Novo Pharmacy - Rock Star

Didn't get all the meds that I was looking for, but five stars for the friendly staff there. He was extremely helpful and kind. He was genuinely trying to figure out how I could get the medicines that I wanted.

I have started purchasing medicines from the Novo outlet in the Lulu premises close to Bur Juman Metro, for the last 3 months.
The staff, give great service, specially a lady by the name Naisi. She also gives additional information on the medication and tips to get well fast.
Prices are reasonable. Serves with a smile!
Try and you will not be disappointed!

I visited this pharmacy and I observed that kabayan Pharmacist have knowledge same like specialist doctora.she given me medicine and I'm healthy with in few days.

Unfriendly and rude staff.arugues with you unnecessarily.specially the Filipino staff working in evening shift.will not recommend anyone to go there.

Unprofessional people in pharmacy. The moment they know you have insurance the service goes down to zero.

They try to come up with one or another reason to avoid giving the medicines if u have an insurance.

Just baffling. Has happened to me twice. Will never go her in future.
