The best clinic in Abu Dhabi the staff are very kind in reception and helpful the nurses and doctors are very caring reading their patients they make sure when the patients leave the clinic they’re well and happy

Excellent professionalism in an affordable price. Has done circumcision of my newborn at the cheapest rate you can have in full abu dhabi i guess. Doctors and staff are so helpful and the clinic is neat and clean MashaAllah

Dr Mai is one of the best doctor in the clinic.

The Jordanian nurse and the receptionist is also very kind and helpful.

لاحظت عدم التزام بالمواعيد مما دعانا لانتظار الطبيب ساعة ونصف تأخر عن موعدنا المحجوز على الهاتف للأسف

I did my baby circumcision procedure with Omar. I can say he is not Dr he is just doing by experience. He is not giving babies anesthesia and baby cry during the whole procedure inside the room for his life and as a parents u wil listen outside the door.
All the uneducated ppl are going. By mistake I believed him but it totally my Baby is suffering lot.

First dressing is not done immediately after surgery and stitches are put which old technique. Many easy ways like putting bandage technique is there.

I don't want to give even one rating also.
Close the center they are not authorized to use the anesthesia. Why spoiling babies life like this.
If anyone baby is saved by my review i wil be happy for the child.

If there's less than 1 star will give you, worst front desk service I saw in my life, I went and there was almost no customers, the pakistani receptionist had nothing to do,
1st he asked us to wait and I have to wait with my kid for 1 hour (just to do PCR) every time I go to ask they will say still registering.
Then Another family came with 2 kids to do the same, after 10 minutes they called them to do PCR for the 2 kids. I went to ask then the Pakistani receptionist Said (no they are not for PCR), but they was, and when I told him that he said.ok OK nothing happened if you wait. What to do.
I asked for someone to talk he smile without commenting.after finishing my kid PCR I went again to the front desk.and I asked politely to talk to someone which he didn't comment again, and the surprise was that there was another patient complaining about the same person.

I believe keeping someone doesn't care in such sensitive place will for sure affect your reputation.

It's very neat clean small clinic but recently they renovated very well. Staff, doctor and even nurses are very kind friendly. We did our 2 months Babby boy circumcision here recently which was costing less than any other clinic or hospital in Abu Dhabi. I totally recommend the clinic. And really thankfull to Al Amal clinic for requested discount provided n kind support.

للأسف أخبروني أن الدكتور عمر يختن الأولاد فذهبت عنده وختن إبني ولكنه لا يعلم كيف يختن وقطع كثيراً منه وأخذت أبني طبيب جراح وقال أن طريقة الختان غير صحيحة والدكتور الذي ختن دكتور لم يتقنها فأنا ما أنصح أحد يختن إبنه عند شخص مثله وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيه.

The best medical center in bani yas, I tried most of Doctors there, But last time i tried Dr Anwar (Family Medicine) and Dr Salem (Dentist) and both were very professional.

Treatment is good. Appreciate doctor & nurses and care towards the patient. Dr. Kawthar and Dr. Iglal are very professional

The worst medical experience I have ever had. I asked for the customer service or manager’s number to make a complaint, and the guy at the front desk gave me a card with the doctor’s number on it, after I told him I did not want to speak with the doctor, but rather someone in charge of customer service and complaints. When I called back and asked him why he did that, he told me “I give you money back what else you want? ” I have never in my life seen anything like this. Terrifying. Please save yourself the trauma and go elsewhere.

I Know this clinic for very long time. Mostly they are professional in OB & Gynec, General surgery, Pediatric and Dental.
