BBQ with Mandi Rice for about 46 AED. Very good price and the meats were very flavorful. Staff was also very friendly and approachable.

The service and the quality of food in this branch is not as good as the other branch. The family rooms upstairs were a bit smelly too that my 6 year old niece refused to sit in any of family rooms.
They should put a different area for handwashing. Toilets were quite untidy. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our meal but will just go to the other one next time.

السمك جيد ولكن الأسعار مبالغ فيها. طلبت نزع الشوك من السمك رفضوا وقالوا مش فاضين زحمة يا باشا ههههه

-food is delicious. Ordered the prawns with rice. Comes with a salad and soup.
-vine leaves wasn’t good.
-service is great, friendly staff.
-toilet isn’t clean for dine in.
-prices are very fair. Our meal was 75 aed.

Worst experience, for the same price you can enjoy the awesome ambiance of "Saudi Cuisine Restaurant" along with quality food.
But here at Besbas, the Chicken was pretty stale and mutton is not upto the standard of their prices. I was really disappointed in the process of exploring something new. I regret visiting this place.

Have always been trying to find a good Yemeni restaurant for mandi and madhbi.finally i found a great restaurant. Chicken madhbi is great and the soup is too good. Little pricy but worth it

Great place! Definitely recommend it! Check out for places upstairs, where you can experience the traditional way of eating in the floor. The food was delicious and service great. The waitress spoke good English and there is lots of pictures in the menu. The dishes are big, and could be shared by two. The toilet was clean and good smelling.

One of my favorite place for Mandi and Madhbi as well as other traditional arabic cuisine. Their staff is quite friendly, taste and cleaniess of restaurant are very good. Though prices are above average.

الموظفي العاملين في المطعم محرتمين و خدومين وخبيرين بكيفية اتعامل مع الزبائن والطعام جدا لذيذ ولاكن يوجد به عيب وهو المرافق الصحيه للمطعم (الحمامات) قذره و نظافه بيها ضعيفه جدا.

Very comfortable atmosphere, silent and cozy, one of the best places to try Yemeni and Gulf cuisine, I would recommend the Mathlutha and Salta (gravy) aswell as their Rutub (thin bread), you can sit on the ground upstairs in a Majlis (Arabic seating) or downstairs on the tables, the food was great and service was quick, highly recommended place.

خصوصا السمك المشوي (المعروف بالفرش) والارز أيضا للأسف لا طعم ولا شم نتمنى تطوير المطعم بكوادر تستطيع تقديم الاكلات اليمنية خصوصا

أضم صوتي للذواقة ولمن أكرمو هذا المطعم اليمني بالنجوم لتميزه من ناحية جودة الطعام والتقديم والخدمة.

وبناء على تجربة متكررة ضمت عددا من الذواقة للمطاعم متعددة الثقافات، أتقدم بالتهنئة إلى المالك ولإدارة المطعم والعاملين المتحمسين، وعلى رأسهم كبير الطهاة الذي أبدع في الإشراف على إعداد الأطباق اليمنية بالنكهة المتميزة والأصيلة، لدرجة تدفعك بالقول للمطاعم اليمنية الأخرى "بس بس" (مع خالص الإحترام والتقدير لهم، فلكل منهم جودته وتميزه ونكهته).

Authentic Arab restaurant with some really decent Mandi and big portions. There's no fake touristy flair, yet the staff still speaks English and will help you as well as they can when you're a foreigner. The prices are really adequate too, so all in all it's definitely worth a visit!
