شكرا شكرا شكرا دكتوره سوسن على كل شي ولا مره دخلت عندج و ما كنت مرتاحه و مبسوطه في كل ولاداتي لست اطفال مع احلى و اروع دكتوره ، من بعد رب العالمين كانت دكتوره سوسن السبب في اني اتشجع و اجيب اطفال اكثر باهتمامها و خطواتها في متابعه مراحل الحمل و الجنين لحد الولاده و ما بعد الولاده ،، كل شي مريح و ميسر كلمة رائعه اشوي عليها

الصراحه الدكاتره اللي في العياده غريبيين اطوار ، مبوزين وكأننا اخذنا من وقتهم وغير مرحب فينا. تجربتين مع دكتورتين طبيب عام من نفس الجنسيه والثنتين للاسف ما انصح فيهم بشكل عام الدكتور يخليك تكره العياده

مع انها كانت من احسن العيادات على ايام الدكتوره سوسن ماشالله عليها.

انصح بتغير الدكاتره وكسب المرضى

Advanced Cure is one of the best medical centers in Abu Dhabi, where patient care is the top priority, following the highest principles of medical ethics. I say this because I have had the privilege of working with them, and I want to especially highlight the Radiology department which has excellent professionals. I highly recommend it!

تجربتي كانت مع الدكتورة مها حسين بعيادة الجلديه و التجميل. بنصح بالتعامل معها لعدة اسباب التعامل الراقي و الهدوء و كمان لان عندها خبرة و بتعرف شغلها صح انا دايما بعمل عندها بوتكس وفيلر و ابرة نظارة و كل مرة بكون سعيدة بالنتيجه.

It was a great experience here at Cure medical AUH. It is my first time doing a dermapen procedure and it works better for me, especially thanks for Ms. Sneha who is doing the magic thing for me. Hope she stays in Al Bateen branch because it is more convenient and I preferred her for my futher procedures. Thank you.

I had my laser sessions in Advanced Cure and is extremely happy both with the outcome and service. A big shout out to Sneharika for making my sessions so comfortable and ensuring I am at ease even in pain. Also she managed to complete my sessions on time by making sure I reach hospital at the scheduled date and time. She is highly professional and worth every penny for the quality service she offers.

I highly recommend Sneharika for all the service she has to offer at Advanced Cure.

I was visiting Doctor Hussein ENT he is one of the best Doctors whose I met, it was crowded and too much people, But there is good receptionist whose making good managing for all services there even so people put them under hard stress really my experience there was amazing medical center where you can find any healthcare inquiries there

Excellent service from Dr. Elie and staff especially Doll and Nour (hope i got your name correct) when I got my Eco procedure with them. Highly recommended

The doctor are very good but the service that they provide to get the approval from the insurance is very bad
On multiple instances to get approval the story goes like this:

1- blood test insurqnce approval
2- physical therapy insurance approval
3- CT scan insurance approval
I have been told by the cure medical staff we are waiting for the insurance approval and after few days of waiting and after talking to the insurance company several times I find out that the claim has not be submitted it a delay from the cure medical staff or has been submitted with incomplete information.
All these days of delays and paper works to be corrected was from the the Staff at the clinic and not from the insurance
That part of service at Cure Medical Center is very frustrating and very bad services. It is waisting time for the patients and that I have never experienced in any other clinics or hospitals this kind of situations before.it is a real shame to have good doctors with bad handling insurance approval process services
If I could give a - (minus) start on the feedback this clinic would totally deserve it.

The pulmonologist department is very caring especially Dr. Maria Liliana Chacon and her team are excellent!

We need to take appointments to Dr. …. 3-4 weeks ahead, when it is the day of the appointment we will get cancellation because he has operation (more money so more important that outpatients) then waiting between other patients appointments the next day for 2 hours. This is quality!

This is one of the best medical centers in abudhabi, shout out to the pediatric Dr. Rania, such a friendly and pleasant doctor with kids, wouldn't have had a better experience else where for me and my kids. Staff are so friendly and accommodating!

I recommend this clinic for its high-quality services. Great doctors except for that general practitioner (GP) Wael: stay away. Disgusting creep. This so-called “doctor” violated protocol and lied about it when confronted. For your own good, steer clear.

One of the best clinics in Abudhabi if not the best, however the main reason I go there is from the professionalism that I saw from front desk lady her name is Noor Aldakkak, she has a very good attitude and constantly follows up on all aspects of patients, she is the main reason why my family and I always trust this clinic. Moving forward with amazing drs that are like family and are very caring and professional whether it’s the amazing dr elie zoghbi to Dr Hussein ent or dr Suzan gharaibeh and dr bilal saboneh and dr ihab Al araj all are amazing. Thanks to noor for handling all my families files and wish cure best of luck I recommend to any person living in AD.

Very friendly staff and good doctors had a good visit with doctor Suzan, as well Nour at the reception desk helped me a lot with the required documents.

Worst receptionists, they never ever stick to timings which a waste of time, i came to see dr Sali and i arrived earlier by 15 min not to be late! However they told me that the appointments are running late and i will have to wait for a while! I expect a call prior to my arrival if they are running late! Not informing me when im already! A waste of time

Dr. Mohamed Hayr Mahmoud is very helpful and professional. He handled my concerns and treatment very well.
The clinic facility is very clean and looks well-rounded that when you enter, you feel safe and in good hands.

Worse physiotherapy Centre.

1) Delayed insurance claim to staff negligence (insurance company would approve in max 1 working if applied on time)
2) Unnecessary extended physio therapy treatment proposed (ran with it and was a complete waste of time)

Plenty of parking available, please note is partially paid parkings, friendly staffs, easy to reach, located beside Al Bateen mall and Adnoc petrol station. Services and treatment facilities are excellent.

Scammers.
I checked the day before arrival when it is available to make a PCR-test, informed the clinic about the time of my arrival, when I arrived, they told me that it is impossible to take test at this time. It was extremely important to me to make the test that day because of the flight.
Additionally, the clinic announced a special offer on PCR with the air company. Also, the reduced price was verified in WhatsApp conversation. In fact, no one heard about the promo and no discount was applied.

The telephone operator were not helpful and unfriendly especially Zenash, she’s not paying attention when giving an appointment date. She will just simply tell you they’re busy without showing empathy. Bad service.

After 6 months of pain going to several clinics in abudhBi and dubai. All doctors never listened to me only precriped oral cort steroids. Finally am feeling much better

My visits here are always a pleasure. Dawn and Dr. Christos see me swiftly and put up with my commentary along the way. I especially value the time and personal care Dr. C gives. No rushing you out the door for the next patient. X rays are also done on site, which is a nice alternative to what I'm used to in my home country.

The receptionist is unprofessional, tude and they don’t help in any way it’s been 2 weeks I’m trying to reach them and they response that we will check and call u back! It’s really frustrating the doctor is good but the clinic is bad appointments are UN organized no respect for ur time I will just do my operation with another doctor! In other clinic as I can’t wait for ever

This clinic is supposed to be one of the best private clinics in Abu Dhabi, and yet they are understaffed, unprofessional and have no respect for the patient’s time, They only have two employees at the main reception, and one at the other receptions inside the two adjacent clinics, I don’t understand why they don’t hire more receptionist and more staff at this clinic! They don’t even have all the medicines that the doctor’s prescribe at their pharmacy. It’s really such a shame that a good clinic like cure is going to be so bad if the management doesn’t start improving it!

Not good doctors specially dental. Not cooperating Not professional. I book for my teeth they add me more problem on my teeth. They more care to sale they medicine from there pharmacy not care regarding your problem keep u in hold and ask you to visit them.in the end you will understand they not done any things good to you

Big thanks for doctor ehab for his care for my sister emergency case and his professional treatment, also I would thank reception ladies and all staff for their care.

Bad experience, taking appointment with dr Mesoun Tabra at 6, she cancelled it simply because she finished at 4 and she doesn't want to wait till 6.
And the secretary confirmed my appointment twice that i come at 6.
Update: it was miscommunication, and the center contacted me to apologize and rectify the mistake.

Exactly what i searched for, highly recommemded physician

The quality of the service of the secratariat (ultrason and IRM part) is very, very, very poor and this one since the two secrataries in place since a long time (so long for me) are here.we had every time a bad experience with them. They don't any effort of comprehension towards who don't speak english. They are arrogant and take the people often for fools.it's a shame.

Very professional and time efficient. I had multiple appointments and didn’t wait for any of them. Very friendly staff and supportive!

One of the best hospital and clinics in the Abu Dhabi. They have the best management teams and the best Doctors ever. They are soooo helpful and friendly.

It was the worst experience ever, the receptionist has the worst attitude ever and she doesn’t have any sense of behavioral skills, even her manger can’t take any responsibility and they only care about money, they don’t care about the patients needs, I don’t advise anyone to go to their clinic

I went to dr wael saleh to do a food allergy test for my 4 years old autistic son name (Mansoor Mohammad) he assured me that it will be covered by insurance so i head to the lab to give the blood sample.and it was really hard for my son to go through the process.after I left the hospital within 1hr the nurse called me saying the insurance rejected he has to be seen by the ENT dr to apply for him the request (why i was not referred by dr wael since beginning? Why telling me it will be covered) I explained that its not easy for me to bring him again as well our house is 45 mins away + its misplaning and coordination from their side so she offered me to keep the blood sample and do a teleconsultaion with the ENT DR THE SECOND DAY then sending the request again to insurance by her to get approval and guess what happened the next day wich is the 3rd day! No one called i am going to raise this to ministry department of health

عانيت جدا بسبب التشخيص الخاطئ عند الدكتور زيد الدوري وعانيت من الوجع لمدة طويلة بسبب الاستهتار و التشخيص الخاطئ للمرضى. و لم استفد من العلاج الطبيعي بهذا المركز. لا انصح به مطلقا.

Worst physiotherapy in Abu dhabi, they just want to collect huge amount of money for no recovery benefits in addition all the new employees has no experience in the physiotherapy, I don't recommend it.

So i have back pain and Dr have no solution he just recommended to do Physical therapy however nearest appointment after 3 weeks! So stay with this pain

Got a tooth implant from Dr Nofal Suleiman recently, the implant is very well done, won’t be able to tell from my other natural teeth!

Easy to book, friendly staff and great treatment. I’ll be sure to be back again. This clinic deserves more recognition. 5* from me.

Great center with efficient staff, short waiting times, quick lab results turnaround and the doctors i have seen are knowledgeable and patient and will take the time to explain all you need to know. Dr. May is my children's pediatrician and I cant recommend her enough! Dr. Raya (endocrinologist) and Dr. Sawsan (OBGYN) are excellent too! It helps that there is plenty of parking too!

I was lucky to get treatment from Dr Julio. Physiotherapist. This doctor is amazing.
Apparently he was top in his class. Very cooperative, he really knows what he is doing.

Very bad service, I arrived waiting, after 30 min they said the machine of MRI having problem wait for 30 minutes, I waited another 40 minutes then I left, 1 hour later someone called saying where are you, the machine turned off, but the previous patient went through, I don't know if she wants to do another appointment or she wants me to come back, even she cannot speak English properly to explain, just a waste of time and no respect to patient time.unprofessional service.

The only star I give to this Place is for the receptionist and the head of the nurses. I went to the Clinic looking forward to see a Good specialist in Allergy and Immunology. I got totally disappointed with the Dr. Fares H, according to my experience and in my opinion he is really unprofessional, dishonest, un respectful and list continuos. I will not recommend him for anything in this world.

Very professional approach, knowledgeable physiotherapists, well equipped clinic, following newest trends in pain relief treatments. Honest recommendation to visit them, as you feel that they really care about you and your health before the business.

Very disappointed. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. The doctor was more than 1 hour and 30 minutes late. I left and the doctor still hadn't arrived. 1 hour and 45 minutes of my time wasted.

The worse thing about my experience is the doctor was not clear with the staff about the reason she was late or approximately how long it will take her to arrive. I was told several times that she is 5 minutes away, which was clearly not true.
