Worst customer service ever
Very long waiting list, unprofessional and they don’t want to take the extra step especially a guy called Raj!

My insuranse with them ends today and automatically renewed starting tomorrow…. They refused to get my prescription even for today! What kind of common senses!
Worst ever!

Worst ever company. I had an accident in Decdmber, Ford had sent them all the details and till now they did not transfer the money after following up with them and their reply is always "we will back to you".
Don't waste your time with them

Very slow respond and approvals.
You have to wait on the phone and in the pharmacy for very long time

Our staff faced lot of delay (around 2.5 month) to get the refund of claimed amount, till not refund.its ADNIC Nextcare RN2 network
