Poor customer service, incorrect information and unprofessional work. The price they gave us over the phone was completely different than what we ended up paying for their mirror.when they were told that the price is not what we received from them, they started arguing trying to prove us wrong. When the mirror arrived from their factory, it had scratches all over, I tried to return it, but instead of them apologizing, they were trying to convince me that it's a good mirror and the scratches won't show.
I recommend people to look around in the same area for better and more professional Glass factories that can handle orders properly and be professional at what they do.
