Ask for Ibrahim. Go to this branch and get the best rates for car insurance in town. I also tried their free complimentary road assistance service when my car broke down and they cane very fast and picked up my car for free.

I've been dealing with them since I got my UAE drivers licence back in 2006 I insured all my vehicles with them, always happy with them, the main office staff are all friendly, I highly recommend this company.

Today I had a pleasant online experience with Mr Faisal Fayes assisting me in renewing my vehicle insurance. He was friendly and polite and very negotiable with the Premium. The payment was done fast and efficiently. He emailed the Policy and receipt almost immediately after payment. I will definitely consider renewing next with Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Company.

The staffs are unprofessional and lack the courtesy to provide information regarding policy renewal and other services. Very reluctant to even do their basic jobs. I recommend other insurance providers and don't waste your time.

I was able to locate their office without much hassle, but once you step inside the arrangement of their office is horrendous, disordered and needless to say unprofessional in their office decorum. They have no obligations towards their customers in terms of courtesy, politeness and support (both technical and commercial). They maintain their attitude, as though the customer is entirely indebted to them for their lackluster-ed service. There are several other insurance companies that provide far better services compared to this company. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay clear off this company for their own good.

I somehow stumbled upon this hidden insurance office when I needed to inquire about my cars extended warranty. Took me a while to find it honestly. It’s a handful of cubicles on the second floor. Everything looks unorganized. People are polite but It just.looks like those shady offices that echo scam. You know those smoky offices you see in 80s movies? It looks like that minus all the cigarette smoke.

The communication with motor insurance team was not professional. Even the respective manager Mr. Sofyan gave me a good discount for my car and I thanks him for that. But the reason I preferred to change this company for my car renewal is related first of all to the slow response by email and lack of information I asked them for. The second thing: the policy I got was not clear the services are poor comparing with other companies which are responding promptly to my emails sending a detailed policy/ cover brochure. I prefer to pay more money and deal with helpful staff who are explaining clearly.which was not the case with Al Ain staff.

One more remark: As per Motor team info my car Nissan Juke will be considered as STATION type knowing that it is only a front wheel /4 cylinders: D. So it is so strange. Other companies still consider it as hatchback /Salon as per my current renewed certificate.
Al Ain insurance still providing basic services to Premium / comprehensive members, whereas other companies are giving VIP Gold services such as: Free Car registration service/ cover UAE and Oman/ Ambulance fees/ personal belonging/ natural disaster/fuel delivery/ flat tire/. And so many other helpful and comprehensive services.

In addition to your poor coverage plan, you have to improve your communication and customer service skills and not ignore customers, being careless of answering emails & queries is a bad behavior that is not acceptable from my side. I preferred to pay more than your offer to be well treated and dealing with helpful, professional employees.

تعاملت و شفت معاملتهم اكثر من مره ، التعامل يكون جميل حق ولد العم لكن غير جنسيته بطقاق و الموظفين ابد مالهم خلق

Just the WORST insurance company I have ever faced, the service is SLOW MEDIOCRE and the employees have no regards for CUSTOMER SERVICE, when you call them they barely speak any english, they don{t llet you talk, they have a claim office on the furthest place in Mussafa, the employees there are talking to each other and not moving at all, the service is extremely slow, I had my car waiting for more than a week for them to approve a scratch fix, just for approval, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY
