I had very svere spinal pain so I visited Dr. Kiran.
Who is literally a doctor cum Angel
The way he diagnosed my diseas,his dealing,sense of humour and treating his patients in a friendly way is amazing.

After that I went for my physiotherapy session with Dr,Hafiz who is also very professional, experienced and loving human being.
Would love to mention about reception team especially Miss Naheed,Mr.Mansoor . They are very friendly.
Concluding my reviews I would just say the best hospital in town.

It was disappointing that the results were not received at the committed time and additional visit couldn't be avoided however a warm hearted Imthiaz was courteous enough to explain the situation and providing updates untill I got the results.

I had an exceptionally positive encounter with Mr. Hafizul Azad's physiotherapy sessions. His expertise and care for his patient really made a huge difference for my shoulder and arm. Pain is gone. His comforting approach and skilled techniques are truly amazing. No overstatement, but he really deserves a commendation for being a valuable healthcare professional. Highly recommended. I've had a wonderfull experience from adam and eve when we visited to get treatment for my mother. One of the best atmosphere here. The doctors and staffs are well experienced especially the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. He was concerned about our condition and makes us comfortable and Dr naseeba was so good and experienced. She is so kind towards the patients and making sure they get the best treatment. So if you are looking for a friendly, Beautiful atmosphere and best treatment. I think you should definitely visit adam and eve

*I had a terrible experience with my tooth and later needed surgery done somewhere else.
*I advise you to request your invoices (they don't give them out, and from what I've seen, they charge your insurance far more than they do you, so you won't notice, essentially charging more for services you haven't performed for instance they charged for 2 tooth services but I Co-paid only for 1 tooth, making my insurance quota for the year reduce),
*and don't anticipate receiving nice treatment from the reception.
*I've heard from others that this used to be a good place
*most of their 5 star reviews are done by people with new accounts (who have fewer than 3 reviews overall)

Recently we visited adams and Eve medical centre the staff and doctors were very kind and helpful it was a pleasant feeling, simultaneously the pharmacy is "something". After we went to pharmacy we received a token and we sat and waited for our turn but after a while we saw that some people were getting their turn first, even they came after. And that is the thing that we couldn't digest. And after a little bit of discussion they told us to wait for a 5 minutes.they did not gave us receipt of medicine also. Overall we had a BAD day.for the authenticity of our above comment we can provide the exact date and time so the management can check the camera recording to validate this statement.

Customer service is the worst. Can't find the solution, instead of kicking the patient here and there. Don't treat patient as patients. We are not feeling well that's why we come to medical center to get help from doctors and specialist. Thr pharmacy is also taking one hour to get the medicine. Doesn't have time management. Never gonna go to this medical ever again.

Great place! I highly recommend the Hijama with Dr. Medhat Hegazi. I had very positive results.

I really hate the experience was my first time but Dr. Tirso jr Williams jacalan and his body was not listening and they took their own decisions for making sick leave and they kept wrong date instead and I paid the money for nothing that I was especting

Dr Kiran offered excellent orthopedic consultation after I had a foot injury. Very grateful for doctors like him.

All the doctors is very humble and kind, base on my experience they are all good.

I went to Dr. Adeeba Masood for a checkup at Adam&Eve Clinic and the experience got from there was very fullfilling and happy, the way they handling the patients was very beautiful and very good, the floor guidance was very excellent and the guidance to go to hospital pharmacy was also very helpful that no need for a rush. The hospital pharmacy is also very nice. The way the doctors communicating with patients was very good. The treatment facilities was very updated and excellent. The atmosphere of the clinic was very environment friendly and beautiful.

Adav and Eve provides one of the best services in town. Fast and quick insurance approvals makes the customers relaxed and happy consultations.

I visited ADaM and EVE hospital, Abu Dhabi as a cotton bud sticked in my right ears and it was visible but I didn’t want to take chance to remove it, hence went to and ENT, it took 15-30 seconds only to remove the bud, and I was charged for 150 AED for consultation, and there was no consolation at all just removal of the bud
To my knowledge Doctors deployed as part of a humanitarian mission often work in diverse, unfortunately even after requesting to reduce the consultation fees as doctors has not done anything just 30 seconds, he removed the bud, response very rudely I should charge you more for removal of the bud, just charged you the consultation, it happened similarly to some colleagues and was removed for free in Abu Dhabi

Highly recommend Dr. Ahmed Namshir. He and the staff did a great job with my braces as well as creating a comfortable environment. I felt welcomed with every visit. They were very helpful and encouraging throughout the process. Everyone was approachable and kind and took very good care of me. The end result was amazing and more than I had ever expected. Overall, the service provided was very professional, and I'm glad I got my braces done here.

They booked me an appointment for dental and asked me to come 3 days later. On the day of the appointment the said approval is pending and postponed the appointment. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a reputed hospital.

Dentist Dr Sneha is very good doctor,
She treated me and me wife with caring and explain clearly, I'm doing scaling many times before, but Dr Sneha doing very good and she doing very good treatment, I'm very satisfied with Dr Sneha

I have back problem that Causing me some nausea and headache.after undergone of series of physiotherapy.and i am thankfull to Dr. Ms. Priya tandon who's one one of nice and very accomodating physiotherapist my conditions getting better.

I am coming here every month but sad to say that even you are having an appointment, u will be waiting 1hr or more to be attended. Today I am having 5: 30 pm appointment and until now at 6: 23 still on waiting game with them. Maybe this will be the last month and look for another better who commits and knows the meaning of the word "appointment".

Firstly I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the care I received in the past year. My meetings with Dr. Namshir have been very pleasant! He always made me feel very comfortable, always been very informative and was completely patient with me! I had no issues, was able to book emergency appointments whenever I needed. He is extremely professional. If I had any emergency queries he would answer them, even on his day off! The whole braces journey was not one I thought I would be doing as an adult, however I am definitely pleased with the result. I also had Zoom teeth lightening done. This was slightly uncomfortable, but worth it for the whiter teeth! Thank you again to Dr Namshir and his team!

Booked my appointment 515pm and waited for 45 minutes to get Registration.
Very bad Service. I didn’t understand the purpose of Booking Appointment.
Management please look into this matter as it will help you in future.
I visited your Hospital based on reviews but can’t compare your reviews with quality of services you are providing. There is a big gap.
I ended up canceling my Booking and walked away from Hospital.

I would like to thank Dr. Ms. Pria for being so kind and considerate during my Physiotherapy session with her. She is very equipped with the knowledge how to treat and what to do for my back and shoulder pain like the exercises besides the manipulation she is doing to me. A kind -hearted and dedicated one. My experience at Adam & Eve Specialized Medical Clinic was very good and positive. I’ve been there for my dental procedures and Dr. Sneha never fails to make me comfortable and she always gives me a painless procedure. I have all my procedures done by doctora jisha and i must say that her hand is mashaAllah very light. I did not feel any pain at all. Took my nanny here for physio therapy to Priya Tandon and was very happy with her service. She is very dedicated, patient, kind and understanding with my nanny. My nanny got a lot of relief after the first few physio treatments as she was suffering from a severe muscular spasm. Would highly recommend Priya Tandon.

The services that I received from Dr. Ahamad Namshir (Orthodontist) was excellent. I was not sure I can fix my tooth issues with in a limited time frame. But he fixed the issue beyond my expectations. He is incredible. Some times I was late, I feel sorry for making them to wait for me. Even though the shift is over they extended their duty hours for his patients with out any hesitations. The staff who is working with him also very pleasing charecter and giving confidence to their patients. I highly recommend becoming his patient.

Also I would like to mention about Dr. Sajith P Hameed (ENT specialist, surgeon). Dr. Sajith is a wonderful doctor and very friendly. The way he treat his patients is incredible. I heared about his excellence through my friends. Highly recommend his treatment. The staffs are friendly also.

I had this burning pain along the outside of the foot, ankle, and lower leg for 5 months and Dr. Prakash attended me. He said it's swollen and frozen and he gave me medicine and suggested me to have therapy with Ms. Priya Tandon. For 5 sessions with her the pain now is gone. Thanks to Dr. Prakash and Ms. Priya from Adam & Eve highly recommend.

My little finger was not having movement and i consulted several hospitals and no one was able to find out even the diagnosis, at last i reached Adam & Eave hospital, met Dr. Hafizul Azad physiotherapist and he was the only one to find out that it's wartenberg's syndrone, done physiotherapi treatment (10 secessions) i am totally ok with the movement of my little finger, a great thanks to Adam & Eave team.

The clinic is good ambiance very accomodating all the staff specially to my physiotherapist MS. PREYA TENDON she's a great and goodfriend therapist in my whole session for 2weeks.thanks doc for keeping me smile at the worst times during my therapy.your a good therapist.godbless you always.

Poor service specifically from the lady who is taking the swab for PCR test. She was rude. So unprofessional.

For the last 3 years I had Low back pain because of severe Disc protrusions with impingement and for last one year my Sensation in the left leg was lost and the power of leg was reduced. I met several Orthopedic surgeons and all suggested surgery, but I was scared to do the same.my cousin who is a doctor advised to me to try Non surgical Spinal Decompression therapy which is only available in Abu Dhabi and as I work in Ruwais It was difficult for me to travel every day to do the same. Then atlast when my pain and weakness increased, I decided to stay at Abudhabi and done sessions of therapy and now my pain had gone completely and regained my strength and sensation.
Now after two months still I don't feel any pain. Thank you Mr Hafiz ul Azad, The physiotherapist who cared me and treated me well who I never thought regain back my sensation and power again. Thank you so much Mr Hafiz for your wonderful care and treatment during my therapy sessions. The stretching maneuvers you taught me with worked wonders to gradually restore my physical wellbeing. My pain is almost completely gone, and I can now join my teammates on the badminton court again without stress. Manu is an exceptional therapist whom I go for my back pain treatment. He restored hope in me that I can get rid of this pain when I had lost hopes. Sessions are quite extensive where Manu puts in a lot of effort and also guides about changes in lifestyle which are easy to understand. Reception staff are also extremely nice and helpful. Overall, a great value for money if you are looking for alternative treatment.

I had severe old pain in neck and upper back.
Mr Hafizul in his capacity as Physio was extremely helpful and diligent in providing me excellent therapy and exercises.and the most important aspect was his kind jovial nature that makes sessions so entertaining and lucid.
Its almost like half an hour of fun with goodness of medication and therapy.

Everything is okay, I love Dra. Rhea, but one Filipino guy in the reception of 1st floor doesn't need to be there. He is rude, he doesn't know how to speak with patients, it's making us feel that we are needing something from him.

Very accommodating staff from the reception particulary Nahida. Also the Dr. Rea, I consulted with and her assistant they were very helpful. Thumbs up to all!

The only best medical centre in Abu Dhabi with all the specialities under one roof. I am in love with the service/treatment by Dr. Prathiba for dentistry and Dr. Shahjan for pediatric and highly recommended.

I would request and suggest the concerned to add Rak Neuron for the covered insurance at your centre because my company has changed it recently and it does not cover.
