Worst car service workshop.
Took my car to clean the carburettor and replace the fuel tank. Yet, they missed up the whole electricity in the car. Didn't put the delco properly. Plus, took some parts and kept it with them! And ask for extra money which was not mentioned in the service quotation

Mr. Faizal and his team from Carrera Auto workshop were very professional and Mr. Faizal communicated well from the moment the car was received in their garage to inspection, quotation all the way to service completion, I was kept informed of the progress.

They are easy to deal with, honest and fast with their turn-around time.
Everything they did is completely passionate and wonderful, thanks to the team.

I’ve been dealing with Carrera since 2019, very high level of customer care with a very professional and dedicated team members, very transparent and trust worthy, labor work charges might be a bit expensive, however, for the level of services provided it is worth it

Avinash, the supervisor assigned to me was very good, timely and diligent in his recommendations as to what is the best possible repair needed. They kept me informed throughout the repair period and delivered my vehicle back to me fully repaired and on time. Definitely recommend this garage to everyone.

A very, very bad garage. I left my car to check the engine, and they took the car for an examination. They made an accident with the car, and they painted the car for me. The paint was very, very bad. And they painted again still bad, They don’t know how to paint the car, the mechanical work is very poor, and the prices are very expensive.

I took my car and spent aed15000, a month later had problems with the car, they gave a quotation of AED 27000, I took it to another workshop, fixed it half the price not because they are cheaper, but the had better diagnosis to the problem. Also missing items from my car, but the worst thing happened that they gave my care with empty tank didn't even take me to the nearest gas station, I had to take a taxi got a gallon of gas and fill my car. Very bad service expensive not honest.

I was happy with my experience, the car service and dealing with the management and staff, all very polite and professional with good communication. Thank you guys

Nice painting job, still they working on my car on mechanical side and I will update once they done.they are a little bit slow

I am sorry to admit I believe the low rate for unsatisfactory service, having experienced myself the bad service. Left the car for 2weeks but the problem not solved, despite intensive parts change (unnecessary and expensive, also if aftermarket). The only good point is free pick up or return, if you have no time to do it (but be ready for delivery at their time of choice)

They charge you extremely high prices.even spare parts they put a good mark ups on them.don’t mentioning the huge labor charges.you can buy the parts directly from part shops and let any one do for you the job for quarter the price.really disappointing

Most of the reviews here are fake. I advise you to stay away from this workshop. You'll pick up the car from them with more problems than what you already had. They are a bunch of scammers.

I am surprised of the reviews here, this is without a shadow of a doubt is the worst garage in UAE, I had to help in buying spare parts, I sent the car for simple oil and filters change and came black with with many serious problems and for 2 weeks they couldn't solve the problems they caused, terrible experience

I have been there for my car's scheduled service as well as for repairs and is extremely happy with their work. They are not only very reasonable with the charges but also great with their service. BETTER THAN ANY SERVICE CENTRE IN ABUDHABI!

Truly professional and friendly staff. They took care of my jeep wrangler in an amazing way. The garage has huge space, waiting area and location is so accessible.

One of the best service you will get for your car and it’s not less than agency maintenance in terms of quality.

Your Mechanic… was professional, knowledgeable and he did a great job. He did extra. He looked at my engine and made sure there were no leaks and that it was running fine. He gave thorough information that was very helpful for me, as well as future references. I would certainly recommend Carrera Auto Workshop to my friends and relatives that is seeking a repair.
