Excellent place to play for kids. My 4 year son enjoys the trampoline. We are very happy with the service. My son enjoys playing with the adventure HQ experts, especially Mr. Muhammed Muzammil. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Bishwa he is a very helpful person, kind and friendly, we enjoyed alots thank you hq dalma.

Kenneth he was very kind with my kids and teach him a lot My kids it's Zayed his first time here and he tried He tried to board On the scooter I also appreciate his teaching. My kids too much. He is very welcome and my favorite kids.

The kids was hesitating in the beginning, but with the help of Usman they mange, eventually they perform the drill more than two times.

Excellent customer service. Helpful without being pushy. Guy called Martin spent good 20 min plus making sure got the gear that fitted.

Just got bike serviced and boxed for flight. Again, all done in the time they said it would be done and reasonable. 200 dirhams for service (no parts needed replacing) and 100 for boxing. Good motivated staff all round. Thanks Jim.

ADVENTURE HQ in dalma mall is amazing.all staff they are all gOOd to intertain the customers my boss son experience today use to play football in trampoline. I would like to thank MR. My kids enjoy visiting adventure HQ on a regular basis. The fun filled adventure activities enhance their confidence and independence. The staff is very helpful and polite with the kids. Special appreciation to Deepak Kumar and Martín Fernandez for their support and making my kids visit memorable.

Amazing place to break the kids fear of hights and get that adventures spirit in them, Sanim specially was amazing mentor to my kids he is very calm and very patience.

Mohamed Khaled was also an amazing instructor very kind and knowledgeable guide.

Bought an item from them online and never got it. I did the purchase via Amazon and when the items delayed I contacted adventure hq via email and got no response.
Then they canceled my purchase with out mintioning any reason except "canceled"
Now I have to wait for my money that they already received! Bad experience.

This is a general review on AdventureHQ not necessarily this branch. The review is on the products on offer rather than the facilities.

The selection of products, although it's more than others, is quite limited. Specifically, their tents range is very limited to OZtrail tents. We've been camping for a good number of years, and whilst we were happy with a colman instant tent, we really wanted to upgrade to a better tent especially for the colder months in the desert. We were after a larger and more durable canvas tent, something that can withstand wind better, provide more insulation and is breathable. Unfortunately the range on offer doesn't provide any of that. OZtrail manufacturers canvas tents, but there are also other companies out there, including a large tent from Al Sanidi, none of these are available in AdventureHQ. It can also be expensive, and you find much better prices online.

On a final thought, the adventureHQ website doesn't reflect the selection of products that are in the stores, for example, if you go to their website and search for Al Sanidi, or even tents, you will find that a lot of products are missing (that are available in store), so unless you physically go to the store, or call them up, you won't know what is available.

من أفضل محلات الرياضة وتجد فيها مستلزمات الرحلات كاملة والتسلق والسباحة وكل الرياضات. فرع دلما فيه متاهات مغامرات للأطفال

The staff is very friendly, but it is expensive and gets crowded with scooter kids at times. The half pipe transition is steep and this ramp is crazy fast. I wish they had a true mini ramp (halfpipe)
