Addax Office Tower

The building is very beautiful, but I do not recommend it now. There are no parking lots for employees, not even parking spaces for visitors, and every day there are problems with the parking lots. I do not know whether we should focus on their problems or focus on our work.

Addax Office Tower was constructed by 2007 and now holds 40 levels of perfectly architectural office spaces, meeting rooms and hallways.

Good place if you are trying to find a job. You can visit the offices and drop a resume and probably enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee.

Very nice and neat building, being of the high rise building in Reem island with 60 floors. Nice and well maintained infrastructure but lacks public parking. Offices in this building has a clear, perfect and iconic scenic view of the island.

Very bad planning, no parking not even a place to get down. Always traffic jam. No public transport except for only one bus with less frequency

This place looks really beautiful having similar height & color buildings all over the area.

This is a beautiful building in the heart of Reem Island but one problem is this building is too much commercial that they forgot to install atleast one wash basin in any of the rooms.
The only place you can wash your hands is go to the common washroom out side your office door. You cant wash your hands inside your office. Can you imagin ‍️
Completely different from Abu Dhabi city offices where you will have kitchen atleast.

المبنى رائع والمناظر جميلة. لكن لأول مرة مواقف السيارات تكون في بناية تبعد مسافة 3 بنايات عن البرج الذي تنوي زيارته.

Good Building, No pantry facilities, small toilets and plenty of parking issues. Highlight would be building, location and low lights would be parking, parking and parking.

Finding parking will be very difficult as on 4th March 2018. They alloted basement parking for visitors, however it is next to impossible to find parking slot over there.

Samsung Engineering shifted their head office to here from Etihad Towers.

Very crowded streets under the tower and a lack of parking space is the main thing. The tower itself is really nice. Both for visiting and working.

Ample supply of Office space at a reasonable competitive prices per Square foot. The developer is planning to build additional parking space to accommodate growth of visitors and tenants.

Visit the new head office of Virtus Trading LLC. Must say the place is awesome with a amazing view.

Upscale place with beautiful view all around. The tower has 30 + 30 floors in two wings and ample parking available. The office space also has boutik mall and Carrefour in the proximity.

One of the best Multi storey office Tower situated at Reem Island. The location quiet unique and well maintain.
