It is not the biggest store and therefore it does not have all of the items, but staff are helpful and the parking situation much easier than ACE on Yas.

Happy with my visit, came not having any idea on the iteams i need to buy and the staff Sonam helped me out to get what i specifically need.

The most common answer for your employees is No sir we don't have, even without looking.which it look like the easy and relaxing answer but when I search by myself I will find what I'm looking for.the prices not very good, I can find similar products in multiple places or online with 40% less

Quite a huge store, but they didn't have what we were looking for or the staff didn't understand what we were looking for

Though I did not get what I wanted, but the staff were very helpful. I was looking for metal body hand sander and chalk sea-green wood stain.

The available collections and brands keep diminishing by the day, they used to bring in renowned american brands and high-end german and european ones, now everything’s Chinese and low-end yet with the same price as the high-end brands. If we wanted common things we’d go to dragonmart or danube, ace used to be unique now it isnt.

Avoid for paint. They don’t stock paints on display. Picked colors then was told they don’t sell them.

Good and big place. You can find lots of goods for home, garden, cleaning, electrical devices and kitchen needs. They have helpful staff around the shop. There is sale on good items to buy (electrical fans, cooking set, and others)

Only 1 person available for assistance in paint section. Waited for assistance for half an hour and then was said the product is out of stock. Need more customer service

Ace Hardware Mina Street Zayed Port. The store has two entrance. Take the roundabout first exit, take the u-turn, first right. There is plenty of parking space available this side of the store. This branch is smaller than Yas and Dalma. Not too many options available. DIY. Gardening. Lightings. Bathroom Laundry and Kitchen accessories. Storage boxes. Camping. Barbecue equipment.

I ordered an electric saw brand Bosch and after 5 days I received the item but without battery and any cables, I spoke with call center and told me that it doesn’t come with battery or electric cable! Very disappointed. What should I do with it then? It’s like baying a new car with no engine! The agent told me that someone will call me to take the item and refund the money but no body show up till now.

Back to work, am very delighted to be able to come again to ACE and purchase the quality tools i need, with great special offers as well.

Poor logistic and management, worst experience trying to reach customer service, nobody picks the call for more than 30 min.after numerous try once someone picked this guy doesn’t knows when my order will be delivered and tells they cannot call back with detail as management directs them not to call back customer. Its already more than 14 days i placed my order.

Wrong descriptions, wrong items delivery. No customer support service
they don't answer niter emails nor phone calls. Something responds on fb but it goes nowhere, a bot perhaps

I came to ace store to buy face masks, they had around 500 pieces and then suddenly the staff informed me that all of 500 pieces have been sold out to a single European customer and there is no more available. Its to my utmost surprise that what kind of a store policy ACE follow? In such a situation of disease outspread how can you sell all of 500 masks to one person?

They really need to stop trying to become something else, focus on tools, parts and hardware and it will be a much better experience.

The product range is very poor, most products of poor quality yet expensive. Nothing comparable to the Ace brand elsewhere in the world.

They have all types of tools, drills, Karcher machines, equipments of gardens, and outdoor furniture and specially they have a lot of motorcycle care items (anti-fog, wax, polish, covers, some oils, and chain lubricants). Check the prices of car care items including the common WD-40 in other stores before buying because it's a little bit pricey in ACE.
They have good cheap aquariums and beautiful fishes with equipments if you dont want to spend thousands in pet stores (fishes and turtles treats are available)
Helpful staff. The store is still small and needs to be upgraded

A good place to buy DIY stuff, it reduced in size lately and thet started to bring "emerging" brands.

We've gone here a few times. It's not completely the same as the stores in the US, but close enough for you to find what you need to repair things in your home, paint, tools, etc. They also have some housewares, vacuums, storage containers, hooks for organizing, etc. Staff are helpful and available when assistance is needed.

Ridiculously slow cashier and system that ruins the whole shopping experience.

You know exactly what you want and in a hurry. This is not the place to shop. You grab your stuff in 3 mins but you spend 20 mins at the cashier. One customer ahead of you, and one cashier. All 3 other staff are busy on the computer who cares if customer is waiting!

With this experience the product, stock, set up, etc does not matter.

I’d rather go to Yas branch which is 30 mins away if I had to than to come to this branch again.

Was in Mina at the plant souk, and needed paint, so Muna Ace it was, small store, friendly staff, no ready mixed paint, but they shook up a can for me, all good

Most of the staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Stock can be a bit hit and miss but they usually try to find alternatives or order in the required item for next day

Good selection of hardware, homeware, paints, car care and gardening supplies. However if you want more variety go to the Yas Mall outlet which is much bigger.

Feels great when you are looking for something and could not find it any place and finally finds it here.

Once you realise it's not a full fledged hardware store (think more homebase) it has a fair bit of useful stuff (tools, heavy cleaning, outdoor furniture etc.). Prices are good. Staff are helpful and if they don't supply it (for example plastic plumbing pipes) they will give you directions to where to get it.

ACE in mina has the majority of what most people may need for the odd fixing and DIY tasks. The Yas branch is much larger and has a greater variety of DIY, tools, BBQs and gardening equipment.

ACE hat eine gute Auswahl an DIY-Bedarf, Fahrzeug-, Outdoor-, Garten-Zubehör. Meistens finde ich dort was ich suche. Der ACE auf Yas-Island scheint mir aber kompletter.
Das Personal ist normalerweise hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Loads of everything for the house. When things are on sale, the price will be comparable to other stores around. You cannot beat the selection here.

Excellent selection, good prices but very poor help/customer service. Staff slow and not keen to help.

No one shows up to help you so you just wander around to find what you need otherwise its a nice place you can find what you are looking for

Between the 3 locations in Abudhabi, this is the worst one. Prices are missing, you wait for a long time until you get help. Not trained enough about the products. You would have better experience in the other 2 places.

If you’re a DIY enthusiast then you’ll find it hard to leave this store. Depending on the store you go to Ace Hardware has an excellent selection to those who wish to improve their home environment.
