Worst garage ever, avoid it at all cost, they will break part and put the blame on you, go with any garage is better than this one trust me.

I’ve done Gold polishing package.
Exterior looks slightly better and shiny, minor scratches were removed.

However, interior looks amazing and like brand new car. Very happy with the outcome.

It was overall a smooth job. Did a booking on an earlier date, were a little late. However, they have completed the job on time. Kudos to the entire team of Manchester Tyre.

I had availed their Window Tinting service for a small car category. Booking an appointment was easy. Did not have to wait when i arrived.and got the job done in less than two hours.please note my car had an old tint that had to be removed. Had to pay 50 dhs extra for the removal.but still satisfied with the team's job! Keep it up.

This is my second car for tinting, despite of lots of choices out there, i still prefer Manchester Service. Even if they are fully book, Annabel finds a way to accommodate me asap. I bought from groupon the platinum package its a supposed to be a full service for cleaning the interior and exterior polishing, engine degreasing and lights polishing, 1st they didn’t clean the engine they put spray to look shiny, the seats didn’t remove them they clean them by some chemicals and towel, the carpet and the dash board still dirty, when i told you should remove the seats they said you have to pay, its the worst shop ever dont dont spend your money in such a services go to any other place.

This Car detailing garage is really not worth going, bought gold package through Groupon and left my car for 24 hrs but they didn't clean interior and exterior as they mentioned in package detail, also while headlight rejuvenation they made it worse and from no scratch it turned to light with scratches. There were dust everywhere on roof, hand base on the door, rear glass, and even in the dicky. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money and time with this Garage.

I've brought my cars here for detailing and tires over the years. The detailing makes my cars look new, and the tires have been great. They have always told me all costs up front which I really appreciate. Keep up the great work!

Overpriced! Got to do the brake pads replacement with disc polishing. Theirs cost is almost the same as service centre but service is worst than that. They do disc polishing with other shop and made the service charge for them on top of it. Even by machine or laser polishing are costly. Receptionist is nice and friendly but technician is not helpful.

I found the service at Manchester tyres to be extremely professional and efficient. I had the pleasure of dealing with Belle. I went for the gold package and could not be happier with the result. I have and early model SUV and after the treatment it's like a new car. Thanks to all the team at Mt for a great service.

Have got my car detailing done from them and really felt that I wasted my money. It was supposed to be a platinum service but they just cleaned interiors and washed the car and no 3 stage polish or clay bar usage seen. I have a black Porsche so was hoping it to be all dazzling but the regular petrol pump guys are better. Will never use them again. Only reason why I give 1 star is because of good front desk service at drop off.

Went for wheel balancing, they are very professional and very fast. It took me 15 mins for all 4 wheels.

Ive paid 5000 aed for oil leak and the problem was not solved. Waste of time and money. I brought the car back to the garage, they charged again for it.

The guy who does the wheel balancing and alignment does not know what he is doing. Save your money and don't go to this place. Seems like their machines actually don't work, are not programmed and missing some of the accessories required.

I went there on my first visit to do complete AC service which package I bought it online which includes everything to do complete AC service.
Once I reached there they said that it will closed in half an hour and your complete AC service will take at least 2 hours. Next day I went early they have finished my service within 15 min and that’s all. I don’t find any changes in my car cooling and their blower speed also gone down because they said it is new filter. I don’t know Is they did my work? I doubt.

Somoene send me he want to buy my car so I went for inspection, he made inspection to my car first for the paint by Nad without any machine, second he did the mechanical inspection after he finish he gave report with some parts I repair in agency just few days ago and I show him the receipt and he couldn't say anything he just say I don't know the computer say that, then he called me the buyer the car need like 5000 dhs I went rta I made inspection and it was totally different from him and it was 2 issues in the car it get repaired by 850 dhs, he totally unprofessional and he let me loose my buyer. He just only use his computer and he follow what he say. Additional rta report no accident he mention I had accident in my car even roof top I will never even think to pass there.

Bought Platinum package and really find it worth. I can feel my car refreshed from inside out. Thy removed scratches which i was not able to depsite of applying othr products. A must recommended service n value for money!

Do not take your car for detailing here, at least if you value it. I purchased their platinum package which is their top of the line product and left my car at their facilities at 8am, came back at 5pm and it look the same on the exterior. Interior was not bad, but not what they advertised. Engine bay was properly cleaned. Rugs did not get shampooed as they said, no leather treatment on the seats. And I had them polish it while I was there as it looked horrible when I got there. Horrible experience!

A very unhappy customer. Came here for brake pads change.had chosen this garage as they had wheel alignment services too. I was told that it would take 1.5 hours. I decided to wait and it took almost 4 hours for the job to complete, and at the end of it they asked me to come another day for the wheel alignment as they were busy. Not convinced with the work that was being done either.
Not very professional. Wouldn't recommend going here. There are tons of other garages who value their customers.

Had my car detailing here.it was an utter disappointment and i told the reception lady that the detailing work has been done with extreme negligence form the staff and it is not worth what I have paid.i believe its more of an express cleaning rather than detailing. I found seat belts, internal door handles and seat rails were untouched.

I bought the platinum package from Groupon and honestly just go a manual wash at any petrol station and you would get better results to be honest. So unsatisfied.

First of all, the car was supposed to be thoroughly cleaned, polished and waxed. When I received the car, it was not clean at all.
To be honest by the looks of it, I guess it wasn’t polished at all.

Messed up on headlight polishing as well.

The interior detailing was okayish but way too greasy.

I can pretty much assure everyone Manchester tyre trading doesn’t know proper car detailing.

I do not recommend any detailing package offered by them.
Total Disappointment!

The worst experience ever of car detailing and they call it "Gold", it is disaster, you'd definitely get a better result if you go and do a normal car cleaning at the petrol station

Very friendly and very informative. The staff were very accommodating however, Annabelle is just a breath of fresh air! Just got the tints done, looking good so far.

Good morning everyone!
I would like to share my recent experience with Manchester tyres and recommend you to stay away from this place!
My friend gave me a Groupon voucher (gold package). You can check online which services they supposed to make for that package, but they didn’t do anything properly out of that list.

First, i brought my car in the morning and we agreed i will collect it back morning of the next day. The lady called me in the evening and asked if i can come a little bit later, as the car will not be ready. When i came 1 housr later apprx. I still had to wait for 30 minutes as it was not ready

Second, they destroyed my roof inside the car! I had a little stains from hand. And you know how they cleaned it? With a towel. So you can imagine how it looked after.
They also told me if i want them to fix it i have to leave my car for another 2 hours.

Third, the scratches were not removed.

Basically i can go through the whole list and I can’t find at least one thing that was done properly.

P.s. As well tgey wanted to charge me 50 aed extra, as i have suv.

Simple car wash at the petrol station is way better than this place!

Unprofessional staff and definitely im not recommending it to anyone!

If you want your car to be spoiled, feel free to come here for detailing. This is my 2012 Audi A6 ceiling one week after this detailing. My compliance was rejected: it's not our fault. But who's? It's a common defect for 20 years old car, but not for a 6 yo. Also I didn't manage to found such issues anywhere for such cars

It can’t be called as detailing service its just less than the full washing service you can have in any petrol station, They are not responsible, not professional and poor staff.
I had gone for platinum service with window tinting and after they finished i find dust in almost every place except the interior.
Also window tinting is having some defaults.

Had some work done here. Deep cleaning and panel restoration on my car. Did a decent job and easy location in Al Quoz. Reccommneded.

The worst place for window tinting ever. I was waiting for 2 hours for the job to be done and all windows had scratches plus the job was incomplete.then I got back to them and they said they will change all, but it’s a waste of time as for that I have to wait 2 hours again

Reccomended for. Whatever you need on cars! Last 5 year im mannchestsr tyres customer and.always happy:)
