They have sales or manager called Ahmed, on Whatsapp he gives a price to attract you including alignment, and when you decide to replace the tyre, he changes the price and adds 200 aed for alignment, (After 24 hours from giving price) - a he claims it was an offer for one day - which he never mentioned it was an offer price.
Unethical behaviour and impolite manager who keeps raising voice on the phone. Too bad for such a company.

Extremely rude attitude and priced double than all other garage for a very poor result.
They just take advantage of their location to catch their victims.
Run away from this place

Not recommended. Got used rims from them, they confirmed it is as new then later on I discovered it has crack

Worst garage in the UAE. They pretend helping you but things got worse. They pretend having a lot to do justifying that it's a good Garage but it's definitely not. I don't recommend ever going there. It's a waste of money!
I had a problem with the air suspension. You guys told me to update the dashboard for 1200 AED! I did so! Please LOOK on your INVOICE i uploaded I paid at your garage. The problem didn't go away. You told me if this problem won't go you'll give me the money back. By the way doing a dashboard update will never cost anyone 1200 AED. I went to several garages they told me that you scammed me because this 10 minutes update does cost only 100 AED! Yes you read right 100 AED for the same work. Besides you didn't solve my problem! So what did you did this update for? !? !? !

During one year i changed 8 tyres from mr mustafa, experienced with good services and reasonable price.

The best service all you need is to droop your car there they will do the needful they will pamper your car they are the best in changing oil and servicing car tyres and battery break and gas air-condition filter change tasting all car accessories car detailing.and many many services ask for mustafa he is very helpful and reasonable on prices

They are very nervous and moral. Prices are very high. They sell only their own tires at a very high price. I will never recommend this place and I will never go there again.
The customer service is really bad

Got a fair price for my Cayenne wheels, size 295/35/21, was around 660 for Yokohama Advan Sport

Took a bit of discussion but eventually we found an agreement. Original agreed price increased because of market availability

Worst customer service, they even make you wait to get you the price, i was following up with them almost a week to get me the price.

Very expensive, found difference for 4 tyres to be 500 aed (over 100aed per tyre) even though i was a returning customer they didn’t take that into consideration.

Very bad customer service, the guy who own the shop will talked to you in a very bad way and when you ask any question he start getting annoyed and barely answer your question

Not recommended and never coming back. I regret not reading reviews before visiting their shop in Umm Al Suqeim. My two friends and I went here last night and discussed with the staff about the size of my tyres, and agreed on the price for a particular brand and year 2020 set of tyres. (It was almost 10pm so he asked us to come the following day). So today I went there with the same friends and they changed all tires.
- They fit the same brand but wrong size.
- They did not even bother to inform me that they fit/installed the wrong size, they just said that it is done. I only knew when I noticed that the new ones are narrower than my old tyres.
- The owner/manager said the size I needed was not available or something like the brand doesnt have my size, and just told me it will work, and that it will not be a problem.
- I asked them to remove them all and put back the old ones so I can leave, but they told me they found the same size now, different brand but same quality and same price range. I was there for 2 hours already so i just agreed and gave them the chance to fix the problem. They fit the correct size this time. BUT.
-. They installed 2019 tyres from a lesser known brand, which is way cheaper than what we discussed last night.
- instead of lowering the price down, they asked for more money, higher than what we agreed to last night. One of my friends and I heard the agreed price last night, but the same staff from last night insisted that he did not give / say that price. In the end, I paid double for old set and less quality tyres. I knew the prices of these from the next tyre shop.

Good price, quick and efficient service. Tyres are much cheaper than what you get at the petrol stations.

I had a really bad experience with this garage. They quoted me and told me they have the tires all ready.
- I have been there, changed 2 of them and they told me, they don't have the other 2 yet, i need to come few hours later. (they should have let me know before starting replacing 2 tires)
- Few hours later, i have been back to the garage and they were replacing my tires, i noticed the tires aren't MGT (P Zero) but normal P Zero's. If i haven't noticed it, i would probably leave with wrong tires.
- That cost me another 40 minutes of wait in the garage.
- Bonus is the attached expensive sports car rim damage they caused while removing and mounting the tire back for several times.
I would suggest to look for another garage. That is what i will do next time.

I would give zero start for this garage, I went to charge my Audi R8 rear Tyres and I regret my car go damage from the side skirt because my car is low big scratches and broken plastic from the side skirt, they didn’t even apologize they just look at me like I’m crazy, I don’t recommend anyone go there, even for alignment they don’t have the steering wheel bloquer,

Very bad experience. The man agreed with me on a price and when he started installing the tires were 2016! I couldn't believe he is even allowed to sell 2016 tires in 2020. When I confronted him he said that I didn't ask. Needless to say I made him put back the old ones and left.

I can't imagine what they do with people with less car experience than myself!

Got my tyres from them. Great service and cheaper tyres compared to others. Shop was busy when i came but still great service with the free coffee also.

Good service with wide range of tyres availability in good price. I took Bridgestone tyres from here after comparing prices from almost 5 places.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I had a horrible encounter with Al Toufiq Tyres staff and the owner/manager. Disrespectful and unethical means of conducting business. I drove to their location to have my Motorcross tires swapped. The staff managed to damage the rear rim and the tube which I bought (rendering them useless) and still expected me to pay for their services when the value of the goods damaged was geometrically more. When we refused payment the owner hurled abuses at us and spat in our direction. Not to mention was extremely confrontational and jumped up in our faces, trying to intimidate us.

Extremely unprofessional staff who damage and throw around your wheels/tires to get it done quickly and out of their shop. All in all a very infuriating and disappointing experience. So if you value your vehicle, time and your sanity, avoid this place at all cost!

Not the best experience i had with them there, i went to change my wipers and I brought the old once there to get the same, the staff confirmed they will work and i paid and tried to replace them my self, didn’t fit and I brought the car there, they tried for 20 mins, after that they told me they won’t fit and they didn’t even return the full amount (COZ I PAID FROM THE CARD) they deducted 10 dirhams for no reason at all.

Excellent tyre shop in Dubai with fare price and better service. Bought tyres for my 3 cars from them. No complaints or issues from the tyres and their service

FIEST VISIT:

No VAT quoted in initial quote. Price green by 5%.

No proper receipt provided. Need to ask this question.

Tires fitted. Wheels aligned (5mins total) - result of 100m before car veered right.
Complained.

Wheels aligned no. 2 (5mins total) - result of 50m before car veered right. Worse.
Complained.

Wheel aligned no. 3 (30mins total) - result of 150m before car veered right. At 130kmh the car shudders mildly.
Complained.

SECOND VISIT:

Wheels getting aligned.
Will probably spend my life here.

Suggestion to prospective tire customers.

Avoid like the plague unless you don’t mind giving him the VAT and maybe getting lucky with well installed tires.

THIRD VISIT:

After 1 week I've had to go back again.
Still unbalanced
Still not aligned

Car went up on hoist. Quick swap of rear to front tires. FORGOT TO align.

Still waiting. Service men have the worst attitude I've encountered.

Very bad service. They take extra money and then the sales person shut the phone in my face. Never work with them. They are very bad and are cheaters.

I always change my car’s battery, tyres, and brake pads at this work shop. I’m using these guys for more than 5 years Till now, i changed 3 cars and didn’t change them yet.
They are professional, and do the work at good price. Mustafa there is always helpful.

Services very poor, most of the staff has a bad attitude and not accommodating. Company not recommended.

Called and spoke with Mostafa- only gave him type of vehicle and he new tyres without any more details- had them in stock- arrived 20 mins later and was mobile within another 20mins- great price and service- recommended

Mohammed and the team are amazing, gave a good price and a really quick service, definitely coming back.

One of the worst workshop in Dubai, the staff is so rude they do not have any manners to deal with the customer, i went there for warranty they way they speak the deal is pathetic, i have never seen any staff behaving like this.third class service.i don't even want to give one star but no option.there service is very bad.

Wow! I have to say these guys are so fast, so efficient, and so professional. They know what they are doing and offer a great and speedy service if you need new tires. Their prices are decent. You definitely get value for what you pay for. 100% would come back and reccomend

Promise a customer of the product availability. When fitting the product customer informed it is not the product requested. Reply: “no worries”.

Product was not suitable for the intended of use!

Return the product and the manager was arguing it is the customers mistake.

Terrible service. My car needed a wheel alignment as it was pulling one side. I was told that it needed new tyres which i ended up getting. The problem wasn't fixed. I have been to Al Toufiq more than 5 times, they still haven't been able to fix the problem and told me that their friend has got a garage and i need to take it there now.
