Everything was perfect while renting the unit from TWINKLE REAL ESTATE since from day one till end of tenancy contract.

smooth handover of the unit and of course what the damaged done by me as an tenant inside the unit need to pay for that.overall management is good and upto the words.

I have been staying in One of the properties by twinkle.
Honestly there were some issues at the time of moving in but they were resolved really quickly. The experience with the service is good and we havent faced any issue yet. Plus they are flexible with the dates of cheque.

I sincerely appreciate Ramakant Chaturvedi for his promptness, reliability, and tremendous support. They consistently deliver on their promises, work diligently, and prioritize clients' time.
The flat condition was not good, but the team did a quick work to make it better.
Rarely any agent goes out of the way to sort things out like Mr Ram has done. I appreciate the whole team along with Mr Prasad from maintenance.

BEWARE of this Real Estate Agency. They will do everything they can to take all your security deposit. They will charge unnecessary things when you move out. Even if the property was not in perfect condition when they handed it over to you, once you move out they will charge everything. For instance, the Access Cards that was given to us when we moved in was already torn and they just put a tape on it, we called the attention of the agent handing over the things to us but he told us that it is really like that when the owner gave it to them and it is still working so no need to worry. Now when we vacated and returned the access cards, they charged us for it even if we raised a concern to their agent regarding it. They just told us that "that agent is not working in their company anymore" so now we cannot do anything about it when in the first place, their agent should've informed his company about our complaints / issues. If you will deal with them, MAKE SURE TO DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF LITERALLY EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE BEFORE MOVING IN

Highly not recommended, they are very bad at communicating the things with clients. Will create lot of problems while vacating the unit and they will try to cut maximum money from deposit amount by giving high quotation prices. After days of handover also they will not return your money and will try to cut your money as much as possible.

Worst real estate agent in the world. We don't have water in the building today and WE PAY DEWA BILLS ON TIME! We don't know who to contact to fix the issue. Watchman can't always be reached. They did not provide a security guard. We don't know the maintenance guys. This madr me decide to move to another building definitely not managed by these guys. I wonder why you are still in business with this kind of service. Outrageous!

My experience with Twinkle Real Estate was great and worry free! Its been 2 months since I moved in and the guys at Twinkle are still very much supportive! Steve from Twinkle has been the absolute best! Since the very 1st day of viewing the unit until today, Steve has been very hands on! Making the process so smooth! I worked with Amir moving into a 3 bed flat in Marina. After all the years of terrible experience with real estate agents, Twinkle and particularly Amir helped me regain the trust by not only staying in between me and the landlord until the contract sign off but carryi g out the entire process from price negotiation up to maintenance and a proper handover. I am very happy that I came accross Amir and consider myself lucky to have worked with him.

Very Shady! They basically try to rip you off throughout by asking for higher then market rental (even when the market is down), asking you to pay for maintenance even if contract says it's on them, and they try to RIP YOU OFF your security deposit illegally by adding faults that were already in the house earlier on the inspection report. Stay away if you can

This is by far worst, unprofessional, shady agency that I have delt with in my 9years in Dubai.
Extremely slow, non responsive, only interested in taking your money. Actually they reply to your emails only when they want to collect your money.
They asked for 560dhs for Ejari, told me that it was done, only to find out that Ejari could not be completed due to some issue with title deed. But 560 never refunded.
I was dealing with Hetal who was just not interested. She would not reply to emails or answer calls. When she did it was like she is doing a favor to me.
They took 3675dhs for agency fees and i got nothing in return from them. Rip off!
Just take my advice and stay away from these people.

This is by far the worst company you can deal with. When we lived in the house they made us feel like they are doing you a favour when we requested the maintainer team to come, then after we wanted to leave the house we fixed and painted the walls to make sure we do not leave any hole in the wall and the job was done perfectly. They still came back and pin point the smallest details to take money from our deposit to fix the house for new tenants. They want us to pay for pest control and painting of the house which is in no way our responsibility, If you want to rent or you are looking for a company to handle your property do not go with twinkle you will end up with nothing but headaches and they are super shady.

One of the worst real estate agencies that could possibly exist in UAE. Very Unprofessional and speaks impolitely to customers. Will charge for maintainence but will not do so only takes money. No effort whatsoever from their side.
They also have the professionalism to hang up on your face when you call them for a inquiry.

Really disappointed, total lack of service through poor communication, total disregard of your situation, Taresh is extremely unhelpful to the point you're told "nothing to do with me so I don't care" and hangs up. Still waiting to receive my security deposit. Avoid this company.

It was good experience with them and seems the arrangements were on time and documents are quite decent and straight forward. Good support especially post lease engagements and contact guys are really professional towards customer and i am quite impressed with.

After calling many agents to rent an appt in JLT, Amer took my call very seriously and did an amazing job giving me a good discount for Dubai Arch Tower, and was very knowledgeable about the process which took two days only till I got my keys.

I am super impressed by Twinkle real estate. My experience did not start on a great foot where the agent was not at the location to show me the apartment. The apartment was open and they just guided me to it. However, after that point the way they have dealt everything was flawless.

My agent was Harsha, she was able to negotiate a good deal with the owner that too in just couple of hours. Next day we signed the contract and same day we made the Ejari and applied for Dewa.

The overall process took 4 days that is from viewing the apartment to actually getting the keys. I must say, this is super impressive. Aamir, who helps with Ejari and handing over keys, was always on time. Harsha received my calls and helped me through out the moving process as well.

Please ask for Harsha when you book your next home with Twinkle.

I had an excellent experience with Twinkle Real Estate agent while looking for an apartment. The agent was really kind & supportive from first day until couple of weeks even after handover. In my opinion, he went above and beyond in contacting the owner, finalizing whole deal, fixing few stuffs at his risk while the main owner was bit slow in response and ensuring that my shift is as smooth as possible etc.etc. I am amazed with his professionalism. I highly recommend to experience dealing with this real estate company!

I rented from them in 2014 and again in 2019 both the times in JLT.
I don't know about other reviewers but with me they have been helpful. Yes there can be delays in their maintenance service (sometimes for a day or 2) But that's the case with any agent. Overall they have been cooperative.
After handover they give a week of checking time if there are any faults they will come and fix.which they did for me. Yes i had to call a few times but in the end they got it done.
About security deposit, every agent will deduct the deposit for any damages you do + painting cost.

I have good and bad experience with many real estate agents in dubai, the right way is to read your contract properly and do everything in a legal manner and you'll not face problems.

Security deposit and agency fee is always 5% (legally) and they charge you that not more than that. Some agents will try to charge more but thats not the case with Twinkle.
So far easy to deal with.

The worst ever property agency. They take all your deposit to make a new house and it doesn't matter it was your fault or not. Just DON'T WORK WITH THEM!

They were professional with signing and handover. All commitments kept so far and great support from team, especially Faiza. There are some niggling issues with the building but they are supportive in clearing the matters out. As for the deposit return and attitude when the contract expires, hopefully I can update at that point in time which is roughly next April so stay tuned for an update then. I expect it to be a very professional end also though.

Am renting now from Twinkle RE, they are supporting and helpful to any issues you might need.
One agent from this company handled everything related to my contract from day one, very accurate and time saving, with almost a year now I can say that everything I needed related to my contract was solved and done in the same day.
Just be accurate and follow the rules.

A bunch of swindlers! Will try to rip you off every time they can. Poor service / support or (more often) lack thereof. Always have to chase them for weeks to get them do what needs to be done. Always feed you with empty promises. Maintenance team is a joke - better hire smb else to actually fix things (or do it yourself). Bottom line is - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst Real Estate in Dubai. Very bad experience i will not recommend, please avoid renting any apartment from them specially in international City, they will show a dirty apartment and will say that they will clean and make it as new and give but they will just repair and put 1 layer of paint on the day you shift.they play very smart be aware before singing the contract and avoid if possible.
