Please do not ever visit this Salon. They have just opened the Salon without knowing the services professionally. I visited the place for hair cut, color and highlights.

Ms. Huzama ruined my hair very badly. I told her to cut my hair in layers but she just trimmed it and that too not evenly. She put color for highlights first and then applied so much color all over my full hair very unprofessionally. I told her to keep the hair looking natural but she had done ash colored highlights. My hair looks so bad.

You will be charged much more even having groupon voucher. Please dont waste your money. Never think to visit this salon.

I did my hair protein treatment today and the work was really nice i cant wait to see the result the lady also gave me a necklace gift the sign of my horoscope ️

WORST SALON EVER! Ms. Huzama ruined my wife’s hair. She did not know how to cut hair and just randomly used scissors to trim and said that she had cut hair in layers!
She did not know even to color and highlight the hair. And then for the Brazilian hair mask, she applied during shampoo and immediately washed off the hair. On top of that she had charged Aed 100 more despite of my wife’s short hair.
The entire services was very unprofessional. PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS SAALON

Today i had a Horrible experience from this non professional ladies. Very Very bad place DO NOT GO.poor customer service. All what they need is money.ladies be genuine.

Really enjoyed the service. I booked Mr Renaud facial treatment and I was late for my appointment but the ladies still greeted us and started with the service right away. The service time was lengthy enough, not too slow or fast, and got great results. Also got some advice on how to take care of my skin.

I dont recommend at all. I asked for light color hair dye and i received only darker dye. I also asked for highlights and she does not make it even though she said she would at the start. Not professional. And expensive for no reason. She told me to fix it at another salon which means very money loss. (هدر للأموال).

I have done hair porting treatment, eyebrows shaping, photon mask facial treatment. Worth it. Huzana is very professional lady

Worst Salon ever! Bad customer service. Disrespectful to customers. Very unprofessional! Ruined my hair and was forced to pay for an overpriced price for hair coloring that had no COLOR. Owner so what threatened me during the holy month of ramadan if i do not pay.she needs to GO and REFLECT on herself because she’s too self absorbed.

The worst experience ever the owner is very impolite. When I asked for groupon offers she tripled the price when I told her the price is way much different she ended the call. I've been there before for manicure the place is very dirty. Not recommended at all.

Ms Huzama is an extremely professional and friendly beautician. She gave me a hair makeover exactly like the picture I showed her, that too in a very short time.
Salon is hygienic and spacious. I would definitely be visiting again.

Never ever visit this terrible parlour. The owner is a rude lady and doesn't value her customers. Appointments are just a joke and you have to wait forever.

Ms. Huzama is very accomodating, she did the service professionally, even its late night already she finished the service in a nice way. Worth the wait and it is recommendable. For sure i will go back for threading and hair color service.

Worst service and worst treatment

The salon is spotless and serene. The smell is also very pleasant. Madam Huzama's service is prompt, professional, and of good quality. I chose the hair treatment and hair lights with Groupon but I paid extra. Must visit to see.

Neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr go to this place.she is not even trained. The owner is the only staff there.she gets the money upfront for the horrible service. I had a Groupon voucher for keratin.but I decided to go for a haircut first.believe me even you would cut your hair by yourself better than her.she cut my hair in literally 2 mins (with a regular scissors). I cancelled my voucher for keratin.she is super rude and unprofessional.

Madam Huzama is very professional. She will give you a good advise about your current skin status. I love the result of my facial.surely will recommend it to my friends and will be back again and again. Keep up the good work madam!

The prices are reasonable, but the way they treat your skin is pathetic. I went for body wax and literally blown out for the way the lady did it (she is the owner). She constantly kept applying hot wax and it was burning and painful. I told her multiple times and she just kept telling sorry but kept doing the same thing again. Whenever we go there is less or no staff, I don't understand why can't they appoint at least one trained staff who can do services as the owner does limited services. Plus they don't have any gown to cover your body while waxing, when I asked she said to cover with tissue roll. Like seriously! It's been 2 days but my skin is still burning and red all over. Also, they take payment even before the service starts, never understood why as if we will run away without paying them after service. Anyways, I think they should be more gentle with their customers and treat them like humans as skin is the most sensitive part, it can get badly ruined if not handled properly.

Worst parlor for threading, I took threading service for first time here and it was very bad experience. Their work was so bad and most weird thing was that lady giving me the plucker to take out extra hairs, if I will do that then why I went their.
I wasted my money their, I was planning to go for a long package but now I m suggesting that please never go for any thing, because if then don't know how to do threading, I don't think they can do anything good.

The worst experience ever
I did manicure pedicure and i bled twice in two fingers. They cant even file nails properly and the manager was unbothered. My friend filed her own nails! I dont recommend it at all i beg you all not to go.

They offered good services. The staff are courteous and friendly.
I'm very particular with my nails but the manicurist did it with gentleness.
Surely would be back.

10/10 saloon my mom told me about how good they were with her and my sister tried it out as well and she loved it so i had to give it a rate even tho im a guy, u know moms arent good with technology and a good shop must be known, whatever it is ;) so yes ladies! Their work was professional and modern, the staff were so friendly, and the result was amazing, the hairdresser was so creative in her work.

I like the eyebrows cleaninig it was amazing and the waxing also, they have a profession staff.

Awful Service, I bought 2 vouchers, 1 mani-pedi and 1 lashes. Mani last all of 3 hours before it peeled off, towels were dirty and the plug hole for the pedicure bowl was blocked with a rubber glove to stop the water draining! I didn't have my lashes done as the lash lady didn't even show up. I was told she'd arrived in 20 mins but i waited over 90mins with my young daughter with me. I got fed up of waiting so made a second appointment and left. There was no real apologies, terrible customer service. I didn't even attend the second appointment as I was so annoyed with the treatment when we were there. Don't waste your money going here.

Terrible service. Was told my eyelash extensions would last a month, they fell out after three days. The area was dirty and there was a random child IN the treatment room while my sister was getting hers done. They use maxfactor individual lashes and a toxic glue that literally burned my eyelashes off. My sister experienced severe burning and her eyes swelled up the size of golf balls, she began experiencing blurred vision and asked the staff if this was normal (it is very much not) and she was told it was. She had blurred vision for two days afterward went in the next day and complained, my sister got hers removed, but we did not get any sort of recompense for this

They tear apart my skin all of my legs and arms while waxing they dont bother to hold the skin as well as they are like butchers oh my God ut was horriable end up with all bruises and blue marks on my arms and legs with top layer of my skin gone. I went for offer but nah i am repenting now. They even dont bother that they are getting my head hairs i tied them quickly no towel and tiasues on the bed.i must say they are worst. All of the wax on the floor and on my slippers too. Seriously

One word! Disaster! I booked an appointment for 5pm and the lady who actually did my hair at around 5: 50pm was just sitting there at the reception so I had no clue she is a hairdresser too. They made me wait 50mins in vein! Needles to say I had somewhere very important to be and didn’t plan loosing that almost 1hr in waiting for “princess” receptionist-hairdresser talking all the time with some friends on the phone to come and do my hair! Then my roots became blond and my hair is brown! What will you do? Why did it happen? No answer! I was going to a nervous breakdown! I had no time to fix anything! Wanted to go to the toilet it was blocked with something looking like vomit inside but no one warned me not to go! Just said the toilet is there. The saloon is really old and crappy too. I had to get some Brazilian mask too. Didn’t get it. Overall huge stress for me! And if I’m writing here now which I mostly do for positive feedback to support hard working people then you can think for yourself! Just don’t get that Groupon girls! Don’t!
