Air Arabia Al Ain Office

Went to the office to deliver my luggage and get the boarding pass. The staff was very helpful and totally satisfied with the service.

للاسف ما حد يرد على هاتف المكتب ، ولازم تروح بنفسك للمكتب علشان اي استفسار.

المفروض مسؤول المكتب او مدير الفرع يراجع هذه الملاحظات ويعالجها واذا عنده تحدي وما عنده موظفين مناسبين السوق مليان شباب وعندهم استعداد يقدموا هذه الخدمات ويعطوه اختيارات افضل للغة او واتس اب او غيرها.
مسألة ادارة وليس اكثر

They never pick their phone. Tried multiple times on multiple days but no answer from the office. Disappointed with this office

You can handover the Luggages in morning and get ticket at same time, so you can go to sharjah airport from Alain with hand baggages with relaxed mind, one thing to be taken care is right time reach for pickup van to avoid delays in reaching airport
