18 Degrees / Cyan Brasserie

The location of Cyan restaurant is excellent, it's located on the 18th floor with excellent views. Nicely decorated. The food we had was tasty and we enjoyed it with excellent service by the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Available valet parking.

I arranged dinner event, and I asked for set menu, and it was dicided to be 250 dhr per person, the menu only included hot drinks. It was booked for 8 people and the person that I arranged the booking in the restaurant said the bill should be over 2000 dhr,
The food was good but slow service, one of my gusts didn't attend.
When we received the bill they added 450 dhr of drinks that we didn't order.
Then when we asked the attended server said the bill was only 1500 so we had to add 450 to be 2000 dhr.
They could inform us to have order more food or drink to get higher bill.
I didn't like their communication, I felt they scammed all of us.
It was an embarrassing to my guest.

I have tried their iftar. Which was very normal and averaged with minimal selection. Some of the food taste like frozen or overcooked. The staff didn’t bring any water if not asked.

Great service and the atmosphere is amazing and classy, the food was delicious especially the dessert, we ordered MILLE-FEULLE it was above the extraordinary I enjoyed every bite

So we had an average Iftar experience. The buffet is not big at all but the food was nice and tasty. The restaurant itself looks big and clean. The view is spectacular specially on sunset! The huuuge minus for me is that water you have to take from buffet with the glass like it’s some kind of soft drink… or you have to order it separately. It’s the first time I see like this thing in the place that welcoming you for Iftar. Dates and water is MUST HAVE on every table for Iftar. It’s a real shame for such a fancy hotel place to charge extra for every bottle when you already paying for buffet. If they didn’t give us that “disappointment” I would give them 5 starts probably.

Breakfast is qualitative and at 75 dhs is very great value for money.
The customer service is top notch, everything we requested it was brought exactly as we wanted. We were served by an attentive waitress named Asma. Thank you!

Cyan Brasserie is a super spot if you looking for “anything you want” top level breakfast. Selection looks great, from basic things till local specialties, fresh juices and “health shots” you can find anything. Terrace is great as well and staff always helpfull. Price is on higher level but if you have friends here or family to take, go for it.

The Cyan buffet breakfast deal for 75AED is an absolute treat! I visited last weekend and in addition to buffet items, there is made to order shakshuka, at no extra charge. It was delicious - hot and with a choice of how the eggs are cooked. The coffee was also tasty and hot. We also enjoyed fresh juices, fruit and pastries from the buffet. There were many other items on the buffet too - hot and cold options - and everything was kept fresh and at the right temperature. The staff were attentive and helpful and the food service area was kept clean and tidy. The restaurant is on floor 18 of the Hyatt - a record breaking building with a man-made lean - so we enjoyed looking at the building, the view from the restaurant and terrace and the decor/artwork at the hotel too. I definitely recommend this buffet for food and experience.

Such a lovely place! Beautiful outdoor seating! We came for the oyster night, quality is great, serving is beautiful and staff is very friendly! And their prices are reasonable as it should be:)
Even the background music had a touch of 60s which is just awesome for an evening chill with friends or loved ones!

There was a really friendly and lovely staff Alvina, she made our time so special and memorable.

The food is nice but it need more options plus the service to slow and i order a birthday cake but they didn’t tell me that no candle allowed in there and i told them before many times but still i need to remind them about it

Went there for Ramadan iftar buffet. Worst hotel buffet so far, seriously.
1st, when we asked for drinks, the offered us only water, laban and a very watery Vimto! The didn't tell us that there are other drinks until we wanted to complain, then they said yes we have fresh juices! Seriously!

Then, buffet main meals had nothing vegetarian. They had omly 4 types of meats! Seriously! Other cheaper hotels had waaay more variety options.

And dessets made it even WORST, no cakes, no pudding, no cheesecake! Nothing western.
Only a bunch of oily sugary Syrian/Turkish sweets! You should accommodate different taste and nationalities.

We were really disappointed.we basically paid each AED 200, to have salads!

The food was really yummy. Turkish oriented cusine. Iftar buffet was superb. Variety of Salads were available. Neat Fine Dining. Overall experience was great. Wish to visit again either during Iftar or after holy month of Ramadan.

Highly recommended restaurant. Bit expensive, but worthy. Met several people from different nations. Seems all were happy. Book before you hit. Njoy!

The food is fantastic, the wine delicious -recommended by the sweetest lady! - and the staff from the bottom of the building to the last drop absolutely adorable. Great lunch experience, very happily surprised.

Went to Cyan yesterday, primarily for the oysters. Great ambience and excellent service. You really feel cared for. The oysters were so good, we ended up getting a second round. We also tried the tomato/feta tart, which was fresh and delicious, and the half lamb rack.

The lamb was tender and well seasoned. Excellent service!

Really enjoyed having afternoon tea in Cyan. Highly recommended and the staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming. We had desserts that were spectacular and reminiscent of Parisian cuisine.

Perfect views and décor. Everyone should experience this place.

The Chief is the best one I ever met; he came to greet us and asked if we enjoyed our food. He is simply amazing.

I loved a lot the hummus sticks which I though they are potato; so he explained to me how this dish is made and guess what? He printed the recipe for me to try it at home! How thoughtful and nice of him.

Simply you must try this place.

This is a beautiful place located on 18th floor of Capital Gate building which has 18 degrees tilt. We visited last week. The cocktails were too good. Food was tasty, especially baked Salmon. They offered us a delicious cake on account of our wedding anniversary. The ambience was superb. We enjoyed sitting outside in cool pleasant weather of January.
Note it’s in the middle of Abu Dhabi away from Yas entertainment or the south. Situated in the business area it’s essentially a business hotel with only the National Exhibition centre for company but good visit for the architecture and food.

Awesome ambience and a great menu. A good option for a business lunch where you can speak, to a cozy meal with great views of the new Abudhabi

We dine on this restaurant on the 18 floor located in andaz hotel and the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly, food selection is really amazing and tasty, for sure I will come back again. Everything was good in here. I highly recommended this place. Must visit.

My lunch spot pretty often.i love the risotto and shrimp harrah. The only place you can spot the busy road in AD from the top. Iconic building

Good food, breakfast is also very good. Some of the items on the menu is not as good as others.

Sorry I wasted my time. Terrace bar did not offer cocktails and the restaurant did not have any of the main items available on the menu. Went for a special occasion which was ruined we will not go again.

My daughter and I visited the restaurant and were astounded by the courtesy and hospitality by the young man, George waiting on our table. George is an asset to both the restaurant and Hyatt, he woukd be the main reason we woukd return. He sorted out an order with such finesse, nothing was too much trouble for him. I really hope that he is considered for management in the future, his skills and interpersonal skills are the main reason that people would return. The food was also very good, thank you to the chef.

Just was insulting that I was ignored for 45 minutes till finally left, the most rude bartender I have ever seen. Kept saying I will be with you in a minute and never did, I think maybe my look didn’t suit this place or they didn’t like me, anyways unless u r western don’t step there.
