Yes, this is correct this company has very bad customer service and so poor hospitality, high service prices.too much delay.poor communication with clients.again Too Much Delay! I hope there’s another KIA service in Abu dhabi so we can transfer. Not this Juma Al Majid company Kia Service. Kia Korea / UAE hope you will notice us.

Poor supervision in service. Need to improve the service. For any specific issues with your vehicle please try to communicate with the service engineer, otherwise, attention will be very poor. Customer service is ridiculously poor.

Went for some quick repair of door window winders and got fixed within an hour without any hassles. Mr. Raheez was extremely helpful.

Working slow, can't make minor maintenence I one day. Pushing for extra services. Working very inaccurate-after fixing cabin lamp I found many dirty fingerprints on ceiling, knobs and handles.

To keep my review from being emotional, I have prepared a list of facts.
1/ I dropped my Kia Sorento for service on Monday, January 30. Despite promises from Mr. Jamsheer to notify me about the vehicle inspection, no one contacted me.
2/ On Tuesday, January 31, I called support to get an update. I was assured that they would call me back from the service, but again it did not happen. It took two more calls to support to get the promised call from Mr. Jamsheer finally. I was offered to pay 1500 dirhams to get the engine out and see what went wrong.
3/ On February 1, I wrote an email with clarifying questions and asked for an estimate for replacement parts and labor.
4/ I received a reply from Mr. Yaqoub on February 2 with the cost of the parts.
5/ On Friday, February 3, I agreed to take the engine out for further inspection. Mr. Jamsheer assured me that it would take 2-3 business days.
6/ Nobody contacted me after three business days expired (I'm not surprised). I called Mr. Jamsheer on Tuesday, February 7, to inquire about the updates. Instead of updates, I heard from Mr. Yaqoub that they would prepare the quotation next morning.
7/ No one contacted me on Wednesday, February 8, as expected.

The car has been in service for two working weeks (!) The repair hasn't even started yet (!)

I am writing this review to show how Kia Service treats the customers and is not motivated to keep promises. Under my review, you will soon see an automated response, how sorry they are to learn about my experience.

In fact, nobody cares. How many stars will you put for that?

Anton, The same Mr. Jamseer told me that they dont have equipment for balance, Im doctor, but im asking myself what kind of agency is this, i had 5 cars KIA, i had car accidents and I never seen this before, Im really really shoked from his ansewer

I came here 2 months ago! Paid for the service and they never check the car, I waited for 2 months to have a part ordered, after 2 months of continuous calling and checking where is my spare part… i got informed the part was never ordered and the car was never checked, bare in mind the car was in shop for 2 days. Nobody care s apparently. The owner should know what is going on. I would never come back here!

Update: after 3 months now! Nobody contacted me and they lie every day about it! I think TAMM is the right place to make an official complaint since they charged me for doing nothing! I give you 3 days to fix this issue otherwise i will complain to The Government for your service

It is very bad. After the experience, I faced a problem with them that they broke the radio screen, and when I checked with them, they said this is not us, and the manager said, “Not us. ” The manager told me we will change the screen for you 7 months ago, and he lied to me and did not answer his phone and no one He follows up on my request and I submitted a complaint. No one is following up on the complaint. I think the Kia car is great, but the Kia Abu Dhabi services center is very bad and uncooperative.

Update 2022:
I've had lackluster experiences in the past with this service center, however, the KIA Service Center management in Mussafah takes customer feedback quite seriously, and in doing so I've seen great improvements in the Center's service.

The team is involved with their customers and would not hesitate to personally contact you if you have any issues with their services.

Highly recommend to choose Mr. Rajendran as your service adviser, he's super helpful, funny and always smiling.

Impressive work to the team at kia service center Mussafah.

All my respect to Mr. Ali Aboushama.

Counters open at 7.30. He walks in at 7.25 didnt take time to settle in. Just sits down.welcomes me and tells me to proceed to his desk.

I respect that not because of the 5 minutes. Its because he didn't have to serve me yet. But he did.

High professionalism and customer centric.

Your Service Center in Mussafah Abu Dhabi Never answers My Calls ever since I had the KIA K5 since 1.5 years they have never answered my calls including your service Agents mobile numbers.

I have taken my car yesterday for service for Oil and Filter change which I was told would be quick service and I would be able to take the car on the spot with short waiting instead I was told it will be 3 hours. After that They never called me to tell me it was ready after trying to call multiple times their service center and Abdalla they were not answering so I had to call the call center and make a complain. Only after my complain they called me and said the car was ready.

I also asked them to fix the Issue of Android Auto Entertainment constant disconnection and made sure that the Service Agent Wrote it down in service request but unfortunately they returned the car with the same issue faulty android Auto connection.

On top of that they gave me the car back with an additional issue of Ambient light not functioning all lights for buttons inside the car have no light so I cannot see the buttons at night.

This is unacceptable and I would like a call back from your Manager or Supervisor Complaint # KIC-2323

Trust worthy and very friendly, although they started to increase prices, yet still cheaper than other agencies.
Good inspection and problem spoting and issue solving.

Not organized at all, e.g I booked an appointment one week before for my Desire service date to avoid rush which was at 0800 Am on 9th APR, when I reached thier I found out many customers are waiting without even a repicet number and once staff open thier counters every body approached the service counters at once, so what was the point from calling service call center and book appointment as No one is checking that, however I approached one of those desk was on the corner and I said good morning the gentleman did not reply back the same greeting, he just said what do u want do u have an appointment I shown him my appointment message but he did not care, immediately I called a call center and I give him my feedback and he said they will connect you for my complaint this happened on 9th April and so far No one has called me yet.

Outside service center is not well maintained. Checks were not completely done on car despite reporting the issue. No callback received from service center for checking on service provided.

They try to sell you services your vehicle doesn't need. Know your car's service requirements. Also, my AC is less efficient since my last service.

I use only official service, because I think that it will be best for my car.
After last regular service i find that AC is not cooling as it was before service. The service was only to change oil and filters. I don't know why they are touch another systems in the car if it not required by customer? !
Secondary, I check tires pressure on patrol station and find that it is 38 PI and should be 32 which is mentioned in car manual. Why they are make like this I don't know also!
after this experience I think we need to find another center to service my car.
It also effect my experience and opinion about Brand KIA. If they cant properly service and maintain the car, why we should buy it!

P. S. The Kia service center reply on my post and they ask to send email. I was done but till now no any reply! I am in UAE since 10 years, but this is the first time, when service provider fully ignore customers. Good luck guys - I am out of your business.

The service at the service station is really bad. I waited over an hour to pick up my car, which should take around 10 min. In future I will not buy a Kia/Hyundai just so that I don't need to use this service Centre. Everyone is standing around, there is one guy trying to help everyone. The guy at reception is also not where he should be. No one knows what to do as the receptionist is MIA.

I had a 1 star review, and I changed it to 4 after I received a follow up from the center, and they were very courteous and have resolved my concerns in a very professional and nice way. Thank you.

I came here at 9 30 am to give my car for service but till 10 50 am i waited for my turn. Car service is okay but staff here is very slow or overburdened. Just to give car for service should not take more then 10 mins but its taking more then 1 hr. Which is unacceptable. You should improve efficiency and release customer in 10 to 15 mins if its a normal car service.

Quality of Car servicing should improve its way below standards, I had issues with my KIA Sportage but was not resolved, not happy at all, two stars given is only for the helpful nature of the front desk but what can they do, they can voice your concern, the service team needs to understand and solve the issue

My expectations have definitely gone down for Kia in general. This is my 3rd time at this dealership in less than 2 months. Either they are practicing on my car or Kia is not worth the money I spent. I figured I would make an appointment for my car this time. That didnt matter because it just sat in the front like a regular walk in. I'm a little nervous because I've had the same ac problem for a while. First they changed the compressor and some other items, then I brought it back a couple of weeks later because it wasn't working again. The receptionist said it was a bad computer chip. So this is my third time back. I have definitely had a better experience at the Kia dealership in Al Ain in my opinion. One of the things that ticked me off was I tried to have a good attitude but the receptionist said something in his language when I tried to explain about my appointment and said I would wait for my car. I dont know why he seemed a little upset (my car is the one not working) Why not just cancel the appointment system. What is the point of making an appointment if it's not honored. I wonder does he speak to the locals like this? I guess in life you get what you pay for.

I have had very bad experience with Kia Service centre as usual. Customer services team is very unprofessional and uncooperative. I have recently done full service for my car which cost me a fortune however, it was not worth it at all. Condition of my car after service cost of almost AED3,500 can be seen in the pictures. Service agent (Manahal counter#4) did not even explain me the condition of my car after the services. Please do not waste your time and money here. I regret that I decided to try them again even after few bad experiences earlier.

غلطة عمري اشتريت سيارة من عندهم

الناس توقف طابور امام الكونتر الصيانه

حسيت عمري في مقصف مدرسة وليس في وكالة سيارات

للأسف التعامل جدا سيء وهاذا سيارتي قيمتها فوق 170 الف درهم وهاذي تصرفاتهم حمد الله ما اشتغلو في وكالة صيانة مرسدس ولا بي ام دبليو اذا هاذا مستواهم

إذا كان يوجود اقل من نجمة كان حطيت بدون نجمة

Very bad service! Team with low technical skills! Not able to solve simple problems! The policy is not to get the customer’s satisfaction but to let him do as much work as possible to suck his money! It’s a wast of money and time, never going back again.

Edited - When getting your Kia serviced I highly recommend Erwin as your advisor of choice. He's really professional and goes above and beyond to help get your car serviced or fixed asap.

I am yet to be satisfied by the maintenance workmanship and attention to detail but will be taking my vehicle there at its next service to be proven otherwise.

I appreciate the management for contacting me last week about my review, which just shows the support team's dedication to provide excellent services to their customers.

Great front desk, good reception and relaxed environment.
Services by Appointment is good idea, however; why not stick to the service appointments especially when someone over take the appointment Que.

Location is also a nightmare, especially if you take your car after 5pm, be prepared to spend one hour getting out of Mussafah.

Normally, there are many Taxi's waiting outside, no need to book, just drop your car. However there is no clear explanation why you have to wait because you are "a walk-in", as many times all agents are available but seems busy with other things, can't understand tgat since they are "Customer Front desk"
