In dental, dont visit to doc kishore.he will ruin your all teeth. Worst experience in my life. Losted my teeth because of him

The worst experience from USG department, always saying 4 hrs waiting. Even if u book appointment they will say u have to wait 4 hrs.

I have visited Ahalia hospital with one injury one week back. Honestly I will put 100 out of 100 for Dr. Seyd from Ortho department and nurse Mrs. Rincy for their extensive manners and support throughout the treatment. Especially Dr. Seyd have explained me amazingly about my injury and have set a understandable treatment plan for me. I was like super satisfied with the experience with entire Ortho team. I would like to put a big hats off to Dr. Seyd from my bottom of heart not only for his knowledge but also the way he treat and satisfy his patients.

I was super satisfied with my treatment in hospital during my delivery time. Dr. Saumya is so supportive from the day I met. She is an amazing Doctor, highly recommended who wants a smooth and healthy delivery. She listens you and give proper guidelines.
Second I would like to thank nurse Ms. Rincy who take care of me very well during my post delivery time.
She is so amazing for her work.

Very poor services. Not recammended very poor staff and service. We’re at laboratory to give blood samples and had to wait long hours up to 11am to give fasting samples. Registration guy taking hour which damn unnecessary as it was already registered previous day and nurses are seems incompetent or new collecting sample more then 20min per patient. Very pathetic situation more then 15 poor patients are waiting and no place to sit it was that crowded. Very poor. While we were waiting with token some of their staff bringing someone directly to sample rooms n giving samples very partial

Had visited the hospital for routine checkup. The experience was great. The staff were homely and made one feel at ease during their entire stay at the hospital. The receptionist and the patient interaction team were greatly helpful attending to my queries. A name that needs to be especially mentioned is of Athulya. S who personally catered to my queries with utmost patience and diligence. Kudos to the entire team and hospital management.

I visited hospital to visit a endocrinologist they said doctor is not available on leave until further notice and their is not other endocrinologist specialists

Just wanted to know only one doctor for endocrinologist?

No customer service at all! Been calling several times for 10mins and 33seconds but still not went through. No good at all! When Someone answered my call I did not get any appointment since they don’t have yet the schedule of the doctor but keep saying to call back again and again they will not answer.

Very slow and poor customer service.it is impossible to book appointment or get information through phone. I wonder if they really have an telephone operator at work at all.

One of the worst places to come for check up in emergency. No value of time and they send their own patient before the patients who r in waiting since last 2 hrs. And then the excuse is even in general check up we give priority to ladies. Even if she just walk in with cough issue and others r having body pain and fever. Better then this go to LLH abu dhabi city. At least they have token system and no one bypass you.

When we first visit we felt like they are taking more time and its hell lot of delay but in fact the place is well organised and the staff is very well experienced and taking quick actions

But remember when there is a crowd you have to expect delay.

100s of Covid +ve patients are there yet all of the staff members are very calm and supportive

Good facilities with helpfull staff Egyptian man in the screening maintenance and dr. As well, I appreciate the UAE govt for this arrangement for Covid patients.

Dont come here without insurance in emergency if you don't have serious issue. It will empty your pocket. But doctors are good better than emergency department. And no value for time.

Time Consuming.

Every thing in this hospital takes time, a lot of time. Only visit if you can wait. If you have a doctors appointment at 8.30, consider yourself lucky if u can see the doctor at 10.30.

For a blood test i was the 9th person in waiting list and it took them 1.30 hrs to take blood samples from 8 people before me.

Pharmacy and its staff are also very slow, So i take prescription from the doctor and get the medicine from other pharmacies.

But doctors are good and staffs are helpful.

Very bad service. Spent 7 hours in there just to be seen by a GP and do x-ray. Every time I ask them when will my turn comes they promise me 1 hour wait with a bad attitude. They have no respect for others.

Ahalia Hospital Mussafah is at very nice location, they take care a lot for emergency cases if they can’t handle same time they will refer you to other related hospital,

I prefer to give 0, if we had. Earlier Ahalia hospital was much faster and sufficient staff strength was also seen. But now it has become worst and nightmare, I will cite few examples:
1. No much staff in Radiology department
We waited around 2 to 2.5 hrs but couldn't witness anyone to attend.

2. Small Receiption Cabin
First when a patient comes in they asks to take registration but to have our names called will happen only ONCE IN A BLUE MOON

3. Unorganized Staffing
No coordination between the staffs to attend the Patients waiting outside. All are eager to go home after the duty hours but couldn't witness new batch taking charge

PLEASE CONSIDER TO GO TO LLH IF POSSIBLE AND TO SEE PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT.will never go to this HOSPITAL

Aside from the waiting time, everything went smoothly. I first came in for a consultation with the oral surgeon, Dr. Vijay, since I was referred to him by my Orthodontist in a different clinic. I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted and I had been honest with them about being scared & nervous. But during the operation itself, Dr. Vijay and Nurse Gretchen took care of me very well and kept reassuring me. Nurse Gretchen calmed me down every time I would feel uncomfortable pressure during the procedure.

Would definitely recommend Dr Vijay if you are planning to get your wisdom tooth extracted as his team will really take care of you. Just make sure you have an appointment, because I had to wait despite having one and even coming early for it. Imagine going for a walk in, you might just spend the whole day there.

Worst service ever at dental clinic from the staff and nurses.they are not caring about the patient at all, no one is responsible! Being 5 days now keep transferring me from department to anther, i tried to get in touch with anyone from the management but they are refusing to pass me to the responsible, they dont care if the patient is on pain, they dont care about the time and pain.i will file complain in ministry of health!

ONLY I WANNA SAY THANK YOU to doctor Ghada for her support and professional way, i advice her to leave the irresponsible people and place.i hope someone from the management can contact me

The worth hospital I have ever visited I got an appointment and reach at the time they keep me waiting for almost 2 hour because of the doctor Aymen he is doing his own business and each time going to ask the nurses that he is going to late they simply said he check on patient, after all he inspected me for less than 5 minutes when I tried to follow up with him his attitude was very very bad which you can say simply don't do that again and come over to this hospital

Worst service ever. Seriously unbelievable, first of all its very difficult to get through to someone through phone. Have to call many times for the operator to answer, no response from departments simply hang up, made appointment for 1pm bt met the doctor at 2.30 which is really bad. If they keep the patients this late why they ask to make prior appointments which is useless. It was my first visit to the hospital. Really unhappy, hospital is big but the service is not good. Sorry

Worst hospital. Staff isn't supportive at all. Once admitted they won't even provide you water bottles.
Staff is rude and don't know how to deal with patients. Customer services is super pathetic.
They are so unorganized that they even lost our documents.
I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had visited Dr Gagan thakur in dentistry in distress, confused and in pain. He calmed me down and done the wisdom tooth extraction in best possible time and less pain.

Service is very late. I will never visit this hospital again, if you are visiting for small things you have to spend 1 day.

I had some treatment and surgery with Dr. Pawan. Such a nice human being and very soft, and very nice person Mr. Haytham from customer service very helpful to all patients.

Poor service.last month (jun-19-2021) i done polysm sleep test. And they told me that they will call me after take my test result.but still they don't have any respons about it.

My first time visit on 24/5/2021, due to finger injury.all staffs are friendly (i appreciate the services and thanks for everyone) we dont need take tension for taking approval from insurance service also.why iam saying about ahalia service, because last two year iam in mussaffah life line treatment.docters are good.but bad management and bad reception services, taking too much times and technicians are very bad atitudes, all services are taking 5 to 6 hours.our one day will waste, even collecting a medical reports.ahalia is number one.good services.thank you so much ahalia team.

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars otherwise I should have gone for that. This ahalya hospital Musaffah is such a worse place and will not prefer to come back here again.

The service is terrible. I had to wait for more than 4 hours just to see a doctor! Asked to go to a different hospital because clearly there service is terrible but they rejected it. Saying I should stay and get treated in the same hospital! Don’t make a mistake and come to this hospital for treatment you’ll end up getting more sick! And the Arabic lady and the reception is so mean. Have some compassion, people come to the hospital coz they’re not feeling good don’t add up to the stress people have already.

Its a messed up hospital when it comes to money.

I consulted the GP 1st and then the specialist. I paid for both. The specialist asked for MRI. After the MRI report came, same time i immediately went for follow up with the specialist but hospital started demanding money for GP and specialist both.

I asked why then they started making all stories that insurance policy and bla bla bla. I complaint to the incharge he too tried to convince me that i have to pay for both the doctors again.

Later after alot of debate. They allowed me to follow up the specialist free. Hospital shouldnt treat patients like this.

Number one fraud doctors and fraud nurses especially in surgery department, Only they are focusing cash only (They need always consulting fees), Even not given consideration for panful dieses!

It is a part of ahalia group from the owners Kerala based partners. Hospital situated near by hospital lifecare hospital under VPS group.very near to Alain truck road. Alotof family patients came here. It is situated near by large labour village 'workers village. Near by almadina discount supermarket.they treat very well.staffs are most of Malayali and Philippini.

One of the worst hospitals visited ever. They never respect Appointments. Even though you reach well before the appointment time, they still keep the patients waiting for hours. The staffs at the nursing station are chatting with each other loudly without even thinking about the presence of the patients and the patients can listen to their personal stories. This shows disrespect towards the patients. In some nursing stations the staffs even don't look at the people's faces when they approach them with a query.

I’m in UAE since 2016 and have always been to Al Ahlia Hospital Musaffah. Gave birth to my baby girl there. Dr. Saumya Shrivastava is one of the best gynaecologist who always attends her patients so nicely and warmly. My child is whenever sick she’s admitted there and gets recovered quite fast Alhamdulillah. It’s a nice family hospital. Highly recommended!

And I am visit visa also. Without work. And I was pregnant. Sow we don't how we can get baby birth. And how we can get money To our spenses.for the reason no have job. If you want to see scammers in the hospital sector then do visit! Straight out lied i get 200 AED for the eye test that they 100% ensorsed and is accepted by the emirates driving company and the police. Not only it turned out to be ineligible, they didn't even have the option to upload it online. Then when confronted tht pledged that 5 people today juat did the exam and have gotten it accepted by the police. Thugs and scammers cloaked by he fallacy of a medical outfit, outrageous and should be investigated.

Dr. Saumya Srivastav is the best Dr. She guided my wife in pregnany and during Delivery. My wife stayed 3 days in ahlia after delivery. All Nurses and Staff was very nice. Very Professional. We have healthy baby girl now. We will goto Musaffah Ahlia Hospital again for next delivery. Thank you ahlia hospital musaffah staff and management

More than 30 minutes trying to call the counter to ask for doctor, waiting and waiting its really bad if some body in urgent and need help.

Very bad time management. It took us for than 3.5 hrs to see the doctor. Atleast they could communicate on time taken rather than keep us wait. They ensured to take cash payment well in advance. Highly disorganised

The person sitting at the registration counter was partial and doing registration of the people known, prior to the people waiting for long time. Even other people raised this but he rudely told them to wait for their turn. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for the person sitting at that place. The management should look into this and ensure people are treated with respect. Even after registration not much support for the people, you have to ask where you have to go, pathetic services. Not seen such kind of arrogant and unhelpful staff in the hospital setup.

The most worst hospital in UAE. Takes lot of time to see the Doctor. Only 1 or 2 pharmicist are there in pharmacy, so need to wait too long to take the medications. The nurses are not doing their jobs properly, sometimes missing from the counter. Looks like they don't even care about the patients. Too much noisy hospital which disturb the patient.

Very difficult to book appointments as no one usually picks the call. In hospital services are also too bad.

The doctors are excellent and treat patients well.
Unfortunately, little can be said for the admin and nursing staff.

The unprofessionalism of the admin team shows from the moment u telephone for an appointment, they tell u to walk in and wait if there are no appointments, upon reaching and waiting 30 minutes they tell you sorry come tomorrow, Doctor is unavailable.

Patients that require an injection must purchase one from the pharmacy. Upon reaching the pharmacy and waiting in the extremely long queue to obtain the injection, the nursing staff tell you 'No need go pharmacy next time, you can get from here'?

The nurses send the patients in to see the doctor, but the doctors are not ready and tell you to wait outside!

The pharmacists work at snail pace even when there are 20+ patients waiting!

Even if you have an appointment you are expected to register and wait a long time until they serve u!

This hospital is in serious need of a new management and the nursing and admin staff need to be retrained!

The only reason I return to this disorganised hospital is because of the good doctors.

I subtract two star due to the poor management.

Why is it that the hospital responds to positive comments only and ignores nagatives?

Try to call their phone number and they make u wait for more than 15 mins without any updates. Pls do not try to call this hospital for any emergency cases.
