Hello Maam and sir I’m requesting my complaint until now did receive my update About my salary pending also my graduate also my public holiday also vacation leave please help me I’m pregnant I’m so stressed I file a case against me my labor card expired Aug 4 but I’m still work until Aug 6 , I have also medical report from thé hospital that ị should take bed rest for one month cuz my pregnancy is complicated that day Aug 6 I have bedding please help me

The court is not helping the employees imagine I won the case against the company I was working for.proceeded with execution and Arrest Warrant. I have paid money on each stage yet they haven’t arrested them and haven’t even tried to get me my money it’s almost a year yet adjd can’t do anything in their power to get me my money all they keep telling me is to wait and when I ask the duration of this wait, they say they don’t know I’m extremely exhausted because I want to go to my country…I hope Allah sees me through I REALLY WORKED HARD FOR MY MONEY. PLEASE ADJD TRY TO USE YOUR AUTHORITY TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY

Very bad experience. They are only making drama to taking money from poor labour's. They are not doing justice.

You will get justice without any partiality, but the thing is, the procedure for that is bit of long and costly. If you have min 3000 AED and your other expenses like accommodation and food you could go for it, if you don't have it will be very difficult to go through. Because in every stage you have to spend money to get the money you deserve. In my case it tool 3 months to get my salary dues through case.

So good luck guys keep trying

Don't go labour court.you will loss your court fees and your salary court not help you they will supporting to investor (company)

Im worked my past employer 3year.my visa will expire soon.how manny time i call them for cancelation but they ignoring me.sir/madam what should i do now.i dont be an illigal in uae but i need the cancelation for them to make new visa to my new bos.can you help me please how andwhat can i do

I filed a labour case around 1 year back. Judgement came after 1 month and the case moved to the execution court. Since then I am calling them for an update, they always say to wait. I think the law is in paper only its not going to be executed. They are in favour of companies only. Now my company operates under a different name and they got license also. So please don't file a labour case, try to deal with your company peacefully.

Since November I’m waiting for my money they keep telling to wait wait and wait… poor service action… I couldn’t believe from the beginning they said that they will protect the workers and after that when they got case they keep in hung for waiting… until when?

Its newly built labour court.they are not allowing people to go inside even you are fully vaccinated or negative PCR.

Limited court services @free of charge, few services @half price, few staff can understand English, waiting hours up to one hour for employees but quick service for employers

Don't show partiality please. Lots of people from different countries cme there for work. They also a part of your development. Show some manners and respect.

It's very strick not allowed to enter inside the facility even fully vaccinated and have latest pcr covid negative result, but the good thing is they answer the landline no. When I call there and they listened and help me for my purpose, Thanks to madam that answer my call time to time more power adjd

I keep calling for 4 days, always busy they keep you on answer machine for more than 45 min till end of the day very poor customer service
