For Some Villa Projects for ADNOC- I buy from them some kitchen Built In appliances - all was immaculate and the best services.

Never buy from them.they delivered wrong model fridge through Sharaf DG online and refuse to refund.

Update: they refunded after 2 weeks of waiting.

A very bad buying experience. I do not recommend dealing with them, nor buying through them, they are cheating, not honest, and used goods

Horrible service.
I bought an washing machine through SharafDG and they delivered the wrong item and refuse to change it.

I LOVE IT! I recently bought a laptop at Abu abduallah and I took it over seas. Let me tell you the electronics here are amazing they are so affordable and they work great. I haven’t ever had a dull moment or spend at abu abduallah. I recommend it to everyone. ABU ABDUALLAH IS WORTH EVERY PENNY OF YOUR MONEY! RECOMMEND IT FOR EVERYONE:)

Worst experience ever! I have for 11 days now a broken fridge in my apartment. The owner Junaid Ahmed is a liar.

We called him already 15 times and EVERYTIME he claims that someone is coming today to pickup the broken fridge!

Confronting him about the bad service he just says: ‚This is „business“. Business’s like that. ‘

Lack of professionalism, lack of respect, lack of logical communication.

Empty promises and lies without any shame!

I do never complain about bad services BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Do not buy here!

Ordered a Gas stove from Amazon. Unfortunately the product wasn’t available and got contacted by the seller and offered a similar product, which I accepted. Upon delivery and unboxing I figured it out it’s not exactly the item I was looking for. Initiated a return and refund, which with the help of Shakiab was smooth and hassle free. I’m grateful, and satisfied with the outcome.

Worst experience ever. They opened my ceiling to fix the ac. It’s still open to this day after months and they said I should’ve told the technicians not to do it instead of allowing them and on top of it. They even said I was fine for the ceiling to be open without them closing it! Dont even try them at all!

You can get better price for the same make and model from LULU or online. This is company franchise. It should be better to offers for customers

Bad customer service, they lie about installation day and timing, I called many times the answer that will call you within 5 min and no one called, I bought washing machine and they don’t do installation as he never mentioned to me while the payment otherwise I would have bought it from carefoure or lulu
