Best experience ever yesterday I went to this naeem city center branch in the counter amir suggest me toffee nut and incharge Jerlen make my drink I love the the fast service

I order venti size iced matcha latte its full of ice and the drink was actually only half of the glass.disappointed with the barista who never understood my other orders

Very bad management and staff
For the second time Ive ever ordered from this branch through the app and the cake was out for a month as they claimed but the system is putting it back so the multi million dollar establishment has failed according to the staff.
Add to that FLYs? Was having fun with the displayed food, so maybe I was saved by someone else's failure, LOL.

Coffee very good but expensive. I always buy iced shaken white mocha large size. I love it. Place good and i always come and sit

This is the only store where I can find the real taste of Ice shaken white mocha I have try from Grove village I couldn't find the taste. The crew is very friendly

I’ve been a regular starbucks customer from dubai and here in rak. For the past years ive been drinking same coffee and this store in naeem city centre is the best. Surprisingly the drinks in the store is more delicious… aside from that the staff are very accomodating and welcome you with smile specially the lady wearing white color shirt.

Its my fst time to visit al neem mall i luv the place and coffee.and staffs are very friendly.

My experience was special when I got a free drink with the program points and I chose my favorite branch in Al Naeem Mall with the best presta ponam

They have annovated their place, sure it will be much better for sitting, but in the matter of coffee, no doubt, it is a Starbucks.
