Very very bad service during accidents and emergency situation. WhatsApp response for recovery truck takes 8hours. Very slow garage service, customer service just try to calm you down but no actions necessary done.

I will never renew my insurance with them their call center doesn't know how to deal with client.

I feel realy satisfection with adam ji.i visit in abu dhabi office. 3 time.all the time they acomodate me very well.

Wow so many bad reviews, well for me adamjee is the best insurance I ever used in uae so far, swift response and service, I submitted my claim and boom they send garage list immediately, I took my car nxt day and claim was accepted immediately and car was fixed In a wonderful garage the next day. Everything fast fast. I love it. They should sustain such service.

It's my 1st time to brought insurance from them and they even did not get back to me I m tired to call their call center no body answer my call in the claim department even they have chat option but they Are also no giving me any response

Very bad experience. I have been contacted them more than 8 days. I have sent emails no one is giving answers. I keep calling them. I keep sending emails.no proper answers about replacement car! The garage calls me everyday and asked when I will bring the car. I cannot bring the car without a replacement car.i need a professional person who give direct answers knowing his work so we can be proactive and go to the garage!

Worst car insurance company in UAE. Very pathetic staff and worst services.
My car faced an accident and I was having comprehensive insurance with Adamjee. After getting my car repaired engine was giving abnormal sound and bloody Adamjee guy said its not covered under insurance even though police mentioned in report.

Worst insurance in the whole planet, connected to mednet that is famous for being a scam company. The medical have to be approved by a doctor based in Pakistan that cannot even talk to you or visit you. Stay away at all cost if you care about your life.

The worst company in UAE Market pore customer services and lack of knowledge.more than 3 canceled my insurance and they don't want to give me my money.

If you follow the rules and directions for the claim, you will find them helpful. And yes they do not have the landline number for their Abu Dhabi branch.

Shocking customer service! They told me on the 4th of February to pick up my check from them on the 18th of Feb. I turn up to do so, they say to come back the next day. They are wasting your time and money! They should deserve a 0 star!
