Porsche Centre Mussafah

Porsch encourage customers to pay around 20000 each year for each porsche. Including warranty and service. After your car done 100000 km. They increases the warranty more and more and they will say that the factory increase the parts and service. Five years with them I paid a lot each year then they kicked me out. Because of the price. The stuff and location are good but the policy of the company is bad. Even Mercedes and BMW is cheaper in service and warranty more than porsche. I just went to German expert to check up on.

After 2 times I brought my car in this garage for the same issue and payed thousands of dollars to fix the same issue.
Today the same issue arose for the 3rd time.
I believe at this point the only solution is to raise it with the ministry of economic as this is called: fraud!

I had an alarm from my cayenne stating I needed to insert Cooling liquid. Upon inserting the liquid I got the alarm again.

Contacted this Porsche garage and I gave them my car.

After 5 days and thousands of dirham payed I got my car back.

Left my car In covered garage and I went for holiday.

When I went back and I used the car, the same alarm returned.
I was really astonished, as this is PORSCHE not a normal garage.contacted them and they came to collect the car.

Next day I got a call.guess what.they were asking for other thousands of dirham to repair the same issue that they were supposed to repair the month before when I payed for it!

This is unacceptable and I will raise this situation to a higher level. Porsche standards should be global and not local!
This garage should be called differently!

Absolutely WORST service! My car took over 2 months for them just to get it fixed right. They fix one thing and ruined another, had to fix my glass window and ended up scratching the leather of the seats. Don’t get me started on their service … my car was dropped off at their body shop and no one bothered to follow up with me or update me on any anything. I had to be the one calling and running after them, and on top of that they take about two working days just to get back to you, and lastly shocking you that simple fixing takes up to a month. It almost feels like you’re begging from them although mind blowing and ridiculous amount of money is being payed. Prices you’ve never seen before. I honestly don’t even know how this bodyshop is even close to being called a PORSCHE body shop. Doesn’t meet Porsche’s standard at all… this place actually drags down and ruins Porsche’s reputation. This place is the reason to why I deeply REGRET even thinking of buying a Porsche in the first place. Biggest mistake honestly. Never ever again!

Yousuf is a great representative at the service section. He listened me with patience, he tried to solve all the issues i am having with my car.

Sunil is a top service advisor that I recommend leaving your Porsche with. Timely updates and clearly explains all faults or issues with the vehicle. Friendly staff all around the service department and a nice waiting lounge

I had a great experience at Porsche Abu Dhabi Musaffah, thanks to the representative Nabil AlKodsy. He was incredibly helpful and provided me with comprehensive information. Nabil's precise time estimation for the service delivery was very professional, and his advice was exactly what my car needed and did not charge me with unnecessary stuff. He emphasized the importance of quality above all else, leaving me greatly satisfied with the service.

Very poor service not matching with porche brand, one week old makan went to their body shop for replacing wind shield, took one month since the glass should arrive from Germany, they fixed the glass but not good fixing fixing at all, air noise coming through the window shield, no quality control, i believe the tech who did the test drive is not professional, coz the air noise you can hear it on speed 80km per hour, , it’s not nice from you Porsche to hand over the car to customer with this condition, gave us too much hassle and time wasting to bring the car back to them, I took the tech with me in the car I showed him the strong air noise on speed 80 once we are back from our test drive he got the car file and started to discuss with service advisor and they put the blame on other tech who did the test drive,
We asked replacement car from work shop manager who refused which you can feel that they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
Conclusion: some out side service centers can do better job than Porsche center which shame on you Porsche
We paid 37000 dhs for the Repaire and the result is headache, hassles and time wasting.

One of the best places especially with the help of senil… but euro rental car service is the worst

I don’t commonly write reviews. But I had to make an exception for Mr. Ahmed Ali. He was exceptional in dealing with all matters relating to the service of my car. And was very easy to coordinate with throughout the process. Porsche have a special member of their team on deck. Thanks again.

The best experience anyone can have. Helpful staff, welcoming and you certainly get high end class A service. Malek the sales rep I bought the car from went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied of the service! Definitely will recommend this showroom to anyone interested in Porsche and such a service.

Same as any other Mussafha workshop, only looking fancier. They scratched a rim of the car, left the doors open and discharged the battery, and they didn't fixed the issue for what the car was brought in for.

I bought 2 cars from the same dealership. I was told that I will get initial 2 services for free. On the second service they charger me over 3100+

I will never buy a car from this dealership again and will do my car service else where. Once I find the best Porche service center, I will update the post.

I have owned the Panamera S for more than 3 years now and Ali and Sons was the go to place for me. The staff is really professional and makes sure even the service experience is remarkable. Special thanks to Arif, Sunil and Risvan for always being there to lend a helping hand with any queries and services. Owning a Ducati, a Harley and a Porsche, this team gave me the best service experience so far.

I regret owning a Porsche.
Ali & sons have the worst customer service. I called asking for a quote to service my car and I never heard back from them.
They will treat you well until you buy their cars, after that you will see the reality of how they treat their customers.

Very bad stuff. Been taught and ordered to take money as much as possible. 4 years, Did my all porsche maintenances with them. Still want me to pay more. To be honest. I am asking all customers to buy warranty only and do all oil service and brakes outside. They have a very cold boss director from Germany. I was shouting and got fed up waiting 2 hours just for my car washing finish to pick it up. 2 hours! He did nothing to me and even Ignored my feelings. I suggest to find other maintenance company but keep warranty with those money collectors.

I bought a used Cayman from this dealership and when I collected it there were still visible stone chips in the bonnet and a scratch on the roof. One of the keys also didn’t work. One day after receiving the vehicle a fault with the lightning system developed. The service manual wasn’t updated with the correct information either. I returned my car to the dealership 2Jan20 for them to fix all the issues which they were supposed to have done. They committed to deliver my vehicle to my location at 7pm. 7.25pm and still no vehicle. Service has been appalling given the amount of money spent. Think twice about buying from this dealer. I M now going to complain to Porsche about my service from this dealership. Completely unacceptable.

Worst experience ever! They claim to be an official Porsche dealer! The only Porsche-like is the price! Very rude and unprofessional sales manager and service team. On top of it, I reported this behavior to senior management in Germany without any position nor acknowledgment! Deeply regret to moved away from Mercedes!

I had a water pump swapped for a new one with metal metal impeller blades, but I told the service advisor to keep the older pump as it functioned fine. I picked up the car and left the dealer, 30 min later I took the old pump out of the box and found there were multiple hits to the impeller knocking off two blades and damaging the rest of the impeller. I immediately sent the picture to the service advisor to asked what had happened and who damaged the pump, he denied anything happened to it at Porsche and said the part went into the box in good condition. I met with the German manager to explain I don’t care about the older pump, but to not admit to damages shows someone in your company is lying. If he had just apologized for someone damaging it I would have walked away, but he kept saying his mechanic worked for him for 10 years so who should he believe. Why would I damage my own perfectly good part? Second issue I had with Porsche Mussafah. I have Been a customer for over 5 years and spent a lot of money there. Never again. Horrible customer service. Go to JZM much better service

Ladies can easily go and wait in the big waiting area. I love their coffe mini bar.you have to try their coffee hhhhh

The team at porsche Abu Dhabi is really helpful and coordial. Enjoyed the test ride and interacting with the team.

You have to visit the centre many time for repairs and follow up day after day. Its expensive as well.
