Something is seriously wrong with the person who always answers the phone! He intentionally pretends that he doesn’t hear anything well, and when I say give me someone else he always says “no one is here only me” and whenever I give him my number for my saved address he intentionally says 1 digit wrong and I have to repeat myself all over again! Such a waste of time! It makes me want to order from other near places instead of them because of the massive headache when ordering from them

We recently booked a boat ride, and we were 10 adults and 4 kids (form 1-3 years old) they counted the kids just same as adults, so we end up cancelling our ride as the maximum was 12 people!
no clear rules for kids mentioned to us from the beginning.if you have a client booking for a yacht, you should expect kids! And rude customer service agent hanged up the line when we called her.
don't waste your time and money dealing with those people.

we also lost the deposit we paid for the sake of miscommunication and unprofessionalism.

Building is very old, not maintained and infested with cockroaches. Apartments are the same with broken window locks (which they say they cannot fix but we fixed ourselves) and moldy walls. Maintenance team is very poor and management is worse. I had to chase for my security deposit for 8 months and finally got it back only after filing a legal case against the landlord.

These guys are kind and professional. They won’t rip you off, their prices are mid tier, not expensive.
They were from a well known big car agency in Dubai, so they’re very well trained and organized.
