Vakson real state is trash. They will not provide your documents until you'll get penalty and in trouble. They don't care about their clients. If anyone looking for properties in dubai I definitely not recommending this company I wish I viewed reviews first before signing a contract with them.

The badest experience in my life renting an apartment from this office. At the first meet they will make everything like a dream for you and after signing the contract and the deal is secured they will be a really care less. The need one time customer and they don't care if you renew or not. They will never share the agent direct contact. They will not respond to your calls. If you have any maintenance they
will do there best to avoid any payment from there side even if it a major problems. Ant at the end they will do there best to not refund any money from your security deposit by potting many points in the apartment need to be fixed even if this is how it was when you start the rent.guys stay away I don't recommend them to any one

Staying in Emerald residence Marina for almost a year. Mr. Salman deals with maintenance request quickly and professionally. Mr. Owais manages issues well inbetween. No headache so far while staying in the apartment. My wife and daughter are happy.

The worst real estate company I came across in UAE. Employees are very impolite and especially Mr Mujtaba even teased me sarcastically over phone as i was requesting for a discount on rent. They never even reply to our emails properly, just the copy paste email again and again. I repeatedly stated my requirement over mail on reducing the rent if paid whole amount in single payment (which never happened, did not reduce a single penny from initial offer and always blamed flat owner for it) and also requested for a sales persons assistance as i wanted to buy an apartment in the building (no response offcourse). These kind of employees will ruin the business if not questioned for their mistakes, end of the day management will suffer.

I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The struggle i had to go through, if there was maintenance required
forced me to deal with a separate company to get anything needed done. (Unresponsive, and if they respond its going to take a long time, and if their team comes, they will not solve your issue).

Your security deposit will be gone by the time you leave the apartment no matter what you do (even though i handed over the apartment in a condition better than how i received it).

The staff and the management of this company will let you witness the worst customer experience you could even encounter (it's really impossible to recall someone that has been nice or helpful or shows customer service somehow).

I lived my whole life in Dubai and this company gave me the worst experience anyone could ever imagine.

My wash basin in bathroom was broken by itself without any force I try to call the agent name Owais but he never help.
I have contact Mr Salman from Customer relation department and he sent technician came to fix, but due to part not available so I have to wait for long time. Finally they fix it nicely, also same day the hose in toilet was broken and he help me to send technician to come in the next day and fix the broken water hose as well. It's take few month to fix the basin but somehow work has been done and they don't charge me anything. Thanks to Mr Salman from Customer relation department.

Please be prepared to write off your deposit if you are renting a place through Vakson Real Estate, Dubai.
I rented an apartment and at the time of vacating I spent a lot of money to paint the place using their own staff, cleaned and handed over the apartment. Over and above the amount the agent charged me more than 70% of my deposit amount for repainting and repairs of things which were there even before my take over. There was absolutely no response from their management for my emails to justify the charge.

After several follow up for justification for charges with no response, I stated following up for the settlement of balance deposit. In spite of several emails, visits and calls the balance 20+% deposit is still not settled.

It is more than ONE YEAR now since I vacated the apartment.

Please be aware of this Real Estate Agent.

You can cross check with Mr. Senthil. Your representative collected my bank details two months back informing that the amount will be transferred directly and no response till date. I can share all email communications. Can you also justify the charges to which I wrote a note on the handover and emails in this regard.

Handover done 1 week after contract start date. Notifies several times about the fixtures.
Doors not fixed properly.
Door handles need repair in less than a month of moving in.
Exhaust does not work
(Note this is a new building)
Waiting for the attention for over a month.
One of the worst experiences as their building representative shows little or no acknowledgement.

Mr Umar.what an amazing person he is.the overall process was so smooth and fast his guidance through out the process was a cake walk. Very helpful and went out of the way to help which resulted in a memorable experience. Umar you deserve a big thumbs up.

Manager doesn’t know how to speak to people who come for interview. It was very disheartening to be spoken by such rude way. Director was very pleasant and kind hearted.

Imran Kareem khan is one of the managers and extremely rude and impolite. As a customer he should speak to me with respect as we are the ones paying his and the rest of the vakson teams salary and bills

Response to Vakson: I am assuming your “system” is a platform. If you are only relying on this system to run your business then you should expect negative service and dissatisfied customers. If I were you I would collect feedback from Imran’s work colleagues and other customers to review the reality of his poor client servicing and lack of training to speak politely and professionally. I don’t want to discriminate all Vakson employees, but if a manager (“leader”) is allowed to conduct business in this manner than you have to restructure your approach to conducting business.

NEVER DEAL WITH THEM, they are literally thieves no proper maintenance, worst attitude ever and never expect back your security deposit as no matter the condition of your apartment they will prepare an extremely expensive irrelevant quotation that will be almost the same amount.

A very bad company and the Manager inside the office. I was renting an apartment since 2012 and last year I have vacated the flat. They don't respect the customer and the Manager is very rude, he wrote my name every time with mistake when it comes to renew the contract. After that I wrote also his name with the mistake in my reply. And next time I was surprised, he corrected his mistake in his answer to me. I am happy now, that I don't deal with them any more. I see here also how is the lowest and worst score they have in terms of customer service and etc.
And also you should thank me that I paid you for six years, instead of making cases and thinking that I will escape of payment. I told you 10 times with my visits to your office that I will pay you. Wait a bit I am changing my job and my visa, put yourself in my shoes, but it was like talking to the wall and I paid you almost 30 K. I am a very respectful person, ok! Because you are not good in customer service and you should get some training including your Manager in terms of improving your company and the number aboveis the reality. Also by the way down below on your comment I am not "Mr" I am Ms.ok! ️

Worst real estate agency in UAE especially the manager siting on the right side at the entrance, very arrogant and un-professional very rude, I had rented an office with them since 2011 and i just canceled my contract with them after seven years because of his bad attitude, I wish I never visited them. I used to send a friend to hand them the cheques, I wish I did this time.
