When order was made, it states same day delivery, even though I made the order in the morning, it took 2 days.

That is not the worst thing to expect when dealing with this place, I had zero information about the order, didn't know when to expect it, so I had to literally stay at home and next to the phone as I ordered frozen food.worst of the worst when it comes to customer service, no one answers any phone and I had no updates.

Well, never again.

كل شي فيه سوس سميد طحين الخ… والاكل قديم او تجميده مو صح. حتى حلويات مشكلة بقلاوه وغيره لقينا فيها سوس. وخدمة العملاء ما رجعولنا الفلوس ولا حتى عرضوا يبدلو العلبه

Very nad experience. Ordered two times and in both times products need two days to reach while it is a supermarket in Dubai! But the most annoying thing is the unprofessional customer care and the worse os that they always send near old expiry items.

I used the app 2 times only and found the worst nightmare ever; deleted the app now so I don’t do the same mistake again
