It's a help for the passangers, and can load the luggage there with a rate of 2 and per person and can get the board in pass in hand too, great service and very helpful

Like any other office. People come here specially if they don't have online access or issues on their ticket to sort it out. He place is better yet conducive.

Service is very good U can drop ur luggage even 12 hour before flight it's very convenient to check ur luggage weight and wrapped it there it will take only 5 minutes and you will get your boarding pass.

Terrible experience that i won't repeat.
Only one counter that will consume all the time u want to gain for early check in.
Am here for over 1 hour and yet still my turn is far far in line.
I won't recommend the survice for some one who think will gain time

I was having issues booking with Air Arabia online with my Canadian credit card, so I went to office, quick efficient and friendly staff. No complaints.

Disappointing! Please provide a number where someone should answer the calls. Since morning trying to connect no one answering. How we will do modification or cancellation or tciket related queries.

We were looking to book a holiday package through Cozmo Abu Dhabi. It’s difficult to get anyone in the line at Air Arabia Cosmo Travel Office Abu Dhabi.

Finally upon getting through, they said someone from Sales would reach out to us. After waiting for 3 days, when we finally got hold on someone, they said our query was missed out.

While Air Arabia airline service is good for a budget airlines, Cozmo Abu Dhabi needs to pull up their socks.

Very bad service from air Arabia, on 26 NOV I travelled from Calicut to abudhabi that time 2 hour flight delayed and I miss my baggage also their services was bad i didn't get my baggage yet.

Your travel consultant Hudaifa is very accommodating. He know what he is doing in his job. I love his attitude very friendly and he help us with our reservation. I recommend this person. For us you are 10/10 good job!

I will give a 5 star for the service they provided during my visit especially the sales staff named Hudaifa Salam.

The travel consultant she was very negative during the phone call and she was not helpful, she was unprofessional completely.

They never answer. I do not know why they keep phone at office if they don't want to answer.if their service remains like this one day no one will travel

Terrible service no one will bother to answer phone call. Was in their office yesterday and guy promised to give me a call back and still waiting for that person if he will be in a good mood to call, I guess they don't care even after writing a review if someone will respond back. Pathetic such a waste of time to get a response and going to their office.

Air Arabia couldnt process the vouchers online.

I called this office number but no one responded even the phone was ringing.

Their staff rather than processing quickly just making discussions longer looks like to pass time.

Good service but a lot of customers requesting for service. I believe air Arabia should make possible things online to control the customer request. Even for updating the "ok to travel" we need to visit the office.

Very bad company with very bad service, worst experience ever to fly with. Difficulty in payment through application or payment links and they will keep the money for 15 days just to return it for you,!

Good support at the town office counter in person, but very difficult to connect them through phone.

Right now i am in office and only one counter is operating in office and he is very very very slow operating the system pls air arabia management bring more staff in this office

If you need a speed and professional service on ticketing, visas and holidays is the place to book.

Pathetic office, for 5 min job you have to wait for more than 1 hour. Only one counter for customer service. If you are visiting for Ok to board service then recommended to visit on day hours. Evening hours waiting is very long and person handling is very slow each person is taking more than 10 min. In fact not recommended this Airline if you have paper visa. Go with Fly Dubai. The formality of getting ok to board is pathetic and harasment somebody has to visit physicaly to get the formalities done. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. SPECIALLY THIS OFFICE OF AIR ARABIA.

Worst customer service no answer at all for any calls whether on landline or call center!
I was trying to call many times in many days in different times and I can stay literary hours on the line without any answer!
Very tight chairs and poor quality, First and last time.will never repeat it again!

Iam not suggested this office because only one employee available and you need to wait three hours until your turn.

They did not respond well after purchase the tickets; I got my money back after a year only after several reminders and follow-ups.

Only one staff aviation you need to spend 1 hours to finish anything related to your booking.bad experience we will never visit them again

They moved their office from airport ST.to a new place in Hamdan ST.the same building of Habib Bank AG Zurich.

The location is convenient for Abu Dhabi resident but quite far for rest of the city.

Very bad service. Never buy this airline ticket. They have no responsibility. I am in Dhaka airport and i am in my checking time but they have response. When i visit their airport office the office was closed. Their commitment is not okay. Not buy any more.

Anyone looking to travel between Nairobi Kenya and the UAE specifically Sharjah and Abu Dhabi this is the most pocket friendly airline for you. The best thing it tailor fits you're needs. You only pay for what you need. Cabin luggage of 10k.g is free. Meals and any other extra luggae are paid for while you're Booking the flight. So if you don't have any luggage then you get the cheapest fare price. They offer a variety of options. No luggage cheapest option. 1st option 20 k.g luggage n 10 k.g free cabin luggage mid option. The 3rd option is 40k.g + 10k.g free hand luggage. Meals are paid for. You can go for light snacks that go for 5 aed wraps + water or meals that range between 15 to 30 aed. Entertainment while on board is via a WiFi link connection activated while flying. Not much variety it's wise to download your own content before traveling. Standard A320 3 x 3 seats with an aisle separating the two columns. If you will be traveling to Abu Dhabi from Sharjah they have a shuttle service from the airport. It's booked while booking the ticket. Always select UAE then the preferred shuttle service in this case Abu Dhabi. Print out the ticket to board the bus.

The office is OK. The city check-in terminal was under the expectations. Small and crowded with limited facility. No toilet or waiting area.

Air arabia is good ease on wallet airline with very nice checkin and bus service from abudhabi their ofc is bit small but it caters purpose and they follow basic rules of economy that you can not get diamonds by paying pennies.

Rude People to talk too. Test they have bus facilities from Abu Dhabi UAE to Sharjah which was late. Thank God we had lot of time on hand

I am writing this review while I am traveling in one of their service bus from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah, believe me the service really sucks! There are very annoying and very loud noises in this bus and it won't stop at all. I am experiencing the worst ever travel of my life.
