If there could be less than 1 star I could give that rating to this outlet most of the staffs are mannerless and undisciplined this is my second visit and still the staffs and there attitude is same. Am customer and am here to by gold not for begging to your staffs. They should learn or that store manger should give them proper CS traning.

I dont usually post reviews in here but there is a lady at this branch who made us want to go back again and again. Special shoutout to Ms. Heena Singh (as i remember). It was a very busy day indeed but still, she managed to accommodate us with so much patience in choosing what we want. She was very polite and helpful unlike some other staff. I wish it will reached to the management that she is one of the best customer service personnel i have ever met. We actually ended up buying and buying some more items because of her. Thank you Ms. Heena and we hope to see you again.

Worst e experience.in hamdan branch.poor customer handling. We are paying for gold, not you people are giving it as free of cost, mind it. Staffs dont know how to behave. Really pathetic will never suggest this shop to anybody.
