I like design of the furniture, which this network offers. Active consultants in the store. But once I came to the cashier on 20.02.2024 at 7.30-8.00 P.M. all four employees were so busy….I was standing alone and waiting for them more than one minute, I felt like I’m a ghost… So, no more options I had-I left and took smth similar at Homecenter….

Very low quality chairs and i will never buy anything else from 2 XL. I bought 6 of chairs and most (4) of them were broken within one year and they refused to do replacements. Bad management and one of worst bad built furniture shop. I don’t recommend you to buy from them

Specious, well organized, big shelf space for each category.i recommend this branch if you want 2XL, modern furniture and decor, good prices during discount time.

Very bad experience. I have been waiting for 40 minutes looking for someone to support with no luck.
They only have two to cover the customers needs!
Customer suggested to grab what i want and head to cashier, unfortunately i need 35 giveaway in an upper shelf. So I give up.

I love your products, however i was shocked when i bought a sofa and within one month the stitches of the sofa was torn. I do not know maybe too much sale is not good for you. You need to earn trust before customers.

YTo be completely fair, customer service is extremely slow. VERY slow.
We have a sofa barely used bought 9months ago. One leg broke and it took us a good 1 month to negotiate and ask them to repair it.

According to them, NO GUARANTEE.
Watch out. Better to buy IKEA or carrefour.

The designer of the galeria mall branch must be really talented! 2xl have very nice designs but not unique, you still can find similar items in different shops but cheaper! And in term of prices this place is very very expensive

Very bad customer service, we asked to wrap the vase nicely in a bag, they put in a small paper bag in an awful way! And simply told me we don't have bags! Plus the quality is very bad!

Can’t imagine how their products all expensive and quality is zeroooooo, I bought expensive dining chairs and the fabric damaged within 3 months of use only, I called the customer service their answer was no guarantee! Im really disappointed and will never deal with them

Great place with good decor pieces and amazing furniture.does offer great sales as well.the two star is due to the manager who is not available to cater to customers instead he is busy talking with his buddies for extended time.again great furniture spoiled by the manager.

Its a good idea. We can get whole idea about interiors and furniture by live view in the outlet.

Nice products and its should be recommended.
