الاكل كان ممتاز بأستثناء الشوربة فيها طعم حراق، وفي اهتمام واضح بنظافة المكان والأكل، والاجواء والمكان اكثر من رائع فيه جلسات داخليه و جلسات خارجية، السعر يعتبر جيد مقابل جودة الاكل والكميات، بخصوص الخدمة اشكر السيد حسين على الاحترافيه و الخدمة فوق الممتازه، و في شخص اسمه منذر لم يكن اسلوبه احترافي بالخدمه، وبالمجمل المطعم يستحق الزيارة.

الموظفين تعاملهم سي جدا كان ممكن ازور المكان مره ثانيه علشان الطعم بس الموظفين يخليك ماتجي ثانيه

حبيته مره الاكل لذيذ والحلى لذيذ والاجواء خيالية فيه جلسات داخليه و جلسات خارجية ، مهتمين حاطين سجاده اهنيهم غيرهم يقولون روحوا دوروا المسجد

الاكل صراحه لذيذ مايختلف عليه اثنين لكن الاسعار مبالغ فيها بالنسبه لحجم الصحن حرام والله وخدمة العمال غير مقبوله كأنك ماخذ من حلاله تقييمي له 10/5 بسبب الخدمه والاسعار

الموقع جميل لكن الأكل للأسف لايتوافق مع المكان وروعته. وتعامل بعض الموظفين غير جيد لا يوجد اي ابتسامه للعميل وكأنهم مجبورين علي الخدمة.

مطعم اقيمه ٧من١٠ من ناحيه الاكل ونفسيه العمال مش كويسه ابداً كل عامل نفسيته بطرف خشمه كأنه معشيك على حسابه والاسعار مبالغ فيها على حجم الصحن والطلب يتأخر مره مره

الاكل لذيذ والمكان جميل لكن فيه احد الموظفين لازم يكون بشوش شوي ، ويطول باله عدا ذلك الخدمة ممتازة

We celebrated and watched new year fireworks 2024 at jbr after we decided to come in this restaurant with our friends. Despite there was not so many guests in the restaurant even in new year eve almost half empty and we had plenty of good famous restaurant choices around but still we decided to try the food and experience in this restaurant.
1) Poor waiter service & communication
The food was fair, but the waiter service was extremely poor.after giving us the food on table we needed to call the waiter by going to them by ourselve they just like forget us. Our food was getting cold for just waiting for fresh hot bread which was given after with the another manager. We asked for water they forgot. We were waiting for water on table after finishing the dinner for another 15 mins. We decided to go outside and take away water with us because we had another plans.

2) Rude and non professional Operation manager
Restaurant leading staff called him self operation manager he ruined our experience due to his non professional behavior.our one of friend was enjoying the atmosphere and interior of the restaurant and playing piano which was public and allowed to use, he made the video of his friend while playing piano on his phone, mistakenly in video other family women guest comes in, so other guest complained to that aggresive manager and it was perfectly normal scenario usually happens in public places, operation Manager should request us politely to check and delete the video if there is, we could delete as any other good quality restaurant or facility, it’s normal practice, they always ask politely if something like this happens, however restaurant’s operation manager came and start talking very rudely and took my colleague’s phone and forcefully delete all his videos even personal even which he took of fireworks, and talking very rudely pushed him and said get out, and the other nice manager and the owner was not able to know the exactly situation as he was outside to diffuse the situation, but this guy till the end he was telling his guests “to us if you want to make it longer I can do” after insulting us, wow what a behavior and service with their restaurant guests who just paid 510 aed bill 5 mins ago, it’s not definitely 5 star service in 5 star location even jbr standard. The operation manager of this restaurant should work in diera at shawarma shop as how he speaks to the guest. He doesn’t know what is hospitality means, I’m sorry to say that. Owner must should take action on it.
