معاملة سيئة جدا من خدمة العملاء للموظفين في فرع العين، و الصيانة سيئة جدا الموضوع معلق من شهرين تقريبا محد يرد على الايميل ولا يساعدونك في شي ويضيعون وقتك ولازم انت تراكض وراهم ولو ماسويت جي يدفعونك غرامة ، ولو اشتكيت محد يسويلك سالفة ، اذا تبا يرتفع ضغطك انصحك تستاجر عندهم

Worst service, transfer service officer left office after coming office in 30 mins, and never show off, nobody else authorized to cover him.people waiting for him in que for hours.nobody aware where he gone or when he'll come back.

Too much rush, better to go early hours. For renewal call adcp helpline. Poor customer handling mostly staff itself is confused.

In order to review this place can be divided in following steps

- parking: bit difficult to park near Office all around the parking is paid and standard parking
- Ground floor is mostly for renewal of contract and service related issues
- 1st floor having main reception
- Though there is queue management system, to get that ticket you have to stand in queue and sometimes you will not get ticket because of less time remaining in closing office
- Always go at-least half an hour before closing because they stop giving tickets
- Cleanliness: I felt office quite clean
- Behavior of Staff: staff is very supportive and well behaved other offices should learn from this staff one extra star for staff (Ladies staff needs little more improvement)
- service: services are fast enough

I’m giving 4 star one star is missing because of timing they should work little more

Worst experience.and would never ever rent a ADCP building.literally the transfer officer was yelling at us as if we were entering into his personal space.

Very worst services continue still. I couldn't understood how Abudhabi Municipality is allowing such irresponsible organization to deal such property dealings. I had been waiting for my tawtheeq for more than a month after all documents including cheque submission. Still now no response from them. Everytime they are telling that it is in progress and municipality system is down. Is Abudhabi Municipality is not in operation for a month? Really unprofessional responses from their team and customer support team. But we are left with no further options here. Most of the property are under the control of such unprofessional team of organization.

I would clearly not recommand dealing with ADCP at all. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 2 months for an answer on our lease whereas they were suppose to answer within 5 working days. They did not accommodate or respond to any of the complaints or requests we made over 3 years, and they found any way to ask for more money. The maintenance of the building we lived in was kept to a minimum, and we had humidity issues for 3 years and nothing was done although we complained many times.

Staff are respectable and supportive. But ADCP should streamline there processes and should make it more digitalise. Currrently Saturday is working with skeleton staff. They should be make saturday full time including landlord services, maintenance services, as they are into service sector and most of the people will be free on Saturdays.

I have 4 tenancy under adcp and came for renewal with cheque and all documents they told me to drop all in the box without giving any acknowledgement papers i am very disappointment.

How i will put all my cheques without getting acknowledgement from them
May be later they will tell not recieved.

I am came here head office if i asking any questian they telling to call constemer care.

@ the entrance at very 1st counter a indian guy with bad attitude talks like he owns it. Highly recommend not even talk to him unless u are a lady from india too he will get ur phone number saved and smile to you. I suggest adcp manager to throw him and place with some1 better. And if you really do need help get to the counter next to him.a lady name starts with 'N' very polite and listens carefully and tries to help. I suggest Manager to increase her salary. And replace Some1 better than the Indian guy.

Be careful don't rent from them, I have been forced to pay the due payments from the previous tenant for gas etc. And I didn't get it back with all lies promising

Competitive rents but leasing, payments, work timings, staff needs big improvements. Maintenance services are at par/good.

I wont recommend unless urgent.

ADCP makes rental contracts for residents. Very poor service to clients, staff hardly in their places, long wait for small work. Tons of improvement needed.

Terrible service, I lived in a property run by this company for 3 years. I left in December, property was immaculate they still took money from my deposit for trivial items that were not even there when I moved in.
Their move out process is at best awful. I was advised my deposit would be transferred to my bank within 5 working days. Its now been 14 working days and 20 days in total and I am still waiting.
No contact from them after several email.
Just an awful company to deal with. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

They were very kind and helpful. Congestion is too big. Narrow corridor with many people. It is not possible to keep a distance.

Long waiting times for simple things. Terrible customer service and a serious lack of maintenance personnel. First day I had the building manager harassing me for money because I arrived to a clean apartment. That stuff is unacceptable.
