Giving false promise.
I went here for exchanging 916 gold (Malabar and Joy alukkas) they told me 916 gold from Malabar shall be replaced at 100% rate and other 916 at 96% rate. However in their website it’s mentioned all 916 gold shall be exchanged at full rate. And the funny part is their Tag line, A promise is a a promise! I wonder.
I went to Joy allukas and they gave me 100% rate for all the 916 gold.
Malabar promise is not a promise! Fake
