Malabar has beeen best Gold purchasing shop since im young, But today when i purchased gold i really wanted to stop the transaction and just get out of your shop because of poor communication of your staff/intern. The intern was very rude although i know his name i would not share his name bcause i know how much it takes to get a job in uae, the satffs around wittness his disrespectful communications but still did not correct him.in front of us only he is murmering in malyalum that his first customer is bad.hello then why are you joned to sell your product? Is it bad to ask to show your product which make my purchase to 40 grams? Once i ask his name in loud voice his tone changed immediately and he started to talk with respect with my husband.wow so u know inter perrsonal communication verywell. Dont judgepeople by color and dress, or any other kind, customer satisfaction well thats what i do in my job and expect same from you. And not every one wil buy 1 kg gold, soome of us like to buy bcz we like to wear it not to store it, so all customers are must be treated well. I just kept quiet there bcz in early morning i dont want to raise my bp or ruin any one day.but really im disappointed.hope u bring some good vibes.thanks

One of best jewelry in Abudhabi region. Especially hamdan street branch is really superb in collection. Another most attract me here to this branch is their staff behavior. Especially Mr. Jagadeesh- very polite & good in approach towards customers.

Here by I am righting my second review of the day same brand but different shope (opposite to Al Ahalya hospital) staffs are not friendly, not ready to assit the customers, they are looking down the customer with out any respect, is any one from management could reach me out I am happy to give further details. I went to this branch as I am a regular customer for malabar, they have really spoiled my experience

Pathetic customer service. Waited 10mins with nobody even looking at us, and then pleaded for service. Waited again for 10mins before a rude “if you want to buy” fellow attended to us. Meanwhile, adjacent Kalyan treated us like royals!

None cares for customer, the staff donot attend to customers even after making you wait they never show up.

Avoid going to Malabar. The policy and customer service is just being too hard to regular customers. Had a bad experience and will be the last time I go into this jewellery. 4% policy. Just be aware of the high making charge and new new policies before you buy anything

These guys have one of the best collections among the jewellers of Abu Dhabi, mainly in 22ct ornaments. They have diamond ornaments under theirown brand name, and few other international brands.

Had a really bad experience today. Have been a regular customer for more than 4 years thinking that they valued customers. But today they were like we have new policy, this and that. 4% money deducted for giving back old gold that too 22k 916 gold. Till last 2 weeks we used to give back gold for 2dhs per gram but now 4% thats like 8dhs+. Even if its gold from india or gold from uae. We even were about to leave after a other staff came and checked our old history for purchases and came to know we aren't lying about being regularly customers.then they started bargaining the making charge for the gold. And brought it down to 2dhs. Thats when i felt like the 4% policy was just a scam to get the most out of other ppls hard earned money. If u are going to bargain at the end and make it back to 2dhs then why with all the 4% policy to begin with. Anyway this will be my last time i will ever go into malabar. Thanks for the everlasting bad experience.

The staff here is excellent at what they do. There are elegant designs of gold and diamond ornaments. Reasonable prices and purest quality of gold. They often give discounts to the customers.

Don't know much about this shop. I am not an 18 to 24 carat gold person but the experience was enjoyable.wasn't in the shop long.

Really worst experience from this Malabar Gold branch.
Generally I purchase ornaments from Malabar Gold. I stopped purchase from malabar gold after went to the Hamdan street branch.
For a machine cut hand chain they demanded 19/gm making charge which is too much.
I have asked them that this is very high rate, then they replied that this is their rate and if you want to have low rate you should go to other jewelleries. Next moment I came out from that shop and I went to DAMAS in the same street. There I get a better model with making charge of 14/gm.
So I will not recommend this jewellery for purchases.

I want to give zero star but no option. Because the service was very bad and no responsibility for the staff.one week took me to get my scheme money to claim my gold. Called many times but only they say will call in half an hour but dint get good response from ur team. Than when i reach the store it took me almost 2hr to get my gold wow what a service.i purchased so many gold from malabar. Now i really feel it was my wrong choice.anyway this will be my last and first entry.
