Not organized at all, they never answer our calls, the police comes every time i’m there, everytime i go there at least 3 woman argue with the staff from how not organized it is and it takes a long time, (choose another place don’t waste your time or money!)

Just wanted to let you know that despite the bumpy conversation earlier, they actually called me and apologized for the inconvenience. They also clarified things better, and to be honest, I wasn't planning on going to the center, but now I've changed my mind because of the way they showed they genuinely care.

Worst health care service on earth from the Receptionist to the laboratory workers extremely unfriendly. At first I thought it’s because there are many people but sadly today I went and it wasn’t crowded and still got ignored or talked to in a very unfriendly way. And btw even if it was a bit crowded their is no reason to talk to people in a bad way.unbelievable!

للاسف لما دخلت مافي نظام ابدا في الاستقبال كل واحد يوقف على كيفه وموظفين الاستقبال يجدمون اللي يوصل عندهم بدون نظام. أما عن العيادة الناس يمدحون الدكاتره

I am very disappointed with a customer service and appointment booking. This is the second time I have problems with my appointment, and it is happening in a row. I have booked it almost 2 weeks in advance, they booked me for 8: 30, they even sent me the confirmation message and they even called me yesterday around 1 pm to confirm the same appointment, at 8 30. Today when I arrived they told me I was actually booked at 8 and they gave my appointment to someone else. After waiting one hour I got my slot. Girl from reception just disappeared without giving me any explanation and she never appologized for mixing thing up. I used to be a regular client with Dana Medical center, and i am very happy with the girl who is doing my laser but this center needs to improve the service they are providing to people when making booking. I would understand this is the first time but even last time they booked me with the wrong technician and today this.

تعامل دكتور الطاف محمد جدا راقي ومريح وسبحان الله كنت خايفة وطمنتني على صحتي وجدا واضحة وتفسر شو الاسباب بوضوح وطمأنينة صبورة جدا وفعلا تحسس المريض انو انا شخص مهم ، شكرا دكتورة على صبرك وتعاملك وخبرتك

Only 1 lady working in reception and customer service with so many patients waiting for long time to be registered only! I left and
went to another near private hospital

Worst medical center ever! Wrong diagnosis from the sickleave certificate because the receptionist did not read the notes from the doctor. Amenhorrea which was not related at all I was having fever, body pain and cough. So they make the medical report but to my surprise poor grammar and the letter was not written professionally! Worst experience ever, I am working in a healthcare facility but we assure that our patient get the best experience and treatment they needed. Moreover you do not allow someone who is not qualified to write a medical report if she is not literate in writing! Will not recommend this facility.

My friend recommended this cilnic and we all went there with my friends like 5 of us for laser treatment and there is an arabic speaking technician she is very rude and and not cooperative at all … lack of professionalism
Comparatively there is another technician from Philippines she is very gentle and cooperative i am writing this because we have to come again there because its near by i hope they can improve it …

Poor services no rooms for patients bad attitude and low quality i dont know how they are running the place

There was good behavior from the staff, especially Dr. Eltaf. As well as the pharmacy staff, they were able to obtain insurance approval and dispense the medicines without much delay.

طبيبة الجلديه اعتقد اسمها فريده سودانيه تتكلم بطريقه مش بروفيشنال ولا فيها صبر واقولها عيوني فيها انتفاخ من الحساسيه تعطيني كريم للجلد بس طيب والعيون كيف بيروح التحسس منها؟.

Unprofessional dermatology doc.

كانت زيارة تحمل الاهتمام بما تحمله الكلمة ، شكراً طاقم الدانة الطبي على حُسن المعاملة وشكراً لستقبالكم الودود.

Horrible! I went to the pediatrician Dr Wiaam Jawad Hussain and she was awful! She lacked professionalism, she didn’t listen well to the symptoms and issues my baby had, and worst of all she did nothing but being judgy and hostile during the entire appointment. Furthermore, she was pushing her parenting methods upon parents, which is not her job nor it’s her right! If you care about your babies avoid this doctor and clinic. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, in fact, I would advise people to avoid it.

بصراحه عيادة الدانه جدا ممتازة و متعاونين الدكاترة و الممرضات. وحتى الاستقبال. والممرضات وخاصتا الممرضه Devei هندية الجنسية جدا ممتازة متعاونه. انا احب التعامل معها لانها صادقة في التعامل مع المرض. شكرا لكم عيادة الدانه

The laser receptionist is not professional and not in any kind ready to assist. I never been there and will never do (one phone call was enough).

Dana center they hire receptionists from house mad how she can deal with customers that’s why they are not professional and bad experience with dana centre Never me me there more all services are bad and non professional

زرتها اكثر من مرة والعادة لفحص كوفيد ١٩ بس اليوم زرتهم لاني مريض وزاد المرض بسبة إجراءاتهم البطيئة!

اسوء تعامل ومافي اي احترافيه في تعامل مع المرضي ولا اهتمام ولازم اعاده نظر في عياده ودكتوره نسائيه ايسار تعاملها سئ مع مررضي

مركز جدا سيء وصراحة صار لزوجتي موقف مع دكتورة منى ولما يت ابي اشتكي عليها على الغلط اللي صار قامت تصارخ قدام الناس وفضحتني ولما يت بشوف المديرة ما سوت لي شي فوق كل هاذا المديرة قالت لي حسبي الله عليكم وما ه فت اروح لمنو لن حكومة ابوظبي قالو لي المستشفيات الخاصة مش عندنا هاذا الموضوع صار في 2019 واليوم سمعت عن حرمة صار لها نفس الموضوع مع دكتورة منى قامت تهبص وتعطيها ادوية وتخوفها وتقول لها انتي ما بتحملين وتعطيها تدوية سكر بس عشان تضعف في النهاية الحرمة حملت طبيعي لما وقفت ادويتها اللي مالها داعي
اسم الدكتورة منى واسم المديرة بعد منى ارجوكم لاتروحون لها المستشفى وتجربون تجربتي لن لا المديرة ولا الدكتورة منهم فايده اما فوظت امري لربي حسبي ربي ونعم الوكيل

قلة احترام وقلة احترافية وعدم اهتمام وعدم تقدير صراحة المركز وظف ناس لا خبرة ولا الهم بالشغل اصلا
حتى الاستقبال او الي ترد عالهاتف دة طبعا لو ردو
نايمين وبيسكرو عليك المهم المركز فقد مصداقيته

ما في اهتمام في المواعيد و لا المرضى و لازم اعادة النظر في العياده و اكبر همهم انهم يسون عروض و الخدمة مستواها عادي جدا

الي تفحص الحراره عند المدخل يعجبني نشاطها بمساعدة الناس وعندهم فحص pcr ممتاز شكرا مركز الدانه

جيد بشكل عام للأشياء البسيطة. تعاملهم ممتاز وخدمتهم سريعة. لكن ما عندهم اختصاصات كثيرة، جربت الطبيب العام فقط.
الاستشارات كلها بدون دفع حتى للي عندهم تأمين غير ثقة.

I had appointment at 9 for laser and I was waiting 45 minutes and I left after that and no one seems to care about this level of service

I will never go there again
