The staff and team is very professional and very helpful. The store is having very good variety and a lot of options to choose from the sale staff is very patient as i took long time to choose the watches. Store environment is very welcoming and friendly i must say specially the Manager Rana is very helpful and polite. Wonderful experience everyone must visit.

This shop needs a series of training in customer service. The selling approach is zero. It's more like we are doing you a favor. Despite the sales team being free until you won't request them a couple of times no one will come to assist you. This was the least expected from a chain like Al Futtaim.

I have received a gift and wanted to exchange it with another watch, but even the watch was untouched in the original box, and with the etiquette on it they didn't allow me to excanched.so sad

Rana and his Team Rodalyn, Nithin, etc.and their best Master Service Technician Mr. Abdul is a true asset and can only be rivaled by Mr. Sami's Team (Erick and Imran) of Mushrif. These hardworking guys will always make each one my visit a remarkable experience.

This place is a joke, I purchased 2 watches 1 (seiko) for my dad and 1 (Espirit) for my mom. Both the watches stopped after just 1 month. To my bad luck I bought the watches when I went to INDIA on my vacation, when I returned back to Abu Dhabi my parents told me that their watches has stopped working. When contacting the staff they are telling me that the watches has 1 year warranty for Seiko and 2 years warranty for Espirit. Is this why customers purchase watches from reputed outlets? Such a shame. If you want to spend your hard earned money buying a watch from these people, please go ahead and get their phone number as well because you will need them later.
