Bought Virtuoso noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones after being shown this by the salesman at the DXB Duty Free. I never heard of this brand but was assured excellent product and company.

Item bought 05 Oct 2019 and broke 06 Oct 2019.

There are small screws holding plastic plate covers on both sides of the headphone swivel hinge. Both securing screws popped out on the upper plate on the right side during normal use. I confirmed that the headphones were extended and the right and left sides were on the correct ears.

Attempted to call the company. I was told all technicians were "busy" but would call me back. After several hours this did not happen.

This product is NOT recommended. Ease of connection and good sound and microphone quality don't make up for poor quality of product manufacture or customer support.

Cheap products, bad support, they don't even reply on their support channels. They don't update their software. Things are completely outdated. Loss of Money.

Customer service's communication needs improvement, It is difficult to get connected with the company via email, phone or messenger, mainly weekends. They delay a lot in responding. However, customer service people are friendly and proactive, mainly Ansab for responding to my purchased items problems. Though, I had to pay for some custom charges and had no tax return on the product. Not advising for travelers unless you have time in Dubai to check the item and be satisfied of the product before you travel back home.

So my dad bought Merlin smart glasses as a gift from Dubai to India, for some reason my glares stopped working and there is no customer support or service centre in India, coincidently I had a trip planned to Dubai the next month, when I went there the service centre was shut due to Eid and the next day I had my flight home, when I came the next day they told me they couldn’t repair my smart glares in time and needed a day or 2 to fix it, I told them my situation and they genuinely understood it and replaced the product with a new one the next day! I really appreciated their great customer service <3, one of the best customer services Iv ever seen, I would just like to say to Merlin digital that they should improve their communication reach outside Dubai as they have many customers abroad.

I recently had merlin mini quad copter it was too hard to controle and suddenly it stopped woking and when i charged it again the blue and red lights doesnt work and i cant connect it to its controller even the wifi cannot be connected.i used it nearly less than 10 times i dont know what happen i need help please!

Very bad customer service. Whenever you call them or whatsapp message them they never reply. It becomes so inconvenient for a customer out of Dubai to solve their problem. There is absolute no help provided by the customer service people in Dubai. I want to get my mini projector hand delivered but again no help or response. It was a big mistake to buy their product.

Was shopping for a merlin projector in jumbo elec, staff tell me there is going to be price drop to 2100 from 3000- I go merlin headquarters, ask if this is correct, they say no, the price will drop no lower than our lowest price that we can give you which is 2400 (lady called rose said this). A week later and jumbo price is. 2100 and merlin website drops to 2000! I only bought it at that time because they told me the rep in jumbo was wrong.if they had been honest i would of waited one more week.ive called 3 times and they say they will speak with manager and get back to me-nobody calls.projector is good.sales rep also told me projector is 4k- it isnt, it is 1080p.you dont get a 4k projector at this price.if they improve customer service i would buy more products from merlin. EDIT: Projector is nice, picture is good but item is faulty.you can charge battery to full, but even if projector is turned OFF, battery dies.can only be used plugged in.also every few hours its almost like the operating system freezes- the remote stops working for maybe 30 mins at a time and you cant do anything with the projector, not even turn it off.if you are watching a film its ok but if you want to change apps or volume or turn off, you cant until the remote starts working.not the batteries by the way. I would take it back but last time I was at the showroom someone else was having a hard time getting his faulty product looked at.
