I am not happy with the way they are handling customer. Once i visited to the shope to buy bracelet.i was not in a evening walk dress.means not in a executive look. No one was looking at me or asking me wha i need. I can see there cust support people available and looking at entrance to see a customer.i walked to a customer support a asked about my requirement. Even though he was not happy to help me he aranged some else. Totally poor customer handling.

Lots of staffs working in the shop.many staffs free to serve customers but they dont have much interests in serving each and every customer in a proper way.
Once we got a salesperson attending us, not really interested in showing us our requirement, maybe he already was assuming that we may not buy.but due to his lack of attention to our service we decided to check some where else.
