Satisfied! I have recently bought a refrigerator and a washing machine. I was surprised by their price and service. Staffs are very gentle, especially Mr. Shifak Abdullah, who guided me throughout the purchase. Surprisingly, the refrigerator wasn't on the display but this guy explained it very well and they delivered as well.

I bought an air compressor to inflate my tyres on my car after driving in the desert. The supplied hose failed the second time I used it and was only 5 months old. I took it back expecting to get a refund or replacement but apparently, despite the air hose being part of the compressor, I was told it was an ‘accessory’ and company policy is to not refund or replace any items with faulty ‘accessories’. Very unhappy customer who will not be buying anything from ACE again! Be warned!

This is a store where it would be hard for a man to leave without buying anything just like ladies with shopping malls! I prefer this branch in Abu Dhabi. It has reasonable collection of various things (hardware, appliances, garden, kitchenware, paint, etc). It can be busy at times but the staff have been very helpful "moez" and others in previous instances. Easiest way to get there if you are coming from outside the island is though yas mall car parking then go to the ground floor towards ikea. Otherwise, you will need to drive around a little. The quality of all purchases so far is good. Haven't tried the electronics though. Must visit for every man and many ladies.

Terrible service, waited for ages to do a exchange of items. Apart from the store being badly staffed, seems they purposely put no staff for customer services.

ACE has excellent products but unfortunately the customer service is terrible, specially when it comes from the manager of the store itself. The Sales person which extremely helpful (Hassan) handed the manager (John Kennedy) my transaction to punch it into the system, while he was about to punch it in he saw that there were two people whom he apparently felt were more important, so he left my transaction to be handled by a new manager employee whom was stuck and didn’t know how to use the system, he was so confused he kept calling on his colleagues to support. If it wasn’t for Hassan coming to help out my transaction which should have taken minutes would have taken at least an hour. Very disappointing experience.
When I spoke to the manager he was so defensive and kept repeating “I am the manager here”

You can find pretty much everything you need. Staff very helpful and service overall great. All the plants I bought from here has been the best.

Usually love ace however asked for 3 items, not avaliable. Asked staff if they were going to be available soon. Told to try another branch. Not good

Nice shop. Bad security. One dirham is more important than respecting their customers. I only asked for one mask for my usage, i did not have one. This is a generous country that supply all over countries in the world, your employees should respect this concept, and value the residents. I left the shop immediately. I went to IKEA next to them, there was no mask, the security respected me, called to check if there is more masks. Eventually gave me one, thanks IKEA.

This branch has more choices than Almina branch, some products are too expensive. Some collection quality below expectation.

They have almost everything you need from a hardware shop. They have a variety of sections covering home requirements whether indoor or outdoor products.

However, the only drawback is that there is shortage of staff who can support you while shopping between the sections and the shelfs.

The sales mens is not available in all sections, and if they available they will be there by chance not by expert in the section

Our salesperson Mr. Mubeen was really kibd and humble. He properly assisted us and helped us finding the product we were looking for

Don't trust Ace because they don't respect customers. (Cheating)

I saw a small table and I'd like the price. It was showing on the shelf 59 Dirhams, however when I get to the cashier the price change to 139 Dirhams.why don't ask me.they say sorry it was a mistake. I talked to the manager and even he don't know how to deal with customers.

My advice don't pay and go.always check your bill and the shelf price make sure they looks the same

Good place to buy both indoor and outdoor plants. Need to mention the plant names clearly on the pots.

Best shop for Hardware and tools. Home depo of UAE. This place is a lot nicer with friendly staff of all branches besides the one in Bawadi Mall Al Ain of course

Looking for the B&Q equivalent in UAE this is it. Garden center, BBQ specialists, outdoor furniture, plumbing, electrics, homeware and appliances

Although a good, ventilated establishment, found good options for things like kitchen utensils, mugs, tuperware.
Good stuff for camping, lounge and bbq/grill.

However, very little choice in stuff like artificial flowers, no cosmetic aisle.
I could find things like wall mounted key chain holder.

Am coming for the 3rd day in a row bcz the staff really dont know anything about the products they are selling.plus my "black + dacker" drill driver turned out to have missing parts.

Ace hardware yas is one of the best if not the best hardware store in uae. Great customer service and really helpful I recommend this place for anyone near yas Island.

The prices are very exaggerated, I compared many products and the difference is big, and the customer does not know unfortunately

Evrything you need for a do it your own DIY projects then ACE is the place for your tools and home Appliances. Not to.mentikn branded tools are cheaper here

Be careful! Never order online. One month passed since I placed an order online and not only I didn't receive the items, but also when went personally to Ace employees there didn't help me find out why my order is not delivered yet, and even when I called the customer care center several times during their working hours they didn't care to answer my calls!

I have ordered online and its been more than a week I haven't received my order. I tried calling ACE but no answer and been on hold for over 30min. All customers understand the situation but ignoring their phone calls is not justified.

One of the places i like to purchase quality tools, and it helps our field of work in many way with good quality and the warranty which given as well.

A nice place to buy hardware and household items. But a bit overpriced compared to other shops in mussafah. But on the bright side you get everything under one roof.

Don’t order online. Take my Advice. Come here and buy it. Where is my online shipment? They will justify that system errors, system update or whatever. Also they didn’t notify you that you shipment isn’t complete, they let you wait 3 or 4 days after you place online order. Then they will say “ sorry sir. —-! System update, no store stocks. You will miss the sale. The good thing they will refund the missing items amounts to your credit card.

This is a nice small hardware shop and supplies an okay selection of items

If you are from Australia, you will realise that it’s like a Bunnings but only a fraction of the size. Therefore it’s limited in range.
I found staff eager to help, however they usually aren’t knowledgeable. I new more about the products than any of them.
Prices are usually high but are good when the sales are on.
As there are few options for hardware this place does the job, but should grow much larger to meet customer needs.

Never order items online in ACE because they cheat you by saying 4-5 days delivery time during order placement. Once the order is done it becomes 7-10 working days and a big question mark on the delivery status.

Want to buy anything, go to their store and buy and at all means avoid their online purchase option.

Expansive, i asked about tax return stickers and stuff was tricky and didn't get saying my purchase should be above 2000 dhms.

Again disappointed with the low number of variety in products, even for simple light bulbs. On the other side, staff is always friendly and helpful.

I am very disappointed as to the high prices that the store offers. While they are of good quality, I can find something much cheaper of the same quality in my other local stores. In my opinion, try some where else first.

Very helpful staff and the place is full of whatever you home wants and needs. Their Black Friday sale is genuine and good bargains are available.

Expensive but, if you live nearby, it's better than driving tens of miles and wasting hours to find what you want. Many things are under one roof here.

One of the best hardware store I have ever visited. The atmosphere was good. Camping gears were there. Fishing equipments were also there. The price are comparatively higher than Pakistan. But there was a very large variety from compass to ice boxes and every hardware equipment. As far as in my knowledge.

Ace @ Yas is big and has nearly everything a hardware store needs so a must visit if you are looking for something and cannot find else where

Huge store with a very average selection of products. They don't even stock light bulb converters which out of all stores in the UAE ACE should be the one that stocks them (FYI: You can find them at Carrefour instead along with a lot of the products found at ACE if the location in Yas Island is too far).

It's okay overall and their sales can be pretty decent if they're on items you wanted. But besides that any Lulu or Carrefour could replace a visit to ACE.

Customer service is great and their attendants are plenty helpful. It helps that they are well trained to be courteous to customers.
