My Doctor Olga Vasylenko - is a very professional and knowledgeable specialist. I trust her skills and experience. Highly appreciate the level of her work, approach to her patients and advise she is always giving to take care of us better. اول مرة اتعالج مع مركز البستان وتاريخ اليوم 11/06/2023 بس ماشاءالله اسلوب واحترام وتعامل من موظفات الاستقبال والدكتور محمد والممرضات ماشاءالله لازم بدال المركز يسون مستشفى الله يوفقهم ويسعدهم مثل مايسعدونا

تعالجت عند الدكتور الصطم استشاري الجراحة والزراعة من أفضل الاطباء بدون الم وبدون تورم وبسرعة ماشاءالله الله يعطيه الف الف عافية ومشكور يادكتور. و كان عندي موعد تنظيف اسنان و حشوات مع الدكتور محمود حوى و كان مميزًا جدا يده خفيفه لم اشعر بألم و عنده ممتازة يعطيه الف عافية

I've been going to Al Bustan Center for 4 years. I've been with one dentist Dr Bisan. She's wonderful, extremely gentle, professional and speaks to me in details about my treatment and services provided. I've had few dental procedures and the annual cleanings so far, and I'm completely satisfied and will continue to go to her and Al Bustan Center. The staff are very professional and attentive to their clientele.

انا اتعامل مع المركز منذ حوالي ست سنوات لقد قمت بعمل تقويم تحت إشراف الدكتور محمد والدكتور ياسر والنتيجة رائعة.
والان اتعامل مع الدكتوره بيسان ، ما يميز هذه الطبيبة انها تشرح لي بالتفصيل حالة اسناني قبل بدء العمل بها فهي طبيبة صبوره.

I had some severe nerve issues with my teeth from a last accident, i had it dealt with by Dr. Bisan and it worked well, she also did whitening and some other procedures, not only was the result great, but it didnt hurt or annoy me as much as the previos medical center

سويت تنظيف عند دكتورة بيسان. طبعا كانت أسوأ تجربة تمر علي في حياتي. لثتي كلها جروح و بس تمضمضت ما شفت غير الدم و حتى بعد التنظيف ما احس بغير طعم الدم في حلجي. مستحيل ارجع مرة ثانية!

و الأشعة سوت لي ثلاث مرات فنفس الجلسة ناوية علي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.

انا ماعطي نتيجه واضحه غير لما اشوف لكن اذا كان المركز اكثر شي يكون دعايه يعني بيقل الاهتمام بالمرضى لانه ينتظر اللي المريض اللي بعدك واللي بعدك يعني زيادة عدد شفت ايجابيات وسلبيات من الناس واكثر الناس تقويم وليس علاج اعصتب واسنان وعدم دقة المواعيد هذي مشكله بصراحه كان ودي ازورهم لكن بعد التعليقات واعندي ناس تعالج قلت لا صعبه اروح

للاسف مافيه احترام للمواعيد. جربتهم تقريبا ٣ مرات وكل مره مافيه التزام بالمواعيد.

عدم احترام المواعيد هو عدم احترام المريض.

يوم وصل وقت موعدي سالتهم متى بدخل. خبروني انه فيه مريض داخل وواحد فالانتظار وانا الثالث! يعني كنت بنتظر اقل شي ساعه.

بالنسبه لي راح اشطب هذا المركز من زياراتي

Doctors are very professionals.they are perfect especially Dr. Nivedita for braces and Dr. Mohamed Alsatam is such an amazing Doctor, he is not only professional but talented. I couldn't believe he took out the wisdom tooth in 10 minutes & without pain after.also I had implant with no Hussle at all.the doctor is so caring and always available and helpful.thank Dr. Mohammed.

I attended the Medical Center last Tuesday, 11 January. I had an appointment for 1: 30 pm with Doctor Mohamad Ammar Toulimat. However I only got to see the doctor one hour later because he was apparently out of the hospital. The doctor was professionally good and he knew exactly what my problem was after examination, and he performed the right treatment for me for which I am thankful. He prescribed two medications (antibiotics), one of which, Gloclav apparently had penicillin ingredients. It appears that I was allergic to either one or both the medicines and developed a painful swelling in my mouth and some rashes on my upper lip and had a terrible experience the whole night and hardly slept. I stopped using the medication and called the medical center several times (4 times) the next day to speak to the doctor or a member of his team but to no avail. Despite the professional expertise of the doctor the two experiences- one at the beginning where I had to wait for an hour before getting attended to despite having an appointment, and the other pertaining to the lack of response and follow-up by the Medical Center after the treatment even though I had valid and serious concerns was disappointing to say the least.

Excellent Service. Dr. Yaser is a professional who cares a lot for the psychological safety of the patient in the first place and helps a lot in terms of financials. His priority is the well being of his patients. The results before and after orthodontic treatment done by him never cease to amaze me and I would highly recommend him along with his crew for anyone who is willing to go for orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Mohammed Hakki and his amazing staff were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I had never experienced in Abu Dhabi. They make you feel right at home. I cannot thank them enough.

اليوم بنتي خلعت ضروس العقل عند دكتور محمد السطم ايده ماشاءالله وايد خفيفه ب ١٠ دقايق خلع لها ضرسين بدون اي عوار انصح كل حد يسير عنده

If your thinking of getting braces DO NOT get yours done by Dr. Yasser. All he think about is money and ruined my teeth for it! My teeth were fixed and needed a few more appointments till i could get rid of them then he ruined it and made my situation worse then when i first got my braces. I believe he did that on purpose so i could keep on coming over the clinic and paying for my appointment which is totally unacceptable!

Got my Invisalign at Al Bustan Medical Center by the care of Dr. Yasir and Dr. Lubna. I must say that it was a great experience and phenomenal care for patients. I have been asking so many questions and Dr. Lubna was very informative, helpful, and patient with me and my 21 questions. I did not experience any pain or discomfort throughout the whole period (around 18 months).

I am happy with my results and it was definitely worth the time and money! I highly recommend it if you are thinking to go for Invisalign.

All I can say is it’s the best experience I have ever had at a dental clinic! I went in for INVISALIGN (braces) Dr. Tilal another great doctor introduced me to Dr. Lubna she was just spectacular. The professionalism and the patience shown by the Doctor and her team was refreshing. I must say I am super happy with my new teeth! Kudos to the whole team at Al Bustan. This is definitely my goto clinic! 10/5 to them!

Al Bustan Medical Clinic is a one of kind center which includes anything and everything a patient needs especially for dental. With all of its advanced and sophisticated equipment and of course with the help of the most professional Doctor (Dr. Yasser), you’re teeth will look good as new. My personal experience has been one of a kind thanks to the wonderful team there. Had braces for two years and they couldn’t look any better. It truly is worth it. Highly recommend!

First they say your card is cover and when i was having emergency patient they say its not cover you have to pay i did a big mistake to go like this clinics which they dont no anything

أحضرت ابنتي لمركز البستان وقد كانت تعاني من الم شديد في الفك الامر الذي تطور معها إلى صعوبة في فتح وإغلاق الفم وصعوبة في الاكل وبعد عدة زيارات لمراكز اسنان مختلفه توصلت لمركز البستان والذي قام بدوره متمثلا بالدكتور ياسر رئيس المركز والدكتورة نادين حاج بفحص ابنتي ومعاينتها ومن ثم تمكنوا من وضع يدي وتوجيهي للمكان الصح حيث شخصوا الحالة انها روماتيزم في الفك وفعلا كان تشخيصهم في محله ووجهوني لإجراء تحاليل دم لديهم ومن ثم عند طبيبه روماتيزم اطفال وتم علاج الحالة بفضل من الله ومن الدكاترة الأفاضل، ، شكرا مركز البستان

The reception staff are polite and they have an amazing surgeon dr. Mohammad Al Satam, had a surgical difficult extraction and didn't feel a thing. He is really gentle and knows his work not like any ordinary doctor you can come across.

Dr. Lubna and Dr. Yasser did an amazing job with invisalign treatment for me. They advise on suitable solution and achieve the best results for orthodontic treatments.
Dr. Bitar did an outstanding surgical job removing a difficult root left behind after an extraction in another clinic and Dr. Olga is the professional you would want to take care of root canals for you.

افشل دكتورة ممكن تشوفونها Anne خربتلي اسناني بلس اني صرت اعاني من الام في الفك من يوم ما اشتغلت وغير قلة الادب في العامل والاسلوب ابداً مب راقي، وغير الباب المفتوح وكل شوي حد داخل وطالع وهي تشتغل وغير ال٥ نيرسات فوق راسي وغير الادوات اللي تحطها ع صدري! مابطولها لكن جد افشل دكتورة لاحد يروح عندها

We have a very pleasant experience with the center, it was recommended to us when my kids were in KG in Redwood and now they are in grade 6.
Dr Yasser did very good job with my twin, they came with difficult orthodontic cases. We highly recommend it it is a friendly place which you can count on
