تامين جيد بحكم التعامل معه اكثر من 9 سنوات ولاكن هناك اشكاليه في تعامل بعض الموظفين والاخلال باسياسة التعامل مع الزبائن هاتفيآ
لا يعجبني التامين في سياسته بنشر بعض المسوقين الغير مختصين ورفع الفائده على العميل

شركة العين الأهلية للتأمين تعتبر من الشركات الكبرى في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وخاصة في مدينة العين لديها مصداقية كبيرة للمتعاملين معها واسعارها مناسبة للجميع وتنجز جميع المعاملات بالسرعة الممكنة

Though it’s familiar and famous in here, but there means of customer service are outdated. The website ain’t user-friendly, on whatsapp services u will not get replies for days and finally there prices are not competitive.
I’m a client and when my policy expired no one contacted me nor they replied back on my mail, whatsapp.to visit in person is not an option anymore.

The guy was handling my car insurance was professional and gave me the prices & discount and done everything without extra efforts from my side (just sent all documents via what's app and it's done in short time)

If you need a comprehensive insurance, this might not be the best choice since it is hard to reach through phone but if you need third party insurance at low cost, has office inside registration department in muroor and with roadside assistance with a reputable towing service that has free toll free hotline then better choose this one. Free towing or roadside assistance includes flat tire, battery jump start and mechanical problem. Usually would cost 750 aed for third party insurance.

خبرتي مع العين الاهلية للاسف شديد سيئة جدا بعد ماتشطب موتري ٢٠١١ انفنتي جي ٣٧ قيمولي المركبة ع ربع قيمة و يقولي موظف التامين بان الموتر ماكان نظيف عشان جي نغطيك ه سعر لاكن الدولة فيها اجراءات قانونية حقي
باخذه غصب عن خشم الموظف انتبهوا منهم

شركة تامين اسعارها افضل من مثيلاتها من شركات التأمين
