Customer service is very poor. For new comers don't know what to do inside the office. Apart of ok.

خدمة العملاء كان تعاملها مش طيب من قبل حتى لا اتعامل معهم. مجرد اسالهم على الأسعار وتفاجأت بالتعامل الغير راقي وكنسلتهم

The staff treat very bad. When i inter in the alain inshorans office the staff person on the call with talking his friend.when i want to talk he said me for wait. After 10 mint i try again to talk but he didn't response. What kind of this service? I am not happy to your service. I make my vehicle inshorance with NGI inshorans company.

Poor customer service. I had came across this insurance company when my car had an accident and the faulty guy had his car insured by this company. Al Ahlia insurance will ask you to take your car to Seapal Auto Repair and there your car will be inspected by diffrent garage inspectors to quote for the repairing cost and then Al Ahlia insurance company will inform you to take your car back and they will inform you later which garage you have to take based on the cheapest repairing quote at they have received from garage incase you are not satisfied with that garage insurance company will inform you to come back to them to sign some kind of form so they can send your car to the insurance company which you are willing to get your your car repaired from. I encourage you to get all your forms signed and discuss to avoid coming back again.

النصب والاحتيال على المتضرر وعدم اعطائه حقه كاملاً الحذر من هذه الشركة السيارة الحديثة التي تم تسجيلها في مدة اقل من سنة يتم تصليحها لدى الوكيل المعتمد وليس لدى الورش العادية يتم تقيم السيارة في بداية الامور بمبلغ زهيد وبعد ان يتم رفع شكوى عليهم لدى هيئة التأمين يتم تعديل المبلغ لك الحذر منهم.

Very slow, you will regret to choose this company as it will take very long time to start and finish any thing regarding your damged vehicle.

تم انهاء معامله معاينة السياره واخذ قرار اصلاح السياره وتعين كراج الإصلاح بسرعه.

The experience can't be worst
- time waste masters
Token number was 101 token at 11: 13 am, number 100 was already on the counter. Imagine, My number called at 11: 50 (37 minutes to serve one customer!)
- professional in carelessness
I have signed the receipt for the rental cheque on 28 July 2019, and been informed to collect it on 6 August.
Surprise! I have visited them on 15 August and they are telling me you have to collect after ONE MORE WEEK.the cheque is 240 AED only
They don't deserve even the 1 star

Very bad service.they don't even go for the next token.just talking each others with there college.never ever going for this insurance again.hope someone look after them and make them right path.very very very bad

Horrible services, unfortunately very bad company and very bad experience. More than one hour waiting. Staff very bad too

Very very very bad service! I rarely experience this when I want to report an accident (Thanks God). I am writing while I am waiting in the que right now it has been almost an hour and and i haven't been served yet and still there are few more customers ahead of me!
There are 10 counters and only one counter is active (Mr. Basil) he is a very sincere employee and he is doing his level best to serve customers as much as possible!
I think l will have to visit the insurance company accident department ahead of purchasing any future insurance policies! I can't believe that this type of customer service is still available in UAE. We are in 2018! I am not going to renew my policy even I am offered
