Great service done by Max Garage for my Honda Accord. They have simply diagnosed the car in a professional way. They were honest and credible team. In the last 6 month even the dealer in Saudi Arabia and UAE could not find why my car was shutting down. Very knowledgeable expert team at Max Carage I did later on some bodyshop works for small accident and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Max garage for auto services. I am owning Alpha Romeo, i felt comfortable with Max garage since i drop my car for repair.

They are providing good quality service, it might be a bit expensive, but it worth it for high category and european cars. The service advisor is very professional. The team is skilled.
I am getting updates on my car repair everytime when there a requirement for update. The repair schedule is well respected. The repair done and the car delivered to the client on time.

Took my car to max garage a while ago to clean up the transmission system. The car was delivered and while driving I noticed a strong noise while turning the car. When I checked I realized that there was no fluid at all. I came back to Max and one of the employees told me that they just forgot to add the fluid. The car was damaged and although I brought it there several times so they could fix the damage they created, they never did that properly. New spare parts were needed and they refused to proceed. Of course, they replied to this message saying they "can't find me in their system" to pretend this is not a real review. Shame

I have been using the services of Max Garage for over 6 years, (on a couple of cars I own/ed) and their service, prices and overall experience has been nothing but excellent. I highly recommend them and a big shout out to Harsha, who always does the best for my car and is ethical and never overcharges or does unnecessary jobs on my cars.

This is a place you can trust! They will give you the best prices on the market and will give you the best advices (especially Nadeem!) I strongly recommend.

I had my 2017 Range Rover radiator, water pump and all hoses replaced recently. JiJoy was very good - he kept me updated and showed me all of the old and the new parts. Cost was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

Very bad experience, Sent my Audi A4 for minor service and when I collected the car back this was the surprise! A broken AC vent.
Service advisor keep insisting that we brought the car to them in this condition, which is absolute lie. Very bad experience in general with the quality of work done.

Please check prices at different places. I was quoted price that was more than double as compared to other garage and one and half time original service provider.

I generally avoid double checking but overall bill that i was quoted was quoted high and that led me to think and explore - i was literally shocked to see the differences in rates quoted!

We do not understand this mechanical stuff much as end users and trust them as professionals and i was super disappointed

Be more cautious - After leaving & picking up the car from their garage - if any thing goes wrong they will simply say cannot happen in their garage - not even a small consideration to keep the trust - I mean car in their garage & the moment you pick it then found something wrong they will claim it didn't happen at their garage even you have a proof of it before dropping car for service

Minor inspection of 300AED for what? - they do only visual inspections.

Even OEM workshop will do it with more additional checks & oil change lesser than what they charge.

Got VW touareg brakes pads replaced and roof liner fixed here. Satisfied with the outcome. Good workmanship and customer service. Hope to continue the car maintenance here if they continue to offer the same kind of service.

Excellent garage for german cars. Right price and fast service. I especially want to name Jijoy, he was my service advisor and I found his abilities to be excellent and wise.

Serviced twice and both times I didn’t have trust and decided not to do further fixing here. The inspection report is clear they seem to be professional.
But Didn’t feel any customer services, the mechanics seem to not care and didn’t try to explain anything to me at all. There was not much explanation or emphasis of what should be fixed and what can be waited after a paid inspection was done.
Also was informed the gear box condition is very bad and got referred to a specialised garage for further checkup, but the gear box was fine and oil was fine too. And right after on the way to the specialised shop the hand break started to make noise obviously they missed to identify this issue.

Decided to get quotes from other garage and the price is cheaper and got offered discount as well.

Professional people. They can get the car fixed. Mechanics, body works. U name it. Work quality is good.

Very good service, pick up the car and drop it back on time. No additional or hidden charges, whatever expected was in fact the same price. Highly recommended

Very good Job! I recently bought a 08' Cayenne S and Max Garage had on it a major maintenance (oil gaskets, transmission fluid, engine mountings, New Tyres etc) which brought it back on shape! The car at the moment runs properly and with the expected results:) I was involved during the all process thanks to Mr. Sangeeth who explained me every single thing the car was going trough. He also showed me at the end the status of the all parts being replaced. Soon I ll take it back in for deep interior cleaning and leather treatment looking forward for another 5 Stars Service!

FRAUD company
My car was overheating and I had to stopped to nearest garage i.e. Unfortunately Max Garage.

They told me that you have to pay 240 for inspection in case you dont have to repair after our inspection. That was OK.

In the evening, I got quotation of AED 4,200 stating several leakage, parts replacement and service charge and stating possibly more cost if Engine has some problem.

I was surprised with the quotation so immediately I have moved my car to my trustworthy garage. Where he repaired by car for just AED 300 after all the checks he told me that their is no problem at all only your belt was broken which I have replaced it.

These is so surprising how people are making fool to the customers for earning more money.

Never going back and it is advisable to others please avoid such Fraud companies.

Below explanation is not in line while speaking with the your executive. It was specifically informed that all the parts mentioned in the quotation need replacement but now you are explaining as if it was just recommendations.

Further, I have done full inspection of my car with other garage and it was been told to me that except belt nothing has damage and no replacement is required.

So to conclude your either your investigation was wrong or their was intention to earn more money.

Good for car inspection. They did a detailed inspection for AED 450. The service advisor Rashid was very polite and helpful. However, their estimates for the work needed could be more than what you paid for the car. They don't fix things. They just replace them. For old and cheap cars you will be better off taking them somewhere else.

Amendment: I was approached by customer service manager, he investigated the case and conveyed management apology for my experience and inflated rates and refunded me inspection fees charged with a commitment that this will be addressed with who was responsible for this incident.this was never about half or 100% complete job the case is clear and I accept this as one time mistake and closing the case at that

Total rip off and scam, I got my car fixed in another garage for 10% of what they quoted me (inflated cost of parts allmost 15% above agency prices and super inflated labor cost) on top of that service advisor was insisting on changing a part which I replaced in agency 2 weeks ago and claimed that it was not working and when I told him to open the glove box in the car to see the replacement invoice from agency 2 weeks ago he got confused and said yeah but this is standard procedure
they dont even deserve the star but this is the lowest rate possible.of course I understand that there could be quality difference from one garage to another and this could reflect on cost but definitely not from 500 to 5000 AED

Max Garage have always delivered when it comes to repair and servicing. It can take longer than expected but the jobs gets done, and they always highlight things that may need attention in the future, and they often give you a free estimate. Also, I took two cars for them to inspect before purchasing and they highlighted some serious issues, which saved me a fortune and headache! Thanks for the good honest service over the last 3 years!

This is the garage for me to go. I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it is from the older years. Max Garage has always found the parts and gave the full service required. Even if the repair is sometimes a bit steep in price, they always are considerate and try to give a good deal on the total bill.

Also because I travel a lot, their pick-up and drop-off service is genius. I really appreciate the convenience.
A special thanks to JiJoy. He knows my car in and out, so it feels great someone remembers the type and what can be done.

Garage is great and staffs are very professional & polite. Charges are little bit high and takes little bit longer to give you estimate of your repair. Best part of this garage is that they will show you faulty parts.if charges were satisfactory then i would have given 5* for sure

The same day I visited the site, got the car checked a was provided the quotation for the parts and service. The next thing I know was my power window was replaced and was working in the afternoon!
