I had chosen the platinum warranty package with Royal Swiss- Dubai for my Ford Explorer, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit for a major service at 100KM and a diagnosis for a malfunctioning headlight turned into a nightmare. Despite scheduling an appointment for December 9th and being assured by the manager, Mostafa, that the diagnosis would be completed on the same day, the service center failed to deliver. After a whole day, they only changed the engine oil and did not perform the promised diagnosis.

Mostafa stopped responding to calls, and I was told to return on Tuesday for both the major service and the headlight diagnosis. However, the parts did not arrive, and after further delays, I dropped my vehicle off again on Wednesday. The service advisor, Glen, informed me that the headlight diagnosis required opening the bumper and charged me AED 700+, claiming it was not covered under warranty. The major service tasks were also continuously delayed, with the promise of completion by Friday.

Despite confirming the readiness of my car on Friday, upon pickup, I found it dirty with low-pressure tires. Glen was on leave, so I had to request on the floor for cleaning and tire pressure adjustment. Despite numerous reminders and follow-ups, I did not receive the job completion report, highlighting a lack of care for customer expectations and experiences.

In conclusion, my experience with the service center was extremely poor, marked by a disregard for commitments and time, unclear terms and conditions, and a lack of coordination and process integration. The overall service fell short of delivering the expected value to the customer.

I am having honda electric and my car got mal function due to wrong DC adaptor use &I was really upset and reach Swiss auto. Mr Ahmad and Musfata entertained my car and welcome me at their best and they fixed the fault immediately with no damage or parts replacement

I took the highest package. However, they still charge me for every piece they change even if it was internal.
Apparently the service only covers car checking

Dear Swiss Auto Service Team,

Want to bring in your notice about the incident happened with me while signing the service contract with Swiss Auto on 7th Jan 2023.

I signed service contract plus for 2 year which includes 4 minor, 1 major and 1 super major service.
Person in swiss auto told me that I am eligible for 4 minor, 1 major and 1 super major service for 2 year.
Infact he also done minor service on 7th Jan 2023. Till that day, I drove 1568KM only. However recommended one is every 10KM. Minor service was not needed but he done this.

FYI, since I purchased the car, I drove only 5700KM more than 6+ month time. My commute to office and home is very less KM. My driving frequency will remain same for coming months /years too.

Today I visited the Swiss Auto service center for car service as per appointment, Once I reached the center, I came to know following which was very shocking to me, was not told at the time of buying the service contract.

I am not allowed to do any service before 6 month that too subject to approval from the warranty team.
If I go at the same pace, I won't be able to finish my 2 minor services alone in 2 year time. Forget about 1 major and 1 super major service.
All these things has been told today, not discussed any of the exclutions at the time of service contract purchase.
These terms and conditions were not informed to me earlier at the time of contract purchasing and no certificate was given. Only payment receipt. Today I received the copy on request.
Even 1st minor service was not required, but Swish Auto adviser done 1st minor service for the sake of getting a contract sign to make money.

This was really a very shocking and horrible experience with Swiss auto to know all these things today (13th Jun 2023).

Swiss Auto adviser told me to connect with the call center (CC). I called call center as well and CC guy was telling me that its my mistake and I must know all the details before signing the contract. He can’t help much. He was advising me to connect with Swiss Auto from where I purchased the service contract. As a new car owner in Dubai, how can I know all exclusions which are not mentioned anywhere?

CC guy told me, that he will raise complain ticket and I will get a message in 5 min. Almost more than 2 hour past, no SMS, no email and no call back from Swiss Auto.

I am helpless who supposed to address my concern.

My humble request to Swiss Auto team to please do not sell the service contract blindly without telling the term and conditions to new customer. I also recommend, Swiss auto must have a valid questionaries to ask all these questions in advance before going and recommending any service contract with new car owners to avoid such kinds of mistakes going forward.

My humble request to Swiss Auto to please cancel my contract and refund my money immediate.

FYI, I am not getting any benefits from this Service Contract. I will do regular service as and when needed.

The worst service ever even after replying to my comment no one come back and the car has been put again back to the service center to fix the agitation we have while car is at high speed for a suspension to be fixed for 2 months and although promised to finish in one day they are now 3 days and saying after Eid will try to finish don’t ever do any service. Contract with them and I already ad iced two people there who thanks God left this service center after they saw my suffering and the carelessness of this service center I advice everyone never to go there elsewise you will really suffer

I delivery my car to check schock absorver noise, however, I decide not make service and when take my car, the chassis message appears and suspension complete drop.

I got my VW ID4 maintenance service done and it was very pleasant experience. Charges are reasonable and job was completed on time as promised with a new software update as well

Special mention for Melvin and reception team who handled things very professionally.

My car was returned to me with interior damages and a damaged rear sensor which were not present when I dropped it off. Additionally, the promised timeframe for pick-up was not honored, causing inconvenience.plus the mechanic work that took more than 10 days is also not made correctly

First of all i am facing major issues with them since one year now to much hustle when it comes to the important parts of the car i have replaced my suspensions on my car more that 5 times within the same year as they are using such bad and cheap quality suspension parts and if you want the original part they will duble the price so you pay most of the orignal part amount,

2nd when it comes to some other parts even if it is damaged but no sound they wont replace and they wont inform you directly to avoid replacing it so if you are not a mechanic do not trust them

3rd they dont have engineers that are capable to diagnose your car to the exact issue i swear i am the one who showed them most of my car problems and they always insist that they are right and they never lsn to what you are complaining about (im not talking about the service advisors) im talking about parts and the mechanics and the supervision and the quality test

I went there at 9.00. Was only a lady, I checked in at the reception.
After that nobody came, even that lady left.
I left after 20 min.
Great service, maybe only for Porche and other German made cars.
Wasted my time for nothing.

I took a car for vehicle inspection at their garage, but unfortunately they did miss an obvious damage on the body which other garage has discovered it while servicing it. In addition to the high cost where i expected to have more value.

To be honest the staff were so nice and cooperative and keep answering my questions all the time.

Very nice workshop and staff with experience, they repair my car Mercedes engine and after two months driving my engine is like brand new i want to say thank you to all team special to Mr. Milos workshop manager for good take car of my car and good discount.
