من حسن التعامل غيرت شركت تامين السابق إلى شركة التأمين البحيرة وانا يسعدني أن أستمر واجدد التأمين لديهم.

It was my first experience with this insurance company and I am really disappointed. The staff is not at all professional. I had an accident in my car, I got bumped by someone from behind. The police came and they did the formalities and had provided the accident report. Yesterday I went to the insurance company with all the reports and I clearly explained to them about the incident, however, it seems that they don't have listening skills @ all. I literally had a hard time explaining it over and over.   I will never recommend any of my friends or family to deal with them at any cost. Suggestion to others: If anyone plans to buy car insurance then please stay away from this company.

They need more staff to avoid having customers spending a lot of time working. When I was here only 1 guy was attending to customers.
