There is no warranty!

I bought 4 all new tires by month of january

Month of August, I got one flat tire ( the 1st tire ) and it’s badly damage

They told me, it’s tire valve problem, I accepted!

After next month september ( the 2nd tire ). my car is in parking area got flat again. they told me it’s tire valve problem again .

I am spending money again : not only money, your time wasted calling someone to fix your car and bringing your car back to the shop.

Month of October, ( the 3rd tire got flat again ) . they told me its tire valve problem again . they told me for the third time it’s tire valve problem again

This is not 1 tire. all new 3 different tires having problem.

They told me to visit them again, so they can check the problem. their solution is to buy new tire again! .

perfect service and warranty! I told them i am not asking for 3 replacement at least 1 they fix. they are talking to me like i am the problem .

They don’t know all the troubles caused me, because of their tires.

up to you now if you want to experience same problems .

Enquired about tyre change options through WhatsApp. Received prompt response and various options at competitive prices.
Smooth booking for the service and execution was done as swiftly as scheduled.

A terrible company created on lies, they kept us for 3 hours and in the end they never delivered the tires, it’s just a lure, for simpletons, they call you, and when you arrive they offer another product, and if you refuse they start to lie that your order is in way, wasted time on incompetent and dishonest sellers.

I will recommend others as well before buying tyres in Dubai first check prices with tire.ae.

Tyre replacement - Mohammed Kiani and the car mechanic was approachable and friendly from the initial queries thru WhatsApp until the service provided. In general all the staff are friendly. I was lucky to see all the toys for the big boys today!

Don't believe on thier warranty, it's just a lie.they want just to sell, I will raise this issue to the government.
The manager said will not replace it and ask me to buy new one, so why they sell bad quality with 2 years warranty? This is 0 safety as it could kill who ever drives using these tyres.

Been there several times. First ones was perfect! The people working there are nice and fix bend wheels, alignment etc. All good. Spend around 20.000 AED at their place.

Then one day I come because of a battery error. They change the battery, the error is still there after. They cannot fix the problem, so they have the battery back and BMW change the battery and code it. Problem is, tire.ae don’t refund the money. They just keep coming with excuse about their supplier. And in the end they do not reply. So they cheated me for 3.700 AED for an auxillary battery.

Because of this I would not recommend this place to anyone. If something goes wrong they run away with your money.

Luckily I have storage almost next to them so will come by often to bug them about it or will have a lawyer on the case. But save the headache going there!

Would you believe that their staff did not tightened the screws after changing the tires of my car? Yes, its that much worse. Thank god that am still alive. There was huge noise from front side and the car was literally shaking when i was driving back home. In addition to this, their staff asked me to change parts which actually does not have any problem (realized when i took a second opinion from another garage). See below image the name of parts which they asked me to change. No supervisor, unprofessional service staffs.

Very bad customer service when claim warranty on tyres that torn open just after a few months under normal driving conditions on highway only. For sure, Tire.ae will never see me again.

I went with my car just to check for alignment, and I never faced any issues before in pulling right or left.
1 guy said it needs to be aligned, I said okay please fix it
Then afterwards the car is only pulling right and sent it to them 2 times and they just destroy the alignment and the car is now always pulling right side and I feel it very strong in the steering wheel!
Bad technicians don’t go there, I have been a customer with them for 3 years now

Many appreciated Mr. Asif's very gentle work high professional work and safe.

First time at Tire.ae and I have to say I was very impressed. Was greeted by Asif which was very professional and polite. As a woman sometimes you feel a bit out of place but I was made to feel very comfortable by everyone. The waiting area is very clean and new with full view of your car while they work. They explained everything to me before the did any work and I found the whole experience very impressive. I will definitely use Tire.ae again and highly recommended to all my friends. Well done.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE!

Worst experience ever in dubai since past 15 years. I’ve ordered Run flat tires for my bmw 3 series last month and they fitted the car with normal tires. Yesterday I’ve noticed the tires are really flat because normally run flat tires won’t flatten out completely. I drove the car for 3km (advantage of run flat tires can run even it has puncture) & went to the nearest tire shop in Meadows and came to know that the tires are not run flat and it’s normal tires. Due to this, the RIM has been damaged and now I’m paying AED 599 just to repair the RIM & change the tire once again. I called the shop immediately and explain the situation and write in the WhatsApp as well but they insist that I’ve ordered normal tires. This’s a BMW and it only comes with run flat tires and how can I change 2 tires normal? Extremely disappointed & I will make sure none of my friends or relatives won’t be going to this cheating people!

I came there yesterday at 0450PM to exchange two tires, it was clearly busy but all looked good and professional. But it took longer then expected, after 1 hour they had finally fitted two new tires and told me that I had to wait for alignment, there was a queue.

One hour later they finally had my car up and all installed to do the alignment, but then it turned out that I had been waiting for one more hour for them to inform me;" yes sir, you need alignment but we will charge you for this" No one told me this before!

They make you believe it's part of the deal, but after 2 (!) full hours they then call you to see the car and tell you do you want alignment sir? At this cost?

If I knew this, I would not have waited another full hour, they SHOULD inform you BEFORE that costs are involved.

Very bad experience, yes it was a Saturday, yes it was busy but this is not the way to treat you customers, I left 2 hours and 15 minutes after I came with 2 new tires!

Asif is very well versed with everything he does, he is very attentive and helpful, also the other staff are good.
Thanks to Asif, he ensured all the maintenance was done perfectly with expert advise.

Very bad experience they charge me 840 AED for wheel alignment and asked me to keep the car for 9 hours after my car is worse and I can’t drive it plus the broke my front door interior don’t waste your time and money

Asif provided excellent customer service, I paid via payment link conveniently and the tires were changed quickly. Very well organized and the lowest price.

Without a doubt this is the best tire shop in Dubai, they are professional, fast and fairly priced. Would definitely come back again and refer them to all my friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN AN EMERGENCY!
I have used this company on several occasions with good results.however when I needed to replace a burst tire they gave me 2 year old replacements without any heads up. Will never use this company again and will advise anyone I know not to use them. There are better and more reputable companies around. Disgraceful.

Very unhappy with this company.

Staff drove my car around, changed music settings, seat and steering wheel settings, air condition settings. I had quarter tank left and when I collected car it was literally on 0. I was lucky I found a petrol station nearby. How can someone use my car and do that? Most unprofessional company I’ve experienced. It’s completely unacceptable.

Very professional team here, but I rated it 3 stars because they need some time management with customers. When you come here, you will get good prices with good services, but you expect some unpleasant delays.

Where do I begin? Their level of incompetency or their pure lie. Such an unprofessional company.

I spoke to Mohamed aseel and Ahmed both promised they have tires, and told me to wait their driver has picked the tires and should be with me in 15 minutes (All this while my tires are busted on a road.) ringed them after 30 minutes, same answer, ringed them again after an hour, same answer. I asked for the driver's number. Spoke to driver, he said he doesn't even know if he has to bring tires to me, and he has to go somewhere else.

If you don't have tires DON'T SELL. In this case there is no difference between you and a scammer.

I hope you train your management. Or else it will cost you your business.

Tire.ae has been my go-to place for my car service needs. Besides having very cost-effective rates, they also have a very customer-friendly lounge and customer-friendly staff. You will be greeted with a smile from their supervisor and especially Carla, who extends a warm welcome to everyone.)

I removed my previous review because these guys are liars. They try to push you to give a good survey but when you actually need help they fob you off.
They have this manager called "Shehab" who literally kicked me out because I agreed the first time when they installed the rim protector to hammer it in when it comes out and he wanted me to pay for a job wasn't done well the first time so, I had to remove them and it damaged my rims.
And I found out that my dunlop tires are being sold without RF ID which means it hasn't been approved and still was expensive!
Guys be aware of that place these people are dishonest, rude and the worst after sale service.

I was looking online for tyre. I came across Tire.ae and I was chatting on WhatsApp with Mohammad. He was kind and helpful in identifying my needs and assisted with proper details. Booked my tyre over the whatsapp and got it changed the next day. Price is also competitive.
The technician at the garage are well trained guyz they know what they are doing. They did complete wheel balancing and alignment for my car.
They have a nice room where we can stay when our car is getting ready. They have massage chair, video games, nice seating area, coffee etc. Receptionist was kind enough to welcome and explained the invoice in proper manner.
Overall it’s a nice experience. Would love to go back again, if need arises.

"Unbelievable". I must say this word as you do not find many such good companies and people. It was great service from the time i call them till they complete the job. I got best commercial deal and icing on the cake was they sent mobile Van to change tires at my location. Mohummad at desk was very polite and cooperative while Tawab Ullah Field service technician was diligent at work. Just recently i used their Garage Service on the recommendation of Tawab and was very satisfied and happy. Their Lead Mechanic Shahzad was very professional at work. Their Garage Location is very convenient as i live in Gardens. I must give credit to their management as without their training and support you can not get good team in place. Keep it up great work

I did the following jobs here: (4 tyres change, 2 rims repair, rear break pads change, rear break disks skimming & full alignment).
Look for a guy named Mohammed is retail sales, he is proactive and amazing!
My car requires a special size of tyres, that is not easily found in the market, the commonly available brand is very expensive, Mohammed was very helpful and proactive and found me a very high quality brand that cost almost half the regular common one. I give a lot of credit to him!
The guys there were very skilful and professional, they also discounted some of the additional jobs significantly because i had many jobs at once.
Their waiting area is amazing.
Overall experience is excellent, I highly recommend the place and would recommend talking to Mohammed.

This is the second time I have been here for service. The first time Danny who is the service advisor was extremely professional and made sure all was taken care of as required. The second time is today, Yasin who is the Manager also made sure all was taken care of as required. I purchased 4 tires with balancing and nitrogen filled. Also had my alignment checked for free. All workers are friendly and helpful in explaining the needed. From now on I will only come here, a place I can trust at a fair price.

Came here for tire change Night time during working days as I have experience on other shop during weekends so much crowded. Anyhow. I was Greeted by miss Carla. She immediately call the attention of the workers to replace my tires. One of the workers pointed that I can stay at the lounge and said there is play area free coffee and a massage machine. I laugh and did not believe. Viola to my surprise the guy is not joking. You can relax while waiting for your tires to be fix and free wifi too.
