Authentic Korean restaurant. Very tasty, simple food. The meat is very tender. Kimchi is the best we've tried. Excellent service. Several additional dishes were brought to the main order. We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much to the owners!

This is the place where you can eat the most authentic Korean food in Ruwais. The chef's cooking skills are amazing.

Variety of food and sufficient quantity for the price. The variety of menu items makes for quality cuisine that goes beyond expectations of ordinary taste.

The sundae soup was very delicious. The soup and meat were excellent. The side dishes were also very good, including fresh crab paste, grilled seodae, and lily stew. Please patronize us a lot. The owner and employees were all friendly.

Excellent food. Small place with very nice private dining rooms. True Korean service with the button just like you'd expect.
The banchan was delicious. The kimchi was some of the best ever, including in Korea. I always love the flavour of the pickled onion and peppers to use with my bbq meats and I was not disappointed. Excellent pickling. The corn and cheese was also delicious, with it being the cheesiest I've ever had, even beating out some of the fancy places in NYC.
The tteokbokki (romanized with a d at this place) was spicy and flavourful. We expected a small portion and instead got an entire meal's worth! The owner asked if it was too spicy because we hadn't eaten it all, which it was not. It was a good spice, could have been more. Just so much food!
The steamed egg was perfectly done as it was brought out and just like it is in Korea.
We had wanted some LA Galbi but were told it was not possible as there was none left ready. Understood that it takes many hours to marinate, and a bit disappointing there wasn't much. But fully understand wanting to minimize food loss in a remote place with an item not ordered nearly as often. We will try to order it again during our stay in Al Ruwais.
The standard beef was thinly sliced and very well marbled. It came with the onions and garlic to cook with AND it came with some peppers! I love when a place gives you peppers to cook with too, and these were great. The cook top was above table which made access to the heat control easy, just different than the large in table ones you may be used to.
Also ordered some of the fried chicken. This was not a hit unfortunately. The pieces were arbitrary in size and type which is OK, just not what we were expecting. But the breading was very very thick and not cooked all the way through on some pieces. With so much delicious food, we passed on that dish and focused on everything else.
To top it off we got a wonderful flan/custard like vanilla and berry dessert at the end of the meal that was not overly sweet and very tasty. We will definitely be back, and next time we will try to call ahead to reserve some LA Galbi! The whole interior is rather small, so you may need to call for reservations. We were completely ignorant to what we were walking into and just lucked out that there was a room for us. So glad there was!

Gorgeous, authentic food. The owner is as nice as can be. Wonderful experience.
